If youre looking for a new bike, Herwaldt is the place to go. Ive dealt with quite a few dealerships that carry European brand motorcycles, and most of them make you feel like you dont belong if you dont roll up in a Mercedes wearing expensive clothes. Herwaldt isnt like that at all-they made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. Theyre clearly just regular dudes that love bikes...talk to them for even just a few minutes and it will become clear. Tanner specifically was an amazing point of contact for me-he worked out a more than fair deal for my trade-in and enabled me to get a bike I only ever dreamed of-a Panigale V4s. I plan on taking 100% of my business to them in the future, as literally everyone else I dealt with at the dealership (from finance to service) just went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Bought an indian Challenger Dark Horse from Rick in sales a few months ago. He is easy to talk to and was extremely hospitable. Tyler in parts and service is great too. Unfortunately, upon my first service at 500 miles, an unforseen throttle body issue took place. We live over 100 miles away and rode the bike here for service. When we found out we had to leave it here for an unknown length of time we set up an Uber ride home. When Brandon, in service, heard we were Ubering, he and a few others behind the scenes, made sure we were taken care of. They helped us get home at no charge and took the time to talk to us like human beings. The staff here went above and beyond and we are truly grateful. Hope to have our bike fixed soon and definitely recommend Herwaldt Motor Sports to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Indian, BMW or Ducati.

I just bought a 2017 Harley from them a week ago. Can’t believe how well my wife and I were treated. Matt helped me from when I approached the bike outside, to finance, and was shaking my hand and seeing my off after the purchase. I have bought several bikes over the years but have never been treated so professionally and kind. The rest of the staff was so friendly as well. I will buy more bikes from this business in the future.

Traveled 500 Miles round trip to pick up my new Indian. Bike failed twice after 250 MI. Factory took it back, new motorcycle experience was dismal.

Awesome motorcycle shop. Their mechanics are top notch, the prices for work are fair, and cheaper than some places Ive been. Service department, and every other staff member provides excellent and friendly service. Owner is almost always there, really nice guy. This is the only low pressure dealership Ive ever seen or been to, you dont feel like they are constantly breathing down your neck or pushing you to buy. Best experiences here, I often stop by just to hang out with the sales guy when Im around the area.

They have large selection and if not in stock can get what you need asap. I would definitely recommend considering them for your next purchase.

Many models to choose from, I went to check out the inventory and found the two models I was interested in, one guy said he would call someone to help me out, waited for a bit but nobody came, so I just left. It was kind of dissapointing, I saw many agents on the floor but no one helped me, I was greeted though but no service. I think Ill try another dealer or go back on another day whenever theyre not busy even though there was no customers at the time I went.

I have a 2009 Ducati 1198 that I needed to order some engine internal parts for, I tried Pro Italia in Glendale first, but they refused to order them saying I needed to bring the bike into their shop for them to do the work. So I called to the store in Fresno as I live in Bakersfield and we do not have a Ducati dealer here. Tyler in the parts department answered, I told him what I needed, gave him rhe part numbers and he said no problem. He got the parts ordered and has been absolutely amazing with anything I have asked. Tyler is your man of you need parts.

Over the past 20 years I have Developed an amicable rapport with this dealership. Just recently, I tried to purchase a bike in my home state and was unable to acquire the bike that I wanted. I contacted this dealership & they offered me everything I wanted. The service was awesome, and dealing with the sales department was a pleasure. As the saying goes, I picked up my bike & rode off into the sunset.

Honest people, great bikes! Ducati, Indian and BMW. Not a huge inventory, but everything is quality. Litterally zero sales pressure but they will answer any question you have to make sure your happy with the experience. I know this is a review, but I will probably be picking up a Ducati 959 this next week from this place, I am not even going to bother shopping around! Highly recommend!

I just bought my 4th s1000rr from Tanner at Herwaldt. I had to wait for the 2020 due to a recall that effected all the 2020 s1000rrs in the nation. Once the recall was lifted and the part replaced Tanner and the rest of the staff bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of! Actually, They always have which is the reason why I have bought 4 bikes from them and dont plan on going to any other dealer to buy BMW bikes! I bought a new Thruxton last year and theyve gone above and beyond to make sure she runs perfectly and at no charge to me other than scheduled maintenance. They also clean my bike every time I drop her off. Its not part of the service or something I pay for, theyre just that awesome.

While service performed was decent, service advisors attitude was less than adequate. After explaining that my Triumph had been purchased (used) in the spring, I had stripped it down and done some performance modifications and just returned from a 4,000 mi. roadtrip with no problems. Just wanted to do the 24,000 mi major a little early before winter, as I wasnt sure of the previous services other than oil, filter, plugs, wires, and coils I did prior to trip. No notes were written down. I was told they would determine what was to be done, completely discounting what I had just told him. Upon pickup plugs changed unnecessarily and not replaced with iridiums as were in it. I had to ask for old plugs (4,000 miles) back. 1 K&N pod oiled properly 1 inadequately oiled. Tech lost a hex screw and replaced it with non matching which cracked plastic housing it was meant to hold. Once home I corrected these shortcomings myself. The bulk of the work was performed adequately however advisors poor attitude will most likely cause me to go either to Elk Grove or to CalMoto in Livermore. A shame that an attitude will outweigh decent (probably very good) mechanical service.
