Customer service now is very bad, up to the point that employees make you feel unwelcome. and they even say that they are not helping new customers

This place is really surprised me today I go in to order parts and Im a small business so its tough to compete with all the big businesses around and today they tell me that unless Im doing a track home they cannot do business with me, Im very disappointed in the decision BMC West has made

Im a roofer contractor and wanted to save time so I ordered materials for a room that Im building I told Randy at that I wanted to pick it once they have it ready and that I could pay with credit card over the phone. He said that i could pay but they will not put it together until Im at the store and it would not take long. I asked how long and he said 20 to 25 minutes.it took them 1 hour and 35 minutes. My savings went to waiting 😤

Great people, with great attitudes! Delivering with a 53 trailer is actually easy, once youve been there a time or two. The most important thing is, to know what to do first, right?Well, if its open/clear, you will pull into the drive way that runs east and west, on the SOUTH side of the main building! Check in at WILL CALL, on the Southeast corner of the same building.If there is already a truck in the dock, you may be asked to stage just north on N Irritec Way, then they will call you on your cell phone.If you can park in the middle of the road between the yellow lines, walk in and check in, it will save further time if staged, as you wont have to mess with getting back out of their yard.The guys were super nice, and patient with my trying to comprehend all of this! Thanks fellas!!!! LOL 😀NOTE: Its not obvious where the actual ONE dock is on Google maps, but when it is time for you to come in, pull into the same driveway i mentioned, make an immediate left, drive up to near that long west to east building, make a right, and back into the dock just south of the last ramp. its a bit if an angle, but you can position yourself to see it in the mirrors with no problem! 👍

Unfriendly & unprofessional staff does not really cares about drivers delivering to this place

Great place for all your lumber needs. If your looking for doors they got you locked in. Baseboards you be surprised once you see the prices. Any style or design crown moldings they left you to the ceiling. All your moldings window door you name it its there. I would check them out its worth it.

I deliver here every day. Its separated in few different buildings but, its the same company between doors and lumber. Great people and they give me coffee. You cant beat that love.
