To begin with...Great customer service! They have a big selection of costumes in store and online. Great selection to choose from. We had a dress up birthday party for my husband (just to have fun). Whether youre looking for birthdays, for fun or for role playing, The Costume Land is the place to shop! They even sell sexy clothes & lingerie!!

Ordered a costume here a MONTH before Halloween, and they didn’t bother to notify me that my costume wouldn’t be shipped at all due to issues on their end. I now don’t have a costume for an event. Do not order from them. Poor business practice to not notify someone their order was “cancelled” after weeks. I had to message them to find out why I never got my costume so I’m assuming they weren’t even going to tell me.

Had one of the best experiences here. I was helping a friend out who needed some costumes for a party she was going to attend. They were so patient as I messaged my friend back and forth in letting her know what they had vs what they didnt. I was even able to get a cute shark costume for myself. The Costume Land offers a perfect quality of service. I ordered a costume with express shipping because I needed it for a specific date. The company had some issues when they prepared the shipment so in order for me to get it on time, they ended up shipping it overnight, without charging me any extra fee. They answered all my requests in a few hours in a very friendly and professional way. I will definitely order all my costumes with them in the future.

I recently bought a costume which was shipped quickly and was extremely well packed. It did however already have holes in and came away from the seam before I could wear it to my party. I contacted the customer service through their online chat and explained the situation. The agent was very helpful and kept me informed of the process which was quick resolved and a full refund has now been receievd. The service I have received has been nothing less than fantastic and professional. Will use them again in the future.

I got my Iron Woman costume before I was supposed to get it. And it is AWESOME. I was soooo skeptical about buying from this new company with no reviews, especially just because buying a bodysuit online can be sketchy anyways, but it was perfect. The size measurements they give you are spot on. The pricing is great. They usually have some sort of discount. Definitely will buy from them again!

We ordered online but picked it up the same day. Couldnt beat the price, good quality. I didnt call ahead to make appointment (which I should have) for picking up at the local warehouse. I called the number & the owner came back to the warehouse after she had left already. We really appreciated that.

I ordered from this site on monday and I was definitely excited about my costume. I paid for express shipping and did not receive a tracking number. When I finally went back to the website, it says my costume should be here Friday. Angry because I spent almost $50 for express shipping for it to possibly be late. I havent been able to reach customer service for a refund of my express shipping cost.

I was surprised to find the costume wearhouse right here in Fresno. You can still order on line and save a few bucks and pick it up yourself. They dont have dressing rooms or a store front but they do offer exchanges.

Have a party to go to on the 21st of october I ordered my costume the 29th of september I have not received a tracking number or any information since and its been almost two weeks since my order was placed . I have called several times and sent a few emails I am very unhappy and will not be doing this again 😡😡😡
