I ordered a part for my appliances that I purchased in January, and I have yet not received it. Ive called numerous times, spoke to managers. All they say, let me look into it, and never return my calls. I call back,, and they just take my messages. Worst customer service.

Do not buy the extended warranty if your expectation is to get the repair done. Washing machine has been broken for over a month waiting on them to get the replacement part ordered and installed. They contract with a bunch of hole in the wall appliance repair companies who have less than qualified individuals working for them. They have been out 3 times and are still scratching their heads. Should have gone to Sears.

Sales people are very knowledgeable. I got 24 months no interest on my new kitchen appliances.
