I dropped off my chainsaw for repair back in late May and I am still waiting to hear from them.

Just calling these folks will make you look for another shop.Person who answered the phone is very rude.I wouldnt let him fix my equipment, even if he offered to do for free!Ill stick with lens mower shop and repair, they may take a while, but at least theyre friendly, so you dont feel bad about the wait.

AWFUL ... Louie was very rude and i can not believe costumer service has gotten this bad. not only for the employee to send me and my business else were the owner also had unsatisfactory costumer service. I have spent lots of money at this place and for them to be so unhelpful and rude appalls me.
