The staff were attentive, thorough, friendly, and professional. We were able to get our questions answered and get the equipment we needed . Might also mention that the technician putting our equipment together did so cheerfully when it was easily 110 degrees outside. Whole staff was great.

Im very disappointed with their repair service. I took my lawnmower to get it repaired. The issue with my mower was that there was a grinding noise coming out from the gear box (transmission) i had an issue where the mower sometimes wouldnt go foward. To make the story short they couldnt fix it and made up a story of how it could be other things and it would cost thousands of dollars to fix it. The part where it really upset me was that they returned back my mower IN PARTS everything disassembled, in pieces :( and yet i was still charged. Now im going to have to pay for someone to asseble it back together.You just dont do that, the least thing they could of done is return back my mower how i took it in, IN ONE piece! The problem is that they dont recognize our work that were also running as a business, they see us a small insignificant person and yet we go in these stores and we make huge investments on buying their equipment and they dont treat us or our work serious. A few months back i took a zero turn mower for repairs and they gave me the same story, it could be other things and it would cost thousands of dollars to get it repaired. I worked as a repair technician before and the supervisor would always tell us that if a repair would take too long to fix or we were unable to fix it just to come up with an excuse to the customer that it would cost more to fix it than what it was worth. Im not taking my business there anymore, not that it matters but thats my story

Noe was awesome. My chainsaw broke down before the long Memorial weekend with a pile of wood in my yard that I needed to cut up. Called Noe early Friday afternoon, told me to bring in my saw and 30 minutes later I am back in business for the weekend. Great service and very pleasant, even received a discount for being a first time customer.

As the heavy mowing season approaches, once again I found myself with mower blades so dull I could only fling the rye grass seeds around. So my TrueCut reel mower needed a tune up and sharpening ASAP. RG was on the approved list from the company. I had used the first 2 on the list and would NEVER go back. One was so rude I cant imagine why they are in business. The other could not be bothered to do a decent job. So we tried this place. Not to sound excited about a sharp mower but...alas I am. I was able to make an appointment. Which allowed me to use it as a vacuum cleaner in the mean time. No lie, they were prompt and skilled, but also nice! They did the work in ONE DAY. Like super nice! All of them. Sure is nice to actually get the work done without any frustration!

Ive had to come here twice for service. Both times I had a very positive experience.The first time I needed a new carb for my mower. Service was prompt, professional, and the mechanic gave me several tips on how to extend the life of my carburator.The second time, the problem actually turned out to be operator error on my part. They corrected me, and sent me on my way. This really stands out to me because they could have just as easily lied to me and charged me for an unnecessary repair. This speaks volumes about their honesty as mechanics.I dont usually give 5 star reviews but frankly I cant think of anything Id like to see improved. They filled all my expectations.

I took a Toro electric blower in for warranty service and Jeff was very helpful. I had a new replacement blower in a week. I also took in my old Briggs & Stratton lawn mower that stopped working and that I had for over 13 years. Jeff spent a lot of time talking with me about options, whether to have the mower serviced or replaced. I read lots of reviews on different mowers to replace it with and decided I wanted to try an Ego electric mower - Jeff was able to match the price, warranty, and return policy of Home Depot for the mower I wanted. They assembled it for me and demonstrated how to use it when I picked it up and another employee, Jed, told me about a rebate that might be available for this mower, for which I applied and received a $250 rebate. The mower is working well with the first few cuts Ive done with it and I am highly satisfied with the customer service I received at R G equipment!

I contacted them via facebook, the questions i asked were answered even though the shop was closed, i went in after reading other customer reviews and i have to say i was not dissapointed at all they were very friendly and helpful, they have a on shelf stock of climbing gear that was very impressive, if you are looking for a friendly helpful expirence and a desent selection of climbing gear from helmets to harnesses go check these guys out. Brought my pressure washer in for diagnostics Agreed to the inflated $125 an hour rate authorized one hour for diagnostics go to pick up my pressure washer and they charge me an hour and a quarter $150 when I only authorized 1 hour I suggest when usingthem you get something in writing stating your written estimate amount

I have no problem sharing what Im about to say...About two years ago my lawn mower stopped working. After contacting the manufacturer, they informed me to drop it off for warranty work. I took it to R.G. Equipment Company for the work.A few days later, they called me and said to come pick it up, and that the hoses and carb was gummed up and would cost to much to fix and it wasnt worth fixing...Because of that info, I purchased a brand new mower... fast forward to yesterday. My new mower stopped work just like the one I took to R.G. Equipment Company. Frustrated, I jumped on YouTube and found a video that address my issue with my mower. I did the exact steps the video had me do. I removed the carb, cleaned out a gas port, blew out the carb, gas tank, fuel lines with an air compressor... put it all back together, and in one pull the mower started, and works like a champ.My wife and I decided to do the exact same attempt with the mower we took to R.G. Equipment Company, took the carb apart, etc... blew everything out... put it all back together and like magic, one pull it started.It cost me absolutely nothing to fix my mower that R.G. said would cost to much to fix.Ive concluded that they were either A. To lazy to fix it. B. To backed up with work to want to fix it. C. Didnt care at all to attempt to fix it. Or D. Concluded without even looking at it that it wasnt worth their effort to try.Oh... best part, took all of about 15 minutes to fix it myself.
