Love this place! The ice cream is tasty and they have different options for your sweet tooth. Cookies, brownies, shakes, sundaes. If you order it from grub hub it will stay frozen until the person delivers it.My most recent visit was in person and the owner I presume is very friendly and personable. The young man behind the counter was also very friendly so kudos on your customer service and kudos on your ice cream shop.

A nice place to get ice cream. The cookies sandwiches are great. I did get an oatmeal cookie, however that was a little hard, but that could be because I went very late at night. Would recommend this place to a friend, very fun and different.

The ice cream is always delicious and super fairly priced, but the staff is super rude and feels sexist. Seems like one big boys club. The males in there acts like we’re inconveniencing them by ordering, but doesn’t do that when my husband is there with me. If they had friendlier and more inviting staff we would go way more often and may even recommend to family. At the moment, I would be furious if they treated any of my family members the way they consistently have treated us, therefore we take them elsewhere.

Very good ice cream, they have many good flavors and the employees are very nice and they even give you a sample to try before making decision. You can also sit outside and eat. Kids love this place and you will also. Check it out.

Ice cream is amazing, cookies are amazing, costumer service...awful. He didn’t even talk to us and when I said it was our first time he just ignored us. Not even a “have a nice day” when we left. Also he pointed out the point system when we were leaving just to show us we don’t get the reward they had printed on there for signing up. Really dumb honestly. Would go back for the dessert but very turned off by the employee.

Hi! My children and friends enjoy CREAM as often as we can! I LOVE THIS FAMILY RUN BUSINESS! The owner and his sons always greet us with cheerful invites! They always fulfill my kids requests...no matter how random they are (Birthday cake ice cream float!). *I am disappointed in some of the reviews I have read! Though, I LOVE the responses the CREAM team, have given! Their customer service is always amazing! The boys are trained!!!!! Their Ice Cream isnt gritty! My son literally had the birthday cake one last night, it has sprinkles but that doesnt make it gritty! Obviously, if you add cookies or such, it will be gritty, but not the ice cream itself. I LOVE CREAM, AND THEIR FAMILY RUN TEAM!!! ❤❤💯

I really loved it. It is my new go to ice ice cream place. I loved their Hot Fudge brownie Sundae and also the taco looked really good. Might have to try that out some other time. Totally worth going. If you havent been there, you should totally check it out. They have a lot of things to chose from; youre totally gonna love it.

I went to cream on Friday and a bald guy served me and he was amazing. The snickerdoodle cookie was hot, chewy and tasty. I had vanilla in the cookie sandwich. Can’t wait to go back and try other flavors.

Okay service. Good knowledge of how their funding in the market place goes. The only difference is now because a majority of people are ordering online they should still honor their discounts from in store considering we still have to go in store to at least pick up if we aren’t doing delivery.

I want to start off by saying cream store but I bet disappointing I showed up to get an Uber Eats order and Im outside in the cold for 10 minutes before going back into my car because the final door says three customers at a time but you had a family of six inside. Not sure why they couldnt just get the ice cream and leave there pre adults and kids in the car but it made my order late and made me change my mind on even getting anything for future references if theres only three customers and out of time and you say a family of 5 come in one of the adults should be asked to step out with the children or something so it could be three customers and total with three separate orders

First time going tonight. The shake I ordered was amazing!

There was two brothers working tonight 1/15 at around 9:20pm. One was super rude to us as we tried to pick up our online order. Had an attitude and he wasnt wearing a mask. This was my first experience and my last. CDC says mask requirement but the employees dont have to ? No thank you.

Any time that I’m doing door Dash I will call the company that I order from and ask them if they can make sure that everything is close tightly or if the bag could be taped down or anything. I called in and the Lady question why she should do that and that DoorDash will have a bag on them to put the items in there. It felt awkward and when my ice cream and cookies came wasn’t the best feeling so I tossed it. My cookies were tossed in the bag my ice cream looked good but The conversation made it awkward to the point where I didn’t want to eat it.

The mint chocolate chip and the birthday cake cream had a gritty texture. There very stingy with the toppings and the cookies where hard. Never going back. They get 2 stars because I liked the coffee ice cream.

There are young kids working the front counter, no adults around and we were highly disappointed with the quality of our sandwiches, there was hardly any ice cream and it was smashed in the bowl. This is concerning to me, do these kids know how to handle food properly? I’m confused....

The place looks really nice, and the treats they offer are amazing. The prices are great too. If you like coffee and ice cream then my suggestion is to get a CREAM-agato, its espresso poured over any ice cream you choose and topped with just about anything. Great place, you just gotta go👌

Had some really friendly staff and a fun selection of ice creams to chose from. The cookies were fresh for the sandwiches and was overall really tasty. Didnt realize that the milkshakes consisted of 3 scoops of ice cream so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall really tasty and I would definitely recommend coming here if youre looking for something spunkier than your run of the mill ice cream joint.

First time visiting the Fresno CREAM on Saturday night after a football game. Great experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. There was a huge selection of ice cream flavors, toppings, cookies, brownies available. I had a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich--omg so good!

It is a very good place for ice cream. In fact better than most Ive been too. But one thing I feel like they should do is have an option to upgrade there donut ice cream for a normal size one instead of a but smaller one, which I still do enjoy but it would be awesome for a option to upgrade the size on there menu. We had an ice cream sandwich with the butter sugar cookie and double chocolate chip, peanut butter ice cream, and butter finger. We also had a croissant donut on the side. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. The service was friendly and prices were reasonable. Glad we found this spot!

I love that they offer gluten free cookies! Many ice creams are naturally gluten free at any ice cream shop, but of course we have to always check ingredients. New employees, like I ran into, dont know the special steps they take to avoid contamination, so we always have to watch. The choose-your-own format ice cream sandwiches are always yummy, and THEY ADDED A FEW TABLES, yay! No more eating, messily! in my car.

For the value this icecream is smooth and creamy, been a while since I had an icecream like this. The cookies are soft and fresh, and the variety of flavors was quite enjoyable. The customer service is nicely handled, and the store timing is quite convenient as well.Great Job!

Great Ice cream

The cookie was very thin. The cookies in the liquor store next to the Cream store where much thicker than what I got here. The green tea ice cream was already melting when I got it. Would not be upset if the cookie was thicker so it wont break because of the weight of the ice cream. Make cookie sandwiches yourself look online they are much cheaper and more satisfying.

The guy with a beard net tried to talk me out of eating a gluten free cookie when I have a high intolerance with wheat. He quoted “I try to talk people out of getting a gluten free cookie” which I thought was so rude because people can get sick from this. Other than that dessert was good but wish they had more vegan/dairy free options.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered 2 ice cream tacos, which come with 3 scoops of ice cream. The scoops were pretty small, looked nothing like the picture and they forgotthe whipped cream on one of the tacos. Plus everything had melted by the time it got here, but that is the uber eats guy being incompetent, not creams fault. Maybe its better if you actually go in, but I will never get it from uber eats again.

Have to add this now, been calling daily, finally now that my reward expired, they answer, but to find out if could still get it would have to drive all the way there. Should have a way to ck online or just give since Ive wasted gas going to find out not open when say. Bad customer service....So called & was told hrs changed during covid, 1 hr later, showed up Wed at 1 & no sign of them opening. I wasnt the only one 2 others were wondering if were going to open. This is second time I wasted a trip here, & time waiting for it to open, to find not open when says.....need to edit your hours.....if open at all

The ice cream here is the BEST!!!! You can build your own sundae or ice cream cookie sandwich!!! They have great flavors, unique options!!! I love the Churros cinnamon ice cream paired with Snickerdoodle cookies!!! Wonderful treat!!!
