Bethany was amazing in her demeanor and her effort to get the job done. She was extremely professional and polite in all she did. Ultimately she got everything done properly and even saved me money on my monthly bill.
My mom and I were the only customers in the store at the time, it was super comfortable hanging out while we upgraded our phones. The staff is very friendly, very patient and easy to be around. Gina was the main person to help us and she was great!

This was my first experience with an AT&T store as we switchEd from another carrier. I was very pleased and impressed with our sales rep, Patrick Adams. Extremely knowledgeable on the product selection and also extremely helpful in setting up all five phones we purchased. Highly recommend.
The guys in the store were very helpful. This came after a frustrating experience at the corporate store in front of Marshall’s. The corporate store did not have the phone that I wanted and tried to send me all the way up to the Almeda store. When I pointed out that there were stores closer than that, the corporate salesman stated that those stores were privately owned and that he wouldn’t call to check on stock availability because “we don’t talk to them.” Not only was my phone available here, they also helped me save money by reviewing my phone plan.
Cam was very sweet and honest about me upgrading my phone. He was able to answer all my questions and was very patient. Ill definitely be back to visit him! He went out of his way to give me the best answers and made me feel very comfortable about the product I bought.
Just want to say that your associate Randall Smooth deserves major recognition. He went above and beyond what any other associate would for a customer. I went in needing a new phone due to mine being completely inoperable anymore, and rather than telling me “Oh we don’t have the phone you want, you’ll have to come back after we order it” (which I was told by another associate) he hunted down the exact phone I wanted and personally picked it up for me. I even overheard the district manager asking him why he would do any of what he is doing for a customer, (who was in dire need of a working phone). But he made sure to make the customer feel 100% a priority. Working in management in a service department at a dealership, I have high expectations for customer service and let me tell you, Randall hit the nail right on the head in every way possible. Highly recommend you request Mr. Blackmon when purchasing any device from AT&T.
I like this AT&T store, I usually dont have to wait long at all but try to go at off times. They have always been very helpful here.
I’ve now had the PLEASURE of doing service in this store twice. The first time I was greeted and helped over the phone by Alex and he offered to further assist me should I come in. Thank goodness I did. He was able to save us so much on our new phones. While there we switched our TV service to the My TV they provide. Later after having a shipping issue with my phone I was able to get it all resolved with the help of the store manager. No fault of my own we were not easy customers, but never did Alex, Josh or any of the reps there make us seem like we were a bother and really helped make the transition easier for us.

The prices are very deceiving. What we were told and what its going to cost is to different things.
My phone broke. I wanted a pixel but also needed to replace my wifes phone so I got a iphone for my wife for me to use temporarily while the pixel shipped. I had to open a new line to get the pixel with a New number. Was told by patrick at the store that I could move my wifes number over to that installment when we swapped. I had explained the whole situation and was told it would work out. When I got the phone and made the move I called customer service but they told me I would have to pay off the installment or change her number unless I went to the store it was bought at. So I did. The store told me the same thing. They could not move my wifes number to an existing installment. Pay in full or change her number. So we changed her number. Really wasted a lot of our time. This is mostly a review of AT&T as a company. The store employees were moderately patient with my frustration. Except the first gentleman I spoke with that gave me some lip and proceeded to delegate and leave for lunch.
Associate Cam helped us out trading in our phones and upgrading. He was helpful, nice and saved us time. Appreciated his work.
I attempted to trade in a phone on a business account and after waiting almost 2 hours some other yahoo came in and said Id need to pay a restocking fee. Could have told me that 2 hours earlier. Save some time and give down the road.

John was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful through the entire process of trading my phone in for a new one as well as his associate Cam. I would highly recommend going here to either one of them for all your AT&T needs!

Editing my original post. Came home with a new phone and then got an email for an insurance that i did not knowingly buy. i was also told by my salesperson (patrick) that i needed to go online and cancel a phone that he couldn’t do it in the store. Got home and called Customer service to cancel the phone and I actually have to wait 90 days and pay for two phones for those 90 days. I was advised by the ATT customer service to go back and return the phone and have them take off all the extra insurance charges. She said to go in and simply get my upgrade. Funny. - that’s what I thought I was doing in the first place.
Went in to research an I phone for my daughter. Patrick greeted us right away and just great. Totally professional and patient. And my daughter loves the phone!

The manager, Ryan, was exceptional. So knowledgeable, cordial and efficient. He helped us with things we didnt know we need help with. So impressed by him and appreciate so much him making a dreaded visit painless and easy.
They did a great job helping me set up a email so I could back up and transfer all my information. They were very patient and diligent even though I wasnt purchasing a new phone. I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family!

I would just like to say that I’m sorry you had to put up with the hate from a person who claims to be military yet he has no idea why he was fighting . Please know all Texans and Americans for that matter do not think this way even though we have an illegitimate presidency in our White House and also thank you for your calm and polite manner even though it may have been difficult. Brought my mom in for a new phone. She kept her old 4S for so long because she was afraid of losing all of her information. The rep was so helpful and patient walking her through how to use her new iphone 8 and was able to get all her pictures and videos transferred over. Will be doing all my future business here. My family has been going to this store for over 15 years. Nothing but kind, patient, knowledgeable service. They even help my 89 year old grandma get back into her Facebook even though that’s not a part of their job description. Love this team!
THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! I went in to activate a phone I already owned and just needed a sim card. I was told there was a $35 activation fee. So I paid it in store on my credit card. Then I get my bill and was again charged an activation fee and when I called customer service I was told there is no such thing as in store activation fees!!!! So where did my money go?? I asked for a copy of my receipts from a rep at the store which he gave me and it shows that I paid for a prepaid line as well??? I never authorized this. Even worse is that the MANAGER was the one that did this. Sonali was her name and Im reporting this fraud to AT&T and telling everyone I know to stay FAR AWAY from this store. The old manager was always so honest and nice and now you have liars working there.

I like this store because its mainly close to my home however the staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. They are usually never crazy busy so my wait is not too long. Much better than the mall!!!

Have been dealing with AT&T for years. Have never had any major issues with there retail stores, but this was one of my favorites. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

I lost people I call brother there. Same as everyone else. Pulled up at 7pm and watched an associate walk over and lock the door. Website says 8pm, negative reviews dating from over a year ago and its still not fixed? Simply stunning...I recently sat down and priced upgrading phones with AT&T vs going to a new carrier. I decided to stay loyal hence my trip to this store. After this, and having a female associate shake her head at us while we stood at the door, weve decided to take our business elsewhere.Between uVerse, Internet, home phone, wireless phones, and Digital Life we spend about $500 a month. You can credit this store with us switching services.
Horrible customer service! The guy who was helping us was on his phone the entire time and he messed up what we wanted. He also seemed to have a racial bias. A white couple walked in and he smiled and was friendly but the entire time he was being incredibly rude to us.

I have been a customer with AT&T for over 30 years don’t know why I stay with them. They are the most unorganized bunch of idiots I’ve ever dealt with and their cell phone and internet is higher than anyone else not to mention what a nightmare direct TV is. I am bound and determined to find new Service this next year because dealing with AT&T is way to stressful.
I would love to give 10 stars if possible. First started with a very very terrible customer service from Pearland Pkwy location and ended up sending us to this Friendswood location, which I am so grateful for that because we got a very good customer care & plus more. especially, manager Ryan took very good care of us and solve all the problems we had from Pearland Pkwy location troubles, with such good professional care, friendly and more, I cant say enough about Ryan and other employees at Friendswood location, super helpful with smiley faces. Pearland Pkwy is closer to us, NEVER going back again, instead we definitely will just go straight to Friendswood location, even its a little bit of distant but its all worth the drive. Keep up the good customer service, we will be sending our family and friends to this location as well. Thank you very much Ryan for helping us.
Please always ask customer service to read the contract before agreeing to anything. AT&T bundles and contracts are contradictory in the final print, even though the CS reps will try very hard to convince you otherwise. Always, always, always get the contract first.
I was able to purchase exactly that I wanted without delay.
Went to another carrier and was not happy with my service so came back to AT&T. Came this store to fix a problem another location messed up, great customer service!

The sales rep at the store seemed to have a racial bias. When he was dealing with a couple of white customers, he seemed very friendly, but when he was dealing with me, a black man, his attitude dropped.
This location is very unprofessional and will be contacting upper management to deal with situation.
