We bought a mattress here over three months ago. We thought we had made the right purchase. We were not getting good sleep, so we come back to the store, and are concerned that we will have to buy a new mattress, but mattress firm and Jose take the mattress and exchange it for $89. Richard was very helpful and informative. Delivery was very timely which was important. However, the adjustable base did not fit my guest room bed. The process to get extenders for the legs was going to take longer than expected, so with company expected, I was able to exchange base with a regular foundation at no cost. That made me a very happy camper. The mattress we bought is a success. Our recent guests said it was very comfortable. I recommend Mattress Firm.

I bought a purple mattress and frame a few months ago and I was nervous to say the least. I paid cash for my transaction and knew I didn’t want to finance any of it. During the past few months my frame has broken a few times and Mattress Firm and the team there has really helped me. I am not sure why it happens. I’m a little person and it’s a big bed but for some reason. This is just my luck. Anyway, they have really made me feel comfortable and confident. I really appreciate that they didn’t try to exploit me by making me buy a new frame or charging me a new delivery fee. This kind of care speaks volumes for their business model and that the humans are first here. If you’re a nervous shopper like me, this is the place to go. No gimmicks, no games, just people.

I enjoyed the process. It was quick and easy. We had a great sales rep Kenji and he was highly knowledgeable about each mattress. We like to do the one stop shop style and we did it. With a little bit of time we made a selection and paid for our mattress and adjustable base. We love it and the best part of the day was that we got it the same day. We like results and to our surprise, God made it all happen in just a few short hours right before the record snow storm in north Texas. Needed to purchase a bunkie board so I called Mattress Firm and Kenjie, friendly sales person at Eldorado location, located one at another local Mattress Firm. I was promptly sent a link to pay for it securely and was on my way to pick it up. Great customer service at both the Eldorado location and Preston/Gaylord locations in Frisco.

We walked in late on a Thursday evening. Karen was the manager on duty that evening. She was crazy busy with a couple customers and the phone timing but she handled it with ease and professionalism. We weren’t in a hurry so we just tested floor models. When keen made her way to us, we were pretty set on a bed. Boy were we wrong! Karen took the time to get to know us both and figure out the absolute best mattress for us. We ended up picking a completely different bed that we LOVED even more. All because Karen took the time to actually have us try all different kinds of brands and firmness. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my spine so i need something that will give me the sleep i need. There was ZERO pressure to upgrade or go with a certain brand. She was truly more concerned about a happy, comfortable and well rested customer. We loved our experience all because of Karen. Our bed was delivered today, 3 days later and the delivery crew was even amazing. They seriously had our Tempurpedic set up in 7.5 minutes! Will definitely recommend this store and this mattress to everyone!!! I originally had a good experience but definitely had some miscommunication about delivery! I was ensured multiple times that I would get my mattress by a certain date but now there saying it’s gonna be 2 months late. If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have gotten a new mattress at this time. Very unhappy.

Horrible return policy. Richard recommend a platform frame rather than a regular frame/box spring. It was way to low and they would only offer a credit for the frame but the box spring price almost doubled in price within 7 days. Took my business to Nebraska Mart, way better prices and service!!

But how do you spend big money on a mattress you can’t test out, and even if you take the leap, how do you decide between the 4-6 options online that range in price from $1K to $4K? In comes Mattress Firm. In addition to having conventional mattresses, they also sell the Purple brand. We went in and Bill did a great job describing what the differences are, very knowledgeable. Great experience and fast delivery (buying Purple online has a big backlog vs a few days locally). Very happy with the bed and experience. Also offered 0% financing for 4 years if that is of interest to you.
