Bought a motorcycle there that was supposed to be fixed,registered and serviced and none of those things were done. I took the motorcycle back because it wasnt running right and they had it for almost a month and nothing was done to the motorcycle. When I took the motorcycle home I checked the oil and it was dirty it was like black sludge and the inside of the gas tank was rusted and dirty and none of the turn signals worked i had to fix the electrical problem with that, clean the carburetor, do an oil changereplace the gastank and fuel lines just to get it running right. im not going back after that experience.It seems like they only help customers they like.

Ill go in the middle for this business. Theyhad some used parts I needed which was good. The price well not sure if it was really fair, considering they were inside the store but they were so dirty I didnt want them to put it in my wifes SUV. Younger kid didnt really seem to know what he was doing. The older guy didnt seem like he wanted to be bothered.

I love seeing old bikes brought back to life. If you do as well, and your moto needs an organ transplant, this is the holy land of organs. I couldnt believe what I experienced. I was looking for a side cover for a friends Honda. The fella told me where to rummage through. It was at least 6 huge racks of side covers. That was just Hondas! The customer service was outstanding and I will return with an army of misfits (fellow Moto-junkies) if I can. Support these folks. What they do gives me hope for the future resurrection of our neglected 2-wheeled friends.. (by the way, the pics are of just the outside)

Best place to find all sorts of old to new parts and can even order new parts for you. Not only can you buy parts but can sell them or your bike their too. Friendly environment with tones to offer. My go to for all motorcycle and atv needs.

Well stock with plenty of parts if your looking to repair at a friction of the cost for brand new from the dealership.

Hands-down the best place to get the parts you need for your motorcycle, dirt bike, ATV, or scooter. They carry a ton of rotating stock: nuts and bolts all the way up to completely assembled an running units. The guys that work here are very helpful and genuinely work their butts off to help you find what youre looking for. Or, if youre like me, you can roam around their large warehouse and back lot inventory yourself. I am floored that this place isnt packed each weekend. Its a hidden gem, no doubt.

After spending so much money on my 250 CBR Honda 2012 at Clawson Honda come to find out I could have and I should have went to APF Motorcycle Salvage and by parts and the labor was excellent the guys that were there John he was excellent with me he helped me he guided me on what to do what I shouldnt do in corrected some stuff that even Clawson Honda should have recognized but never even brought to my attention thats what I call service and they showed respect thats my number one concern when I go somewhere and these guys gave it to me hundred and 1% hell yeah.

Pete and his crew hes put together is one of the best motorcycle shops this valley has. If he doesnt have your part, they go above and beyond any other shop to get it for you. In my opinion it doesnt get any better than here.

Huge selection of parts and old used motorcycles. But the owner asks way to much for anything . All the used parts and plastics he ask full asking price of new retail parts which defeats the point of a pick a parts store. If I wanted to spend more then retail then would have just stayed home and did it from the comfort of my house. There used rusted and sun dried parts that people are expecting a decent deal on. I definitely felt like I was being taken advantage of Especially when i know th price of my parts.Waste of a long drive . If you want overpriced parts . Go here

My husband and I are currently rebuilding a 99 Honda cbr 600f4 and parts are hard to find, worse than a needle in a hay stack. Placed a few phone calls and had my hard to find parts. My husband and I drove all the way from ft. Irwin military base 6 hrs away. Extremely helpful staff and if Im sent on a parts run solo and have no clue, I show the staff a picture of the part or a part number and they find it for me. Its definitely worth the 6 hr drive there. Plan on making a trip out there tomorrow (10/7 17) for more parts.

Always helpful I call and ask advice all the time and they help me a lot just wish they where open on Mondays

Every time I come to APF I always get a great deal on used/new products. The father and son who run the store are always there for the customer and will help you find exactly what youre looking for. When you want new or cannot find it used they always offer to order it for you. They have so many motorcycle parts here youll most likely find what youre looking for. They also sell used motorcycles, some gear, new tires/rims and random merch like stickers, keychains, and stuff like that.

My favorite motorcycle place in at least a 300 mile radius of Fresno. New or used parts. Clothing. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Always find what I need for my bike there (96 XVS1100 Special)

So 2 months ago i drop my atv off to have a belt put on and a clutch assembly installed, they call me to pick it up and when i drive it for a day i look at the casing they took off and its now leaking oil and bolts are only finger tightened. i tightened them back up and drove for about 8 hours when the new belt that was installed with the clutch assembly now slips again. i take it back to them wait 8 days for them to even look at it and they dont even check their work they did as asked of them, they told me there was no need to take the casing off and its running just fine but the spark plug needed tightening and they charged me an additional 50 dollars for labor. i am very unsatified with them and recommend you go to somewhere else that will do what is asked of them for the money charged.

I went in looking for a 4x4 actuator had received a qoute over the phone for $35 (reasonable) when I went in to pick it up and was paying for it, the older gentlemen said the price was actually $90 because he looked up the part and said NEW ARE PRICEY. I drove from Madera for that, I couldnt not talk him into the original price. Went back the following week removed the part myself walked up to the counter same older gentlemen there asked what quad it was from I said Honda, $20!

Dont bother ordering parts here. You wont get them. Ordered gasket set for 1984 Honda cr250r and the guy that works there gave them to someone else. Wouldnt even give me my money back. Worst place to buy parts.

Poor customer service more than once I have walked in and stood there for a long period of time till I was attended, I call on the phone asked for certain parts to save time and the answer I always get you can order that online. I know I can order ANYTHING online I KNOW THAT! The reason why I go to your store or call parts in is because I dont want to order them online! I want to buy them at a store where I can get what I need same day!!
