We came here because my husband has been wanting a bike for YEARS but never pulled the trigger on purchasing one. He has been hearing about Bike Mart on The Ticket a lot and decided to stop in today.Barry asked if he could offer any helpand he gave the BEST customer service Ive ever experienced. He asked and truly listened to what my husband was looking for a bike for in order to find the right model for him.After going over the differences in models, he had my husband test two styles. What I appreciated the most about Barry is that while my husband was trying out a bike, he was noting certain things such as needing a bigger size due to how my husband was sitting or that he looked more comfortable on the other style. You can definitely tell that Barry truly loves helping people find the right bike for them.Another thing I loved about Barry is that when we started looking for a bike for me, I stated that I probably cared too much about the looks of a bike over just function... and not once did I feel judged by him. I love coming to Richardson’s Bike Mart and looking what they have to offer. I haven’t been in a while, and they are noticeably low on stock. But what they do have is outstanding. They have the S-Works and some other dream bikes that you don’t see just anywhere.The staff is always friendly and they have a wide selection of accessories, gear, supplements, you name it!Maybe one day I will have the 13k S-works! Haha (fiancé might kill me if I came home with that)

Good so far. Close to my place, have good customer care, store has variety of bikes available. Bikes arent cheap, but you cant really get professional bike for little money.

I went to Bike Mart of Frisco in search for a folding bike. Those are hard to come by but they had two in stock. Michael at Bike Mart was helpful showing me the two different ones. I decided on the Dehon D8 in white. He did a quick tune and allowed me to test it out. The bike is great. Ive been looking for a folding bike for quite sometime to bring it with me when I go on vacation and not wanting to take me gravel bike. When the bike is folded it fits nicely in the trunk of my SUV with plenty of space left. Also in all, I had a great experience.

Took my 9 yr old sons bike in for minor repairs over Labor Day weekend; the chain kept falling off which caused him multiple wrecks. Staff was friendly and listened to his description of what happened. The service tech assessed and immediately saw the issues. It was ready in 2 days for $50! Great service especially over a holiday!

Bike mart was quite a drive from Fort Worth during evening rush hour for me, however, they were the only bike store in the DFW metroplex that had what I needed. The sales team is super knowledgeable and every question I had (no matter how silly it sounded) and gave suggestions to help me solidify the type of bike would suit me best for my needs. Actually, I bought one bike thinking it was the one but it wasnt quite what I was looking for. Very busy when I walked in and waited in the line for the service department. An associate walked up and asked if we were picking up a repair and I informed him I just needed a pair of brackets with bearings. He pulled us out of line and grabbed the parts and even showed me what tool I needed to put the bushings back in. Very professional and excellent service.

Awesome service, their team pays attention to detail and does their best to provide solutions. Ive bought several bikes over the years and Ive often had to come by with one to get the shifting tweaked, theyll put it up on a stand and make the adjustment and send me on my way...no charge. Thats the kind of service that you can expect. I have no reason to go anywhere else and I am all for supporting an LBS in Frisco as opposed to shopping online.

Excellent customer service. Fixed a flat tire for me. In and out in about 10 mins. Employees were friendly, smiling and very knowledgeable. This was my first time going there and they definitely gained a new customer.

Purchased a used bike from here. They assured me that the bike had been thoroughly inspected and anything that needed to be replaced had been taken care of, and that the seat could not be adjusted unless they cut the shaft down. In addition, before leaving the store they gave it another quick inspection. Well I rode it 2 miles on smooth concrete. The next day the tires were flat. Turns out the tires were dry rotted- Some inspection. My bike shop expert lowered the seat with no problem, and advised that tire replacements are difficult to find in stock- so I still cant ride the bike until they are back in stock. Since there are no returns for used bikes at Bike Mart, make sure you take your own bike expert, looks like theirs arent really experts.

I have recently taken two very good bikes in for services. Both experiences have been excellent! From my first inquiry call to bringing the bikes in on separate occasions all have been very courteous, knowledgeable, informative and prompt. Best all around bicycle service I have ever experienced! Both bikes have never run smoother, gear changes, brakes.

Hello Woody, first I love your store and all of the people that work there. I also like that you guys send out a text when repair work is done. I have a suggestion though. I think it would be a good idea to include the total amount for the repair in the text. I went in today to pick up a wheel I had repaired. The total was about 40% higher than the estimate. I know that things work out that way sometimes and estimates are only estimates but it would have been nice to know before I drove to the store. Next time Ill call first and check the total. Bought a bike for my son and Brian helped us look for the best one for him. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and all in all offered a great customer experience. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family and Bike Mart will be my preferred store for my familys biking needs.

Brian is a wonderful salesman! He took personal care in sizing the appropriate bike for our needs. The bike was apparently the last piece in the inventory, owing to supply chain shortages. My son would have loved a different color but had to go with this. It disheartened him a bit but he is happy with the bike.A couple of things to complete the review and this has nothing to do with Brian but Richardson Mart on the whole.1. For a $500 bike, a side stand had to be added and we were charged. That was very irritating. That should have been a standard component. I understand rider add‐ons like helmet, knee-pads, bike headlamp are not essentially bike fundamentals and can be rightly justified as accessories. I honestly thought the stand was a throw-in. 2. Its not even a quality stand to begin with that it had to be charged. I was disappointed. The stand even came loose after the very first day he used. I had to re-fasten. The stand does not even have a rubber shoe or foot on it. 3. Accessories: we are better off buying at Target or other stores given the they are extremely costly. 10% on accessories was not much of a discount either. But I can understand the right gesture there. Overall verdict: Great bike quality - given I myself worked in the manufacturing industry. But the side stand for which I had to pay steeply, also for the same reason. Also, Brian was good but the stores could have done much better on other things mentioned above.

The personal attention I received was great. I was on a short visit back to Dallas for a weekend wedding with limited time, but wanted to pick up a new hardtail while there. Spencer greeted me on Friday afternoon and really helped me narrow down my options based on my budget and desired components (it was down to the Trek Marlin 7 or Orbea MX 25). He sent me on some test rides and was super patient. I deferred my decision until Saturday morn while I researched and contemplated further. First thing Saturday (9am), Catherine was first on the scene. I selected the Marlin 7 and opted for riser bars and better pedals which she suggested based on joint conversations from the day before. Overall, this was a great bike shop experience.Much thanks to both Catherine and Spencer (and the folks in the shop who prepped my bike). This store came highly recommended, so I decided to make the 45 minute drive out to window shop and pick up an online order.No one greeted me as I entered the building, so I decided to window shop first. When I was done with that, I stood by the check out desk and waited to be helped. and waited.. and waited.. Eventually, an employee asked me if I had been helped yet.After some confusion with the online order, it was eventually located. While the employee was helping me, with what was supposed to be an in and out pick up, another customer who had also not been greeted, left.No employeed were masked, nor were there any spacings for customers to stand 6 feet apart.Would give 0 stars if I could, absolutely will NOT return.

Stripped seat post screw, they replaced it no problem in about 10 min. I asked how much I owe. They said free, no worries. This place is awesome.

The salesperson who sold me my bike was so helpful and patient. He took the time to measure my height, listen to what I was looking for, and find the perfect bike for me. We did a test ride and he adjusted the height of the seat, and showed me how to shift gears, since I had not ridden this type of bike before. He did not try to sell me a more expensive bike, even though I probably would have bought one. Then he helped me find the right helmet, a water bottle holder, and other accessories I was looking for, and offered to install them on the bike to get it ready for me. I usually ride a mountain bike, and had never ridden a road bike, so the very first day I rode it, I fell over on it in my driveway of all places, and bent the handlebars. My dad took it in for me, and they fixed it up right there in the shop, and I got it back the same day. They were also nice enough to show my dad a few things about the bike, like how to remove the front wheel, and how the brakes work. Thanks for a great experience, and I love my bike!

I cant say enough about the service from RBM...I brought what I thought was a helpless bike to them...then with a tune-up and some minor repairs they made my old bike feel like a brand new machine. The process was easy...communication was terrific...and the results are THE BEST!

Had a really good experience at Richardson Bike Mart. They had the recumbent bike I was looking for at one of their locations. They sent the bike to a location closer to me and had it assembled and ready to go when I went to look at it.Brian and Colton were both great and they went through everything about the bike with me. I purchased the bike, loaded it up and am really enjoying it.

I am somewhat new to cycling and definitely new to the maintenance side of it as well. Compared to other stores in the area, I feel like RBM always goes above and beyond in helping me find exactly what I need and answering any questions I may have. I am an older man that needs a lot of exercise and the bike I had I was unable to ride. I had a lot of back and knee operations and can’t get on the bike. I came to Richardson Bike Shop to check out and possible buy a new bike. David showed me a few bikes but still could not get on them. Then he brought me to a step thru bike, which I never heard or seen before. That was it for me and about a half hour I’m on my way home with my new Trek bike. Easy on and off and great to ride. Fantastic experience. I came here in search of a large frame hybrid bike, after visiting the Dallas location. The sales staff was incredibly helpful and actually helped me find the correct size after watching me ride. And after learning that the xl bike frame would be best, suggested that I get the bike from the store closer to my house in Dallas. Couldn’t be more grateful for the experience and customer service. It was nice to not just be sold to and to be provided actual help.
