My husband lost his vaccination card. We are going to a concert today and he needs it for entry. He went to this pharmacy to get a new one and the guy told him he wouldnt be able to get one for him until tomorrow. When asked why, he said he was too busy. He then walked away and wouldnt come back to where my husband was still standing. After waiting a few minutes my husband decided to leave. I find this very rude and unprofessiinal. The only reason Im giving more than 1 star is because I usually have good experiences at this location and I guess I dont really know how long it takes to look up his shot dates and write on a piece of paper. Hope this guy learns better customer service.

If I could give no stars, I would. Extremely unhappy. I was told my order was ready so I called before showing up. To make sure because I know they are always late or losing orders. Not only was it not ready, but they didn’t have my frame in stock which I had already paid for. Never received any calls or texts notifying me. Not only did they fail to notify me, but after I called them, they asked ME to go to another Walgreens to pick up the frame that should’ve been on my canvas already. I show up to that Walgreens to get the frame because I needed it ASAP, that Walgreens which was Blackstone and Clinton couldn’t put it on for me like the Walgreens on first and Ashland told me they would. They said I would have to do it myself even though I paid for it to get done for me. So not only was my order not ready, I was asked to go pick it up, myself. They couldn’t attach it for me, now I had to cancel plans because I have to figure out how to put it together, MYSELF.

The staff is terrible. The only person who should get paid for working is the 1 cashier with the line of 20 people.

Its sad that Walgreens wont except bank of America cards. I wasnt able to get any of the stuff I needed. And both people refused to type in the numbers on card. Said they werent allowed. I have seen it happen multiple other places with other people. Btw I just used the card 5 minutes before. Im pretty sure these people were discriminating against me cuz of my tattoos and piercings. What a way to serve people in customer service

This Walgreens was my go to being my neighborhood store but the cashier Jenn is extremely rude. I will not be returning to this store.

Unable to get flu shot in the middle of my deltoid, up too high and not as effective ....I haavegiven over 3,000 vaccines and wont let a pharmacist do it again .....

I have used Walgreens since they opened in Fresno. I generally like Walgreens until lately. Theyre price are too high and the pharmacy is inefficiently run. I will no longer use Walgreens anywhere. I was promised a medication today after 3pm. I could not reach the pharmacy by phone. Turns out the pharmacy was closed due to no available pharmacist. My medication is special order and I am out. Hopefully get it Sat 9/30/16. I am looking for another more consistent pharmacy company. I used Longs for years before Walgreens. Investigating CVS even though I now believe they are all crooked.

Avoid this pharmacy, been going here 10+ years, now they want to see my Insurance even through they have it on file and I have made 0 changes to the insurance & with on going Rx. totally out of meds. First time I went, they were out the meds i need, told me to come back in the afternoon, I went told me get a insurance card. driving my self back and forth to get meds now 3rd attempt.
