Honestly if you card reader is not working you need to place a sign on the door or at least let people know its not working before serving them just in case they dont have cash. Most people dont carry cash on them at all times. I wasted my lunch break waiting to be served just to hear a customer be told at checkout that they cant take card. Honestly its common sense.

3 weeks after the CDC announces a left on mask mandates from people who have been vaccinated, restaurants all over Fresno are opening their dining rooms, and these jokers cant provide a place for the customers to sit. Still on lock down. Wont be back!

We got some yummy ice cream tonight and the girl who was serving us was sweet and very courteous. This location is Clean and has all of the flavours available.

The ice cream was great, but there was a long piece of toilet paper by the tables. I told one of the employees and she said ok, but it was not picked up. The womens restroom smelled a lot! (Worse than a porta potty.) It was hard to enjoy my ice cream after smelling that.

There is no worthy substitute for BR mint chocolate chip ice cream. Showing up with an ice cream cake filled with it is guaranteed to score you major points (assuming the receiving end is cool with dairy). They had various size cakes ready to go and they looked fresh. Place was clean and we were served promptly.*edited*I removed a star after deciding that I have been too generous with my ratings and wanting to leave room to give extra credit to local businesses (at least chains that source locally).

I ordered a mothers day/ birthday cake for my mom and it turned out great! They have such creativity when it comes to creating cakes.

Rude server and very pushy! Damn lady, give me time to see what I want. Also, they were cleaning and the place did not look very appetizing, it was only 9 pm with another hour to close. I ended up leaving, the big/tall girl was almost delighted with a stupid look on her face that I decided to leave!If the owners care and decide they want to replace the staff with some decent one so we can come back to this place, the server was a tall big girl with long hair ( FAKE blond with dark roots) in a top knot ponytail.

Very nice very young lady served us. It was late but she was kind and all smiles. This was Thursday night 9/27. Clean place. Great smell of cookies.

Needs updating & cleaning to refresh everything. Painting to. Floor needs professionally brush scrubbing etc. But ice Cream good as always!
