Living in Coarsegold it is hard to find reliable companies that can get work completed in a timely manner. I called precision and they had someone come out within a week to give me a quote. The longest process was getting the door shipped in. They scheduled me within the same week of its arrival for installation. Michael did the repairs and was very proficient in his job. He made sure to be thorough in going over all that he completed with me to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the outcome. Looks great and I will definitely be recommending!

I called Precision doors because my old door was breaking apart on me.Nathan and Marcos came out the following day to service my door. After their initial inspection, I decided it was time for a newer, lighter door, due to the condition of door panels and springs about to fail. Nathan told me he could get the door and all parts shipped the next day and they would install for me on Saturday, so I went with it. They were on time and in contact with me on status of material and arrival time. I watched them set up and go through the install.. It took a while to get my doors in but the customer service is second to none. Had a little trouble with the sensors but Pedro was on it from the first day we had them installed. $$$$$.. I got two quotes to replace the motor to the garage from this company. One was just over $2,300 and the other was over $3,200. This also included changing the springs. I got 3 additional quotes, those ranged from $650 to $800. A motor is approximately $450, springs about $75 then you have installation, usually about $125-$200. I have no idea how they came up with that price. This was motor and springs only, I asked if I was getting a brand new door.Well I had my garage done for under $900, got some extras which is why it came out to that price.

Was looking to get a quote to replace spring. Price the guy gave me was about $100 more than what I ended up paying from someone else. The guy also wanted me to replace all of the garage hardware, including rails, and pulleys for $1200! When I said I just want to replace the spring, he told me it would be a band-aid. No thanks. If it aint broke, dont fix it. I went with someone less rude and am very happy with the job.

Excellent service. Fixed the broken spring. Nathan was very professional and provided different options and warranties. I have two separate garage doors. He inspected the second door and explained that the other door’s spring would break soon. (It was not a high pressure sales job. Julian Vasquez from Precision just did a significant repair for my garage door. The cable had broken and the door was actually falling off the track. He offered several repair options with no pressure to spend a particular amount. He was genuinely concerned that the best decision that fit our budget was where we ended up. He did everything as I requested. He said that we were welcome to watch him complete the repairs. The door works wonderfully. He explained my warranty and left a business card including his cell number assuring us that he was just a call away if anything further was needed. Simply amazing customer service.

Nathan Gonzalez and Pedro replaced the broken torsion spring and other parts to make the door function properly. They were efficient and professional. Nathan explained the options and related costs prior to the work taking place. They also noticed a sagging of one panel section and added a strut for reinforcement. From start to finish they were on site for approximately an hour and twenty minutes.

When our garage door decided to take a dive last night, we called Precision. Prompt and professional from start to finish, Rudy and Nathan did an amazing job!!! Our garage door no longer alerts the entire neighborhood when we get home with its squeaking, and they upgraded our motor to a WiFi motor, so I never have to worry again whether or not I left the garage door open! And they were done in less than 2 hours! Highly recommend this company!
