Fast and fair! I noticed a chip in my windshield and quickly searched for a local place to fix it. I called here this morning and was greeted with a voicemail. Nearly instantly after the call, I was texted by the company and offered a way to get a quote via text. Awesome! I was able to then do everything by text message. Less than 4 hours later a technician was at my home to fix my chipped windshield. Honestly, this was so much better and easier than I could have imagined. Will ABSOLUTELY use again. Highly recommend.

Outstanding job! Worked me on a Saturday. Super nice guy, knew what he was doing. Very fast! Lifetime warranty. Wanted to show before and after but the job was so good the after doesnt even show up.

I’ve used these guys in the past and found them again today. I had another chip in my windshield and they were able to repair this one as well. Safelite said the chip was unrepairable and wanted to replace my windshield. Chip was the size of a quarter, nothing special about it.Thanks Glass Experts!!

The windshield install was good, but now my car door is not closing properly. Big bummer since Im getting ready to sell and now have to go to the shop. The main issue is that they sent a different company to do the install (A1 Automotive Glass). I was expecting a GlassXperts truck. I work from home and watched the installer stand on my seat. Not happy at all. I would not recommend these guys.

I had a great experience and was very impressed by both the technician and his work. We had chip on the windshield of our car. I used their website to request an appointment. I requested same day service not thinking I could get it, but was fortunate to be added as the last appointment of the day on a Friday. We set the appointment for 5:00, Asher was running a few minutes behind (literally just 10 min) and he still kept me updated with his status via text. Very different from typical morning or afternoon service windows where you have to hang around all day. I asked a lot of questions during the process and Asher was great about explaining the Whats and Whys of his work. The end result was excellent and the price was great. I highly recommend Asher and GlassXperts.

Unbelievable how quick and easy this was. I was obviously skeptical at a free service, but this really is! They even handle all of the work with your insurance company. They came to me and repaired my windshield while I was working. Hopefully I wont need to again, but if I ever get another chip in my windshield, I wont stress about it. Ill call these guys to get it taken care of. Very impressed!

I had a small chip in my winshield that I didnt want to get worse. GassXperts to the rescue! They were on time for our 5pm appointment, and promptly got to work on the glass. I had a really great experience with these guys. They came to me and fixed my windshield in less than 30 min. They were on time and I didnt pay them a thing.I watched as they were working and they explained the entire process of repair. I didnt have to pay a penny. All covered by insurance. Why pay if your insurance will cover the charge? While the technician was there he noticed my headlights were faded and offered an additional service (head light restoration). I didnt believe it was possible. He told me that if I was not satisfied with the result it was free. He was right, it came out as good as new. I definetly would recommend these guys to everyone.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! HAD TO COME OUT AND FIX WINDSHIELD 4 TIMES BECAUSE OF EXCESSIVE AIR NOISE. THE LAST TIME THEY CAME OUT AND PULLED OUT WINDSHILD AND SAW THERES A CHIP IN IT BUT THEY SAID THE WINDSHIELD IS OK. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO TELL ME THAT THE CHIP IS SOMETHING NEW I NEED TO PAY FOR. I DEF DONT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY. GO TO SAFELITE AND SAVE THE HASSEL.ACTUALLY THE CHIP IS NOT REPAIRED! IF IT WAS I WOULDNT BE WRITING A REVIEW. WHEN YOUR SERVICE TECH CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT HE SAID THAT IS SOMETHING NEW AND THEY TRIED TO FILL THE CHIP. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME OUT AND SEE THE CHIP I WELCOME YOU BACK OUT AGAIN FOR THE 5TH TIME.
