This was probably my best experience with Foot Locker. I was helped by a young man named Yimi. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He had to do a lot of running around for us to find the shoes we wanted. In the end, they didnt have the shoe we wanted in the right size. This didnt stop Yimi from being helpful. He searched other stores in the area and gave us the address of one close by that had what we were looking for. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be back in the future.

Awesome customer service. Had an issue with some kids shoes I bought at finish line. They were dismissive and rude. Took them to champs and they were awesome! Helped me out and so I spent over $300 at the store! Thank you again for your help!

Best place to buy shoe for back to school

There wasnt very much of a selection. They take forever stocking back up on inventory.

My experience was AMAZING thanks to the Manger MIKE! My brother wanted shoes for his birthday and I wanted to surprise him with some nice shoes. Now I’m far from up to date with shoes so when went to Footlocker I didn’t know what I was suppose to get for my brother. I walk into Footlocker immediately I felt WELCOMED by the greeting so welcomed I ended up leaving with 4 pair of shoes 2 for me, 1 for my daughter and my brother shoes. Thanks Mike for your EXCELLENT customer service. I’ll will definitely be coming back!

Terry is the only reason I make the drive out here to cop all my kicks and gear from his store. Kennedy is super nice and always has the heat in my 9.5! Very well run store, and friendly, knowledgeable associates.

They never have the size shoes I need for me or my kids. Really frustrating.

Decent selection of shoes but the music and clothes would make you think youre in a ghetto in Harlem.

I went to this location about exchanging my shoes for a bigger size and they didnt have it in the store but prepared me for a 5-7 day shipment. I was a little sad because I wanted them for a trip but was cool with it. That same day I went to the store, I received a shipment notification and today I got my shoes! Thank you Angel and to his awesome manager for the great customer service; I appreciate you both for going above and beyond.

Went there to buy a jacket and when I got home I noticed they didnt take the security tag off. So know I have a to drive from the galleria back to baybrook. No good .

Got some super cute Adidas for my little one with holographic stripes for a good price and I got a good pair of blue air Force ones for myself that were pretty sweet too for a very good price

I really cant understand how in a shoe store, you ask (on the phone ) if they have any air jordan 11, 12 or 13 in stock for sale and your answer is : I HAVE NO IDEA BOSS. .... like ... man what are you doing there then ??? A simple no or let me check would have being a lot better to answer. Bad service.

We werent greeted when we walked in. Then i had to ask for what i was looking for instead of the sales associate asking me. Ok so when we asked for the shoes my son wanted he brought them and and didnt try to assist him with anything. And for a place that works off commission the sales associate didnt deserve the commission.

My son went to footlocker at the baybrook mall in Houston, Texas. He was involved in a raffle for new shoes. Once we arrived to the store we were told we needed to buy the shoes! He was cheated and lied to and wouldnt let him trade shoes he bought a couple days before that broke a day after he bought them. What they did was wrong

This particular Foot Locker will not accept any “hype” returns due to them thinking you’re a “reseller”. This has nothing to do with any of their policies and is strictly just something they enforce on their own.

When my brothers visited from New York they bought me some shoes here for my birthday. They didnt have a few shoes in my size and I didnt understand how the shoes I chose didnt have my size.
