Not really impressed with party City so much anymore. Their customer service has gone downhill, their prices have went way up hill, their selection is not that great, and the worst part is the line, it was way too long for us. Not a great experience and left buying nothing.

Best place for party decorations and Halloween masks during October.

This place is very clean and organized. Very easy to find any type of party decor. A little pricey but there are so many themes and colors you cant go wrong here. Also, the customer service is very good. Everyone there is usually very helpful and patient, especially when it comes to blowing up ballons.

Was not too thrilled to see half employees without face mask in the midst of unknowns about the true safety and efficacy of the vaccines

I went yesterday and picked up 2 Pokemon balloon boquets. Even though it was last minute the balloons were really nice. My step daughter and nephew loved them they just graduated kindergarten.

Customer service was ok. I just wish they were more knowledgeable about if there were sales or not. I found out after the fact that I could of ordered my costume online at 50% off and picking up in store. I would of bought a costume.

My reason for going in was for my 14 yr old daughters bday (turning 15). I viewed online and in store. Unfortunately, A LOT was unavailable and more was sold out of most things I would choose for my not so girly girl (I checked ALL three locations nearest me). Party City has sweet 16 items, but not something for 15. They have MANY little kid character themes and VERY girly girl items, but NOTHING for a girl who is NOT into pink, blush, gold, etc. I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Going into the store just to try and find something/anything, even just balloons that were a generic Happy Birthday (since they DID NOT offer a themed selection in stock or otherwise) was almost impossible too. I think, in the future if Party City doesnt change things up, I will not be shopping here.

They had the balloons we was looking for, for my dads birthday

Did an online curbside order and had to wait an hour for our order. We called ahead and they confirmed our name and order. They came out and asked for our order name and came out again and said they didn’t have the order.They came out and gave us the wrong number of balloons and the wrong kind. We ordered 15 pastel assorted balloons and they came out with 7 rainbow balloons and said oh sorry we had some balloons pop. We asked for a refund and the manager said we had to go to Clovis for it. She changed her mind and took the card. Several other unhappy customers were waiting on their orders and having issues. I don’t recommend coming here. You are better off going to the dollar store or save mart for balloons.

ALLOT of product for any occasion but no boys size 12 costumes that a child his age would appreciate.. Clerks were super nice ...found a couple great items for a fair price

Went for supplies for Genas first birthday party, Got every time I needed except for a singing Balloon. We always have a Giant Singing Balloon for the first Birthday. Other than that everything was perfect . Could not find the name of the young man that help us. Thank you. He was in the Balloon Area. He was very friendly and a plus for Party City. Thank You A Gibbs.

Well normally i enjoy being in there creating. Taking my time to browse. However this time i was in a rush i knew what i wanted. I paid for it and just needed my balloons blown up. I was the only person in line at the time. After i gave him the balloons he proceeded to ask others if they were ready. Before you know it he helped 5 other people. Telling me to hold on. I finally asked him to please call for help. As i seen he had no intentions on helping me. He finally called for help. Which took another few minutes for them to come. So i was just irritated. Because you should complete 1 transaction before starting 5 more🤦🏾‍♀️

This is a newer location and offers the biggest variety of party supplies Ive seen. This is a great place to go if you are looking for themed birthday or party supplies. They also carry a wide variety of balloons and inflate them upon purchase. You can bring your own balloons as we all and have them inflated for a small fee.

Very clean & organized and super nice people. I accidentally left my phone & tablet in my cart! We went back and they had it for me! Thank goodness!

My kids love party city. We always get better deals no matter it’s for birthday or Halloween costume. Lots of choices.

Great party finds. It can be a little pricey, but for the most part a good place to start when planning a party.

Not a good flow is the biggest issue. Long isles, need to be broken up and the floor plan of the displays needs to be better. Employees were not friendly. I was extremely disappointed in how unhelpful they were. Plus balloons are way expensive.

This place had a good selection of stuff but is extremely overpriced. You can get some of the items for less at a different Halloween store and some items are half the price at walmart. Ex bloody machete. Its $12.99 at party city and the exact same bloody machete is $4.99 at Walmart.

Kelly was super helpful - I was traveling to Northern CA and my brother needed me to pick up balloons on the way for his daughter - Kelly and I came up with a plan and she made it happen so I could get in and out and back on the road - good job!

Everything you need for any type of party went in for a gender reveal party and found lots of cute things.
