Terrible customer service at Bed Bath & Beyond Frisco. I bought a gift card from Bed Bath & Beyond at Frisco, and it turned out no money on the gift card. I went to the store and the supervisor whose name is Steven needs to talk with her manger Brandy Envis and give me the answer. The next day, I did not get any response by noon, so I called the store, the on Duty Manger Mike said the transaction went through and I need to call the customer service. I definitely do not agree with it because it wastes my time and it is not my fault, the store needs to discuss with the issue with its internal team. He gave me the feeling he did not care of the customer, whatever you do does not matter to me. I want to give the complain and need his and his mangers name, he refuse to give me. very unprofessional, will never shop here. I will not recommend you buy any thing at Bed Bath & Beyond.

Not only were we able to purchase all the bed and bath items, grab several kitchen gadgets and dinnerware I found few things for my own home, all at a great price. To top it off he was able to get 20% discount on his purchase with college savings pass. And the store associate who checked us out was very friendly and patient. I would highly recommend this store for back to college shopping!

One of Associate here not helpful at all, she dont even try to listen what I am asking. Simply saying check online for all questions. There is no need to visit if we are familiar with all information.

If your hours on your website say 9am to 8pm on Saturdays, and your system is actively sending emails for customers to pick up their curbside orders, you should probably be here to deliver when we show up.Got here at 7:20pm and the doors are locked. Several customers have pulled up and left after finding nobody here.Most of the people in this area don’t have extra time to waste on incorrect hours or store managers closing early.

I do like the store is more open after they remodeled the store. There are less items thou but price is pretty reasonable.

The staff was great. I came here to return a product and the process was quick and painless. The experience was awesome.

They were closing out and their were no signs. Some interesting items at the sales section(no returns) just off to the right of the registers/entrance. I found a bubble machine for the kiddos for 5 bucks. I am only writing this cause when I went to the counter, there was a small sign that said no coupons because they are closing. I bought the items I needed and the bubble machine anyway but would have liked to know in advance. Now you know :)

This store and manager Mike really take care of their customers. The manufacturer of my KitchenAid Nespresso had nothing but excuses when it started leaking inside. KitchenAid told me to talk to Nespresso and vice-versa. I asked BB&B manager Mike about it and he gave me a full credit towards a new machine from his store. I was back making coffee!

These guys have everything! My wife reserved a wedding gift and handed me a 20% off coupon and we saved $16 on this beverage tub. Everyone in line behind me wanted to know where the party was going to be!The cool thing about the on line reservation is that they pull the item and have it up front by the registers. I didnt even have to find the gift!

The staff was friendly but the store is not what I was expecting for a usual Bed Bath & Beyond. Its messy and the bathroom was trashed and had no toliet paper, felt like I was shopping at an over priced Wal-Mart.

Just like ever Bed Bath and Beyond, same selections with really clean and organized showroom floor.This store is actually a flip around comparing to all other ones I have been to, everything were on opposite side, but still the same layout like all of their store.

ALL their comforters are made in china out of Polyester, which is Petroleum, which is highly toxic and cancerous.Are you trying to poison your clients?Since you are a big chain store, which takes over small businesses, and since you have ZERO concern to the health of your clients, and you offer ZERO healthy alternatives, i recommend to others to stay away from your stores.

Online order notified us to go the store for contactless pickup - and the store was closed. Saw several other cars come and go just the 10 minutes we were there.

They have the keurig k- cups I want but when u try to use the coupon it doesnt work!! I had cashier call manager and he finnally got it to come up. PROBLEM IS: coupon wont download because of internet problem!!! Especially if u have AT&T!! Big problem! Trying to figure out what to do?! Will update if I find a solution?

Love bed Bath and beyond, but who doesn’t. The employees are so nice and if you ask them where to find a product they will find it for!Let’s not forget to mention the coupons.If you have a coupon that says 20% off one single item or 20% off the whole offer and the date has expired they will still honor it, I’m not talking about the 10% and 20% this would just be on the 20% or the $10 off $30 etc. They will not honor text coupons that have expired just the paper ones.

They have a ton of awesome gadgets. The stores are always clean. Getting some help was tricky but not near as tricky as their coupons. Be on the look out and read the fine print but really enjoy this store and spend some time looking around. They have some pretty cool stuff

I used to love Bed Bath and Beyond but I really feel like it has gone downhill lately. My GF and me went before Christmas and it was very empty. Im not sure if this was because it was right before Christmas. The kitchen stuff was really overpriced. Ill give it another shot later and see if I feel the same way.

Friendly staff. Nice bathroom shower curtain collection. Wasnt too impressed with the selection of sheets to be honest. The throw pillows were like $60 a piece. But the employees are super friendly and nice and help you save. Honest.

I bought a new comforter and sheet set. Spent about $600. Love the quality and feel of both. The sales person assisting me was very knowledgeable, and also help with color matching my items. After my selection, she introduced me to a new savings program that replaces the mailer discount card. That extra step was a deal maker for me. Awesome all around.

Three wick candles on BOGO makes for a quality deal. I do not recommend ever buying anything full price, as they have regular online and in-store sales. Don’t want to miss out? Subscribe to their mailing list. Beware: you may be tempted to spend more than you should on all the scents, which usually get released in large batches each new season throughout the year. I prefer the foaming soaps to some of the other options. Pro tip: after you’ve burnt through a three wick candle, the lids can make fun drink coasters.

We do like this place, we have never had any issues before, but few weeks ago we purchased a $300 item after they told us its discounted due to a damaged package, but when we got home we found that it was used item. When returning the item the next day the return experience was all but pleasant, very rude and unprofessional

Well, I felt a little bit lied to at the register.They supposed to price match with amazon and I prepared the stuff I wanna price match but this young girl turned around and said, they can not match price with amazon on prime items because it is paid membership. I could argue with that coz we pay that membership for free deliveries and video service but she was not interested to listen so I paid the full price and next time I will shop directly from Amazon, lets see if she will be able to keep her job with that attitude

I love BB&B! I was so sad to see the Albuquerque store close. We were in Plano visiting with relatives and saw that the store was still open in Frisco I joined the BB&B discount club and bought the down pillows I can only find there. I also found bubble guns for our grandkids! Now I can purchase online and get free shipping and 20 percent off on my purchases. Great Deals!

Looked for sheets but tjey do not have variety like they used to have. The store is good but much less variety than it used to have.

Staff is always helpful. I did sign up for the annual membership that gets me 20% off of everything every time I shop. Might be a little bit more than buying online, however, I like to touch and see what it is Im buying and for those purchases this is a good place to shop.

I went to return a juicer which I got from this store a month back as the product was not working. I didn’t have the receipt and I asked Doug the store manager to give me store refund which I could use for purchase of any other products. Doug told me that there is no way for him to prove that this product was purchased in this store. I had the box, the bar code, the SKU number and he says that there is no way identify if this product is from this store. Two things happened from this, they lost a customer for life time coz of an inefficient store manager who doesn’t know how to identify his store products despite of having SKU, bar code and product in front of him.Second, they should learn from other stores like Costco, Target, Amazon on what customer service is and how to win customers rather than lose them.
