Great service from great people, I was sent here because of a bad amp I had, after taking a look they said I had been given false information because my amp worked fine they even let me try one of their basses out on it and jam for a bit, they helped me find the real issue which was really small but it was coming from my own bass guitar, the honesty and courtesy they have is really awesome I wouldn’t mind coming back or recommending others there. I normally buy a lot of used equipment and take it to these guy to have checked out. Ive taken 2 guitar amps and 1 keyboard to them and each time Ive been more than happy. Also Ill just go in and hangout for a while. Great place imho.

The Tone Shop is very knowledgeable on amps and guitars. They are not afraid to work on difficult problems and are very honest. If there is something wrong with your repair they will fix it without any problem. The Tone Shop uses good parts to complete service jobs and are very friendly people. I am so glad they are here in the Valley!

Outstanding work. The best--period!

Took keyboard in for repair, left it for 3 weeks, drive back to pick it up, several things still not working correctly. Had to take it back again and leave it for 3 more weeks to finally get it fixed. Still not working perfectly, but tired of waiting!
