I dont recommend this place at all, i got my new phone from azamzon and wanted to transfer my sim to other phone, but it needed some small changes in settings, i went to this place to help me on it, but the lady who was there asked me for 33 $, i just google it and it takes me 30 sec to transfer my sim to other phone, she only wanted to set my new device IMEI number to the sim cart which they have to do it for free, but she wanted to charge me 33 dollar,

I visited this location a few days ago and the service I received was great. I opened 2 lines but was having issues with porting my previous numbers. The staff reassured me that I could come back another day and they could port the numbers. The next day I came back and the same staff was there and promptly helped me with the porting. They were very helpful with the phone selection and plan set up, without trying too hard to upsell which I personally appreciate. The times I went were very slow, so Im not sure how their customer service is when there are multiple customers in the building. But I would still recommend this location.

Just stopped by to get help for a problem with my friends phone. It was solved in less than 15 seconds! Thanks metro pcs!

August 26th 2019, my significant other went in after work around 6pm. Walked in the door and no one acknowledged or said anything. But there was other ethnic individuals that were acknowledge which in my sense made no sense. The whole reason my significant other went there due to the store was close to where we stay in Frisco. Long story short, I ended up going to the location on Main Street which was an inconvenience. I hope in the future that I dont encounter this if so I will most definitely take this too the corporate level. 😀

Went in today with a few questions about switching to a prepaid plan from Verizon. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name, but the young gentleman wearing glasses working this afternoon gave great service, knew the answers to all of my questions, and has probably earned the company two new customers! Didnt get signed up today, but will come back with my girlfriend and get signed up. Thanks for the great service!Also, $80 for truly unlimited data for two phones, no contract, and $80 off any already discounted phone for switching is a crazy good deal!

Went to upgrade my phone, and the employee there talked to me in very condescending way, and not liked the store at all. even thinking about changing the network carrier. do not go to this store if you want thorough explanation and nice employees.

Arrived at the store and there was a line formed behind the registers for assistance. Two gentlemen came in and proceeded to try and step in front of myself and the two women behind me... The store associate was going to LET THEM and his excuse was Its just a paymentI politely asked for them to wait like everyone else and from then on I received terrible customer service! When the next cashier opened, the two gentlemen were invited to skip the line AGAIN!!I was so shocked that myself, my two daughters and the two women in line behind me were asked to continue waiting in a store with no air conditioning so two men who had just walked through the door could just make their paymentCall in and hassle with automated customer service before coming to this store!!
