I recently stopped in for advice for repairs and upgrading my phone, and was immediately greeted by James. He was super helpful in finding a local company that could repair my existing phone. A week later, I went back to upgrade my phone and was fortunate to be helped by both James and Danielle. It was a Saturday afternoon, and super busy but the staff was still incredibly responsive. It was long wait time due to Saturday traffic but overall, great experience.
I called for assistance with my order and before I was able to fully explain the situation and the discussion with the rep. My sentence was cut short and advised to call Tmobile directly.You would assume before telling me to call back customer service to actually check my account to see if that was the action that was deemed appropriate.Customer service starts with listening and seeking understanding before directing.Im happy Ive experienced this interaction prior to walking into the store so I can get better customer service from a different location and purchase accessories with my order.
Daisy and Rosario went out of their way to fix my cellular service. Not only did they stay after close to make sure all my issues were handled, not once did they complain about having to work longer than scheduled. In fact, the continued to apologize to me for spending all day at another T-Mobile store (the colony) where my problem was not fixed; but made worse. Thank you Daisy and Rosario for your above and beyond service. 10/10 recommend, and will be back at this location if any other issues/future purchases arise! Other carriers, and customer service staff need to take notes from these two, as they have delivered some of the best customer service I have ever received.
My family and i had a great experience. Was visiting from out of state and needed to buy headphones and end up getting a tour of the entire store and interactive experience. A family of 7 walked away with a goodie bag and new knowledge of what Tmobile is doing. Thanks to the entire staff especially Stephany and Christian.
Amazing team! Very nice and friendly. I came in to get my screen repaired and it seems almost brand new now. I was helped by Scott, Clayton, and a few others. Will be coming back to this location again.

Store staff was good but T-Mobile is TRASH! Stay away! Verizon and AT&T are more expensive but customer service is 100 times better.Bought a Note10 in January. 5 months later it stopped charging bc it says phone temp too low. Tried to get it repaired but the repairs didnt fix the issue so had to get a warranty replacement. 5 months later exact same issue with the replacement phone.Went to UBreakIFix to attempt to get it repaired but was told because the screen was cracked they couldnt do any warranty work on it. When asked how much the parts are to replace the screen when they did the warranty work was told Id have to pay $300 to get the screen fixed 1st then they could do the warranty work which meant they would double dip on the labor to fix the phone.At T-Mobile was told my only options were pay $200 and jump and start all over with a new phone and a new 24 month payment plan OR file insurance and get another Note10 replacement device that would be out of warranty if it fails at the 5 month mark.Sell me TWO lemons and then f*$k me when trying to get it replaced.
I came over from AT&T, deciding I had enough, and I walked in the door at T-Mobile and asked them to help me escape AT&T. Within a few short minutes JC had me sold on a great wireless plan for two lines I was bringing over, plus a Samsung GalaxyA71. I had a great experience and I love my phone and 5G is amazing! Seriously, thank you JC! 😁

My sons battery was blown and T-Mobile couldnt fix it because we didnt have the warranty but Vivian didnt turn us away she called several near by phone repair stores to see if they had the battery and if they could repair my sons phone. She found us a store across the street who replaced my sons battery. Vivian was super friendly and helpful!!

Me and my fiancé went in to switch over from AT&T and get on the same plan before we got married. Will was so helpful with answering all of our questions and knew what he was talking about. He hooked us up with a great plan and helped me trade in my phone for a newer one. They also were doing a raffle for a sound bar and we won it!! Best visit ever! So glad we made the switch!!!!

Yesterday my wife and I made the switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. It was the best decision we ever made. You get a discount just for being a veterans, free Netflix, T-Mobile Tuesdays! I am so glad we went to this store. “Will” provided excellent customer service. He made our visit very enjoyable and he was able to help us with all of our questions. I will definitely recommend Him!

An absolutely awesome experience! If going to this location, ask for Will, he was amazing, more informed than any we have dealt with over the years. He has a fantastic personality & went out of his way to get the right plan for us & got everything thing set up in no time. The bonus to this is, we can finally use our cell phones in our home........a first in 17 years! I definitely recommend T-Mobile, & the service at this location is compared to none! Try it, break up with ATT, if you’re unfortunate enough to have their poor service!

My fiancée and I were switching carriers and during the process the sales associate, Will Vannurden, took care of us. If you’ve ever switched plans or carriers before, you know that it can be an arduous process. Despite the process, Will was courteous, kind, and knew the ins and outs of everything T-Mobile was offering. The manager, Ivan, even drove to Stonebriar to pick up the specific color of phone we wanted. They went above and beyond and with an unmatched level of customer service. I will never consider switching back to AT&T after this positive experience from T-Mobile.
Made me wait for close to 40 minutes. Only after that a TMobile staff came and took down my name. The customer care executive came to meet us after that and was not keen on selling a phone. Very disappointed with service.

Terrible customer service and no follow through. My phone stopped working, so we supposedly had it sent out for replacement. When the phone was scheduled to arrive, I called and was told the phone wasnt there and that there was no record of a replacement to be sent. I proceeded to ask why and what they were going to do to correct it. I was told, Are you sure you came here last week? Im really busy now with other customers so just call the T-Mobile customer service line., then hung up on me. After calling the customer service line, I found out an order was half way submitted but not completed. I now have to wait 2 days for overnight shipping.

Waited for about 15 mins because it was busy, that’s fine. I was customer #2 waiting. A couple comes in after me I hear them saying there are two people ahead of them. They tend to the gentleman ahead of me, then a rep comes to me and says let me ge them before I get your because you want an upgrade and that will be and hour so it’s not really skipping. How is it not?! My time is just as valuable. I knew what I wanted I just needed him to add it to the contract and I can set up at home. I left pissed and went to McKinney and was done in 15 minutes. I’ve been with T-Mobile over 10 years and they treated me as if I was nothing. Thank you to the bearded guy that said it’s not really skipping. 🤦🏾♂️ I’ll call the store too to complain.
It is with an extremely heavy heart that I am leaving this review. As an employee, I know the type of service that the company is capable of but this store has failed to meet that everytime. Causing MULTIPLE issues with my bill spanning 6+months and a lack of desire to correct an issue that is out of the control of either myself or tmobile. I will not be back to this location again.

I dont understand how this store only has 3.2 stars because all I have received from this T-Moible is only a 5 star rating. We switched over from ATnt and after seeing what they have to offer it was a no brainer. Jorge, and Jennifer were the two employees that helped us switch over, set up our new account, and was able to answer all of our questions without leaving us with any concerns. So far I have been back to the store 3 times since switching and every time I am greeted with a warm hello. We are happy that we switched, because honestly.. we get better service with T-Mobile. IF YOU LIVE IN NORTH DALLAS< SWITCH TO T-MOBILE! Tell em I sent you ;)

Hispanic male with beard on 9/23/16 hes the perfect example of how NOT to treat a customer. Rude and not willing to assist whatsoever. He was giving me one word answers to my questions just plain bad service. Something as simple as doing an upgrade was too much work for him so he passed it on to someone else to do it for me. I avoid this place as much as possible thankfully I ONLY come here when I need an upgrade. every year, every time different ppl same bad service.

Avoid it like the plague! They are DISHONEST. First, the minor issue, I called to see if they had a certain phone in stock. I mean I could get it off the web no problem but I want it NOW (you know! :) ) So they said Yes we do, cmon on in So I take off work and drive to the store and ask for that model and hear, Oh no, we would never have that model in stock! Classic bait and switch! Well I have a pair of VR goggles so I need a particular phone to fit into them so the bait and switch wont work- I need THAT model.I am making this too long. Short version of the MAJOR problem was the manger (Jason) went into my account in the name of ordering me a new phone. I did not find out until later but he went into my account and totally switched it up. He took me off as primary on the account then CHANGED MY PLAN to one that cost twice as much. Again I did not know what he had done yet then he asked me to sign the screen and I said, I am not signing anything until I read it. He said I could read it later just please sign now (asked me to sign without reading TWICE and I refused. Then when I got home and checked my account saw why he did not want me to read it! He changed MY PLAN!Classic slamming!Crooks!Its bad enough you have to worry about random ID theft out in the world. It is REALLY bad when employees of company you do business with are hacking your accounts.

They team at this store is very miss informing. They lie about many things to sale you products. Im assuming that their paycheck depends on the products that they sell. They told me that the Protection plan is REQUIRED for every phone that is financed. That is not the case. They also were trying to sale me a case and screen protector claiming that it would only increase my total charge for THAT day by $4, however, the employe was trying to hide the fact that this would also increase my monthly payment by $4 ($4 x 24 month + $4 extra on downpayment = $100) $100 for a case and screen protector! Forget the monetary aspect of this situation, its disrespectful to assume people stupid and unethical to do that to people who dont realize what they are being told is not true. Very disappointed!
Customer service here is horrible!! The only one who knows anything on this location is Fede Ramos. I will never go here to deal with anyone except for him. Its best to go to another location if you need retail help.

The manager at this store, Undre Brown, said if I want to do the trade-in promotion, so I MUST buy the case with the phone AND I MUST active the new sim card even the new phone uses exactly the same card with my old one. Thanks, dude. He makes up ad-hoc policies that run against the grain of corporate.I will now report his store to corporate and e-mail Mr. Legere, for not complying with the terms set in the promotion.The manager seemed to have a hero complex because he said that his store is implementing this policy as a result of people abusing this promotion by purchasing the cheapest phone and for getting the credit. Well, Mr. Brown, Im sorry if you feel resentful of customers, whom you were theoretically hired to serve, being privy to the higher-ups decision to make them happy as well as drawing newer customers. Your inability to understand the mechanics of promotion is probably why you are working at a B&M and not sitting alongside the executives of T-Mobile. I think this is the kind of quality service that needs to be reported as this will effect the market share of the company and pretty much negate the intended effects of the promotion.
