Do NOT buy a hot tub anywhere else! Andy, the owner, and his staff went above and beyond during the entire process. Upon delivery I was having electrical line issues. Not only did Andy diagnose the problem he went on to help fix it as well, even using some of his own parts. I cant thank them enough! Best service, extremely professional and friendly in my opinion its not going to get any better than Homecrafters!

Andy and Terri are completely customer centered. I needed a complete backyard makeover at our house on the Central Coast. We knew we wanted Homecrafters to do the work because we had used them before. Andy went to take all the measurements and photos, designed the perfect plan, and got the whole backyard done in no time. New concrete, electrical work, drainage, new spa, new fire pit, new BBQ, and all new furniture from one place. It couldn’t have been easier and it all turned out amazing. Thank you Homecrafters!

I honestly have no idea how they have any positive ratings. Andy is such an unpleasant arrogant SOB. Don’t buy the spa if it is not on hand during this pandemic. He will lie to you that he will have it within a few weeks and once he has your money, he will completely forget about you. And then I find that he promised the end of May when the reality is that nothing is coming in until at least November... when I found out he lied about delivery, we cancelled. Don’t waste your time with this less than professional, arrogant wannabe businessman.

I would recommended this place to anyone. We bought a Marquee spa going on 3 years ago and it has been so wonderful- great quality and they are wonderful at honoring the warranty, even though only needed it one time for a very minor issue. All of their staff are just so helpful. What really shines about Homecrafters is their customer service. Anytime I have a question I can just simply send a text and the owner, Terry always responds and is just so helpful. During the pandemic they even delivered my goods to me at my home. This is what a great family owned and operated business looks like.

I live in Merced I went to the Fresno fair and this company was there with there high quality hot tubes. I bought a Vegas model and it has been amazing. To start the morning off with a dip in the hot tube is special. Homecrafters help me with all aspects of installation and made sure I knew how to maintain my beautiful hot tube. I have had my tube almost a year with no problems. The customer service was A+ from start. Homecrafters thank you for so many great memories with the family.

She gave us her personal #, she has walked me through various water issues I had in the beginning, she’s always available if I have any questions. Super friendly staff that works there also.

I just got to say in this day and time it’s very hard to find a quality team that cares about the work that they put out!! The structure of their islands that they build are very solid and well built to last a very long time, The quality and detail that they put into their work as far as I’m concerned beats all the competitors out there! What a great company! We bought our spa last year at the county fair and their service has been outstanding. The spa, the only brand still made in the United States, works great and fits perfectly in our small backyard. When Im unsure about chemical levels, I just send a text with a picture of the text strip and they work with me to adjust the chemicals. Best service I have received from any company!

The customer service was perfect from the start of my shopping for the spa and all the way through to delivery. My dogs ate my spa cover and I was quickly given all the information to replace it..... and the price was very reasonable.

I was impressed with purchasing our hot tub through Home crafters, we dealt directly with the owner Andy. He was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed. The install was great, all the guys were quick and made it easy! They left us with all the information necessary for us to feel confident in using it and the upkeep.

We had an excellent experience with HomeCrafters. Customer service has been high quality and exceeded our expectations since we purchased our spa two years ago. They have provided great service after the sale and continue to do so. We have called and texted many times during the week and on weekends, and have always received a quick reply and advice on how to resolve water quality issues.What stands out the most to my wife and I is how the crew installing our spa handled a potentially major issue. We had been eagerly awaiting the delivery and installation, and the day finally came. Shortly after getting everything in place the crew discovered that the factory sent the wrong product (better than what we ordered) that would require an electrician to remedy. Without hesitation, they called out a team of electricians to perform the necessary wiring and had our spa running in a little over an hour. We would not hesitate to go there again for our next major back yard purchase.

I wasn’t there when our spa got ordered & when it got delivered I was sick....I didn’t get the rundown on how to use it or the chemicals but they came all the way back to my home (50 or more miles 1way) and showed me how everything worked and how the chemicals worked....in a pouring rain storm!!......we were under a roof but wind n thunder n rain were pounding down hard!!....he just kept up the great work!!.....thank you so much....we are loving our new hot tub....wish we would’ve got it 20 years ago!!If your looking for a hot tub I highly recommend them!

This company knows how to diagnose and repair even older spas. The repaired mine at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them again when needed.

We ordered a $12k hot tube 7 weeks ago. The salesman was great when we purchased it, now he won’t return a call. The owner is just as bad, he told me he would give me an update and now I can’t get ahold of him. Do not buy anything from this company, they are a joke!!!!!

So this is an update because I felt bad about the terrible rating I gave earlier. Lol. Overall, I am pleased with Homecrafters. Originally, it was the customer service and communication I had a problem with. This Friday, our spa will be delivered so well see how things go. If all goes well, Ill add another star.

Would not recommend this place, Jacuzzi malfunctioned after 8 months, they would not give a full refund, argued over taxes that they said they would pay because we paid cash but took the tax cost back once it was time for refunding money, whaaat, never again
