Gary at the Frisco, Tx store was amazing! He helped me find the part I needed plus companion parts. He saved me hours searching online. We are blessed to have a NAPA store in our community.
Every time I call and or go in to pick up something I always get great awesome service. Friendly, professional helpful service. One gentleman is always there when I go In, not sure of his name but a cool awesome guy. No part or question is a problem for them willing to help with the smallest of request. I will always give them a buzz with my parts and automotive needs.
Had a different part that I was able to sort of make work. (Volts are still higher than it should be but its way better than it was)They had heard of the part I needed, they Didnt have the part I needed unfortunately, but neither did the 2 other parts stores that I checked out and the other stores hadnt even heard of the part I was looking for.Thanks NAPA Staff!!! Yall were quite helpful given the part I was trying to find and coming up with a patch option on hand.

I went to this location in Frisco and picked up a part that they will holding for me from that morning and waited until I got off they only had two so I ended up buying both of them Gary and Adam were so helpful and I appreciated everything they did I was so happy to have this part that I plan on going here more often even though its a ways of a drive I rather get this kind of service then go to one right around the corner from me which I will not name thank you guys so much
It took me 30 mins to get a cabin and air filter with no other customers in the store! Staff is incompetent, unfriendly and don’t know their systems or the system itself is terrible. Never going to a NAPA after this experience!

Not a good experience. I sent my wife there to get a battery for her car. I told her which one I wanted her to get. They rang her up and told her to pull around back, and they would bring it out.She waited 20 minutes (yes, 20 minutes), and no one ever came out. She went back in to see what was taking so long, and she was told the battery (that they just sold her) was out of stock. After asking why nobody came out to tell her, the worker said the other guy told him, She will eventually come back in. That is not good customer service!They sold her a different battery. It was actually a more close replacement to the OEM battery. It was a little more money, but we got it for the cheaper price because of the initial bad service.Now, enter problem number two. The car would not start with the new battery. I figured there was something wrong with the car and called roadside assistance to have it towed to a repair shop. When the tow person came, he was able to jump the car. He said the alternator was good (based on the equipment he was using), and he told me the battery was bad. I told him that it was a brand new battery, but he insisted that it was bad.So, I took the battery out of the car and put it on my battery charger. It was not charged. While it charged, I bought a battery tester. After it was completely charged, I checked the battery. It appeared to be good. The battery tester showed 12.85 volts and and it said 100% charge along with a higher than rated CCA capacity. I continued to test the battery every few hours. THE BATTERY WAS QUICKLY LOSING CHARGE WHILE COMPLETELY OUT OF THE VEHICLE. After one day, the potential was at 12.69 volts and was at 89% charge. It lost 11% of its charge NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING while sitting on the workbench in my garage.I brought it back to Napa, and the person did not want to give me a refund at first (he just wanted to swap it out), but because he was aware of the bad service my wife got, he decided to give us a refund.He was nice and wanted to try to make things right for us, but he was telling me that the battery was fine. The load test on the battery is a snapshot test of the battery at its current charge. Yes, the capacity was still good (the CCA was higher than rated), and the charge was still high. But it lost 11% charge in one day while not connected to anything! I spoke with my dad who was a mechanic his whole life, and he told me that sometimes batteries can be faulty. They could have bad plates or shorts within, and he was certain that a battery that loses 11% charge in one day is a faulty battery.I told the guy to check the battery tomorrow. I sure hope he does. I dont think he gave me enough credit. Im not an automotive expert, but I do have some knowledge, and I know that battery was no good. I fear he is just going to sell that battery the way it is, and somebody else is going to have the unfortunate luck of dealing with the same problem that I had.

I needed new headlight. Joey came to my car, checked it, and installed new lights. He also brought my ticket out to me since I have a hard time walking. This is not the first time Joey has been so helpful. A few months back he installed a new battery. I received the same pleasant service then as I did today. I will definitely come back when I need auto parts.

Not very friendly. Slapping hands on the desk, huffing and puffing at every question I asked. Its almost like my business was not wanted or desired here. I got the point clearly but remained calm and professional.See lots of reviews with battery related issues. Big battery poster on store front.Quietly walked out and looked for another place that could help me. I know NAPA can put together battery custom terminals based on research Ive done.No recommendations offered. Nothing

Shop run by Gordy - THE most sincere and honest mechanic I ever met. After moving from NY in 2009 and have NO mechanic, we where in NEED. When you are in need you are in mercy of any mechanic. We met few -will not mention their names... We found Gordy on Internet and because he was really close-by we checked him out --- WHATS A DIFFERENRCE!!! I felt like we know each other for ever and he ALWAYS take care of us and our 6 cars (we lost few in the process). He is always very honest, his work is top performance. If something will cost more at his shop he will refer you to someone who is doing great job and charging less. Now 4 years later, he and his crew are like family to us.We are extremely happy with Gordye services, If you are looking for good, reliable mechanic - you must check him out.
A few months ago, I purchased a new blower motor for my 1991 Honda Accord. The blower motor worked really well but only lasted about 3 months. I decided to call Napa Auto Parts in Frisco (where I originally ordered the blower motor from) to see if they could look me up in their system since the part has a 1 year warrantee. The gentleman on the phone stated he could not look me up in their system and also did not see any blower motors sold for a Honda Accord all the way back to 2014... So now Im left with a bad blower motor, no A/C, and a lot of cash out of my pocket, all for nothing. Either their employee did not know how to use the system or the system they use does not work correctly because I definitely purchased this part from their store and nothing showing up on record sounds sketchy to me. I would not recommend purchasing parts from this store unless you keep all your receipts the old school way. You are better off going to a parts store that keeps up with technology and stores a record of your purchase on their system.

NAPA Auto Parts seems to be able to get anything. They dont have much in the store in terms of stuff that is displayed but any filter or something that you would need for your heavy equipment you can get it here.
