AMAZING STAFF ! Reyna is so sweet and knowledgeable about the products. She makes me feel valued and not just a customer. I come to her with all my phone needs and she takes care of me each time. Her staff is very warm and inviting. All of them are so smart and take there job seriously, all while having a good time. I appreciate the welcoming staff here and I will continue bringing my business to these wonderful girls.

Hands down one of the best experiences Ive had. Switching from Android to Apple is a pain, but this location and its people made it as easy as it could have been. I was immediately greeted by Monique T and helped by Reyna Mills. Theyre genuine women who cared for every customer that came into the door. Reyna helped me beginning to end and alleviated any stress that I would have incurred when doing the process myself. Their prices are good, the service is good, and I am more than satisfied with my experience at this location. Just come here!!

First off I hate leaving bad reviews for places. It is not something I do lightly. I wish there was a zero Star option for this location.Issues:- Charged $19.99 for a Sim Card- Charged $39.99 for “Ready Go fee”- Never once was told about these before the end of the activation- even their manager (via phone) said these were normal fees.My mistake was not checking if this was a Verizon corporate or a Verizon franchised authorized retailer before walking in the doors. I was greeted by two friendly individuals who let me know that it would be 5 to 10 minutes. I let them know I hadn’t had lunch but would be willing to come back and they told me it wouldn’t be too much longer and they would be right with me.After finally sitting down with Monique we went through the options verify the promotions and looked at the plan details to get the right deal. After I had just spent five minutes explaining the corporate escalation I had where Verizon team messed up the trade in on my phone she was understanding and seemed very caring about the situation.Not once during the interaction was a piece of paper given with fees or was a explanation given that I would be charged anything for the activation other than the normal Verizon $35 fee that they put on your account.Once we had completed the activation she told me she accidentally misunderstood me when I gave her my account number for the porting of the number and I was about to leave, I was hit with the information that there would be over $60 in fees before I left the store because that’s what they had discussed with me which was incorrect.During the interaction the other representative had finished with her client and came over to sit down next to Monique and Monique proceeded to point at the screen and show her colleague how well she had been doing today and professing how it’s been a very busy day assuming she was showing her her sales sitting right in front of me.I was quite upset that there was charges as I’ve never been charged from any Verizon store or any Best Buy location or any electronics store when I’ve activated a phone or iPad.After spending almost 30 minutes arguing the point that I was never informed there was any fees and that they proceeded to activate the device and tell me after they contacted their manager Aaron, Who explained that this was a authorized reseller and not a corporate Verizon store. Which there’s no information on the building on the outdoor signage or any posting saying otherwise.I was forced to pay $20 for the Sim card and they waive the $39 “ready go” fee before I could even leave the store. After I called a Verizon corporate store and verify there was no fees for SIM cards nor were there any in store fees, they still told me that I had to pay these.I asked them to reverse the activation and I would go somewhere else, but 611 support said not to do that as it would mess up the account.After just dealing with a corporate escalation on a trade-in issue where I was shorted $700 and getting an immediate response with less than 24 hours dealing with a Verizon representative at this caliber put the cherry on the top and the frustration just boiled. Hence the reason why am writing the review and I apologize to anyone who’s read this far and suffered through the same situation if you have yourself.Moral of the story is know which location you’re going into, don’t trust anything somebody says before you do it and never ever ever walk into an authorized Verizon store always go to a Verizon corporate store.They were so focused on how their sales were doing that day sitting in front of me that they didn’t realize that I was paying attention to everything that they were doing even including Monique Writing the review for the customer previously to me so that it sounded like she did a phenomenal job.

I came to have Monique help me fix my phone. She was kind, patient and more than helpful. She had the best attitude and desire to help me. She took the time to find me a good deal on a new phone. I finally got a smartphone because my old flip phone wasn’t cutting it anymore. We had a good ol’ time while she helped me. I’ll definitely go back to this store for anything I need!!!

Worst cell phone store. Asked Monique for Global Calling. Went home to find the service is missing! Turns out she just added it to her cart but did not check out. Also she stopped helping me to help a customer that arrived after me. I had to wait at least 10 more minutes for her to finish up with that customer. Rude!

My husband Bob and I went to this Verizon Store yesterday as I wanted to upgrade to an iPhone 11 Pro. We were welcome in by Rissa. She was most helpful and quite knowledgeable. I had quite a bit of stuff on my prior iPhone Xs, and we were there for a while. People came in and out, and Rissa helped all in a most efficient amount of time. Bob and I truly enjoyed spending time with her. Shes to be commended on her fabulous customer service and personality. Thank you SO much Rissa. You are the BEST.Brenda and Bob Willis

I came in today about an hour before closing and the very rude salesperson advised that she did not want to help me as it was so close to closing and suggested I come back tomorrow. Mind you, I am just trying to switch phones and I know exactly what I need, so it would not have taken long to assist me. Its clear this store knows nothing about customer service and I will not be giving them any of my money.

Friendly sales people.Only complaint is that they are not telling all their fees upfront. Thought they are helping, but, then they charge for initial setup, $40 per phone and $50 per phone for restocking fee and all other fees. Wish they disclose upfront these fees. Otherwise they are good.

Danny and Temp was amazing people and had great great awesome service. They helped us for getting one plus 7t activated on verizon Network and the corporate office on Preston they couldnt help and lied us that it is not compatible and was not Willing to help. But Danny and Temp prove them wrong. Finally we have ported our number to Verizon. It was great experience and amazing people who are really willing to help. I greatly recommend people visiting this store rather than cooperate store at Preston near SH 121.THANKS DANNY AND TEMP WE ARE REALLY THANKFUL AFTER WHOLE DAY OF STRUGGLE YOU HELPED US.

Says you have to wear a mask in order to enter the building and his mask kept falling off his nose, which defeats the purpose of wearing a mask if your nose is not covered. And then he kept touching his mask to cover his nose,I counted 15 times, to put it back on his face. It was a homemade mask..I told him I am a army combat medic, that it does no good to wear the mask if it is off your nose and you keep touching it to readjust it. He laughed at me and mocked me with the other guy working there.

Went to another store last week and the girl working there didnt seem to know anything about my phone.. I finally left the store upset and went to the frisco location. The guy working there Eric was very knowledgeable about my phone and was able to help with my issue very quickly. He was very busy with other customers coming in the store but was very professional and polite and acknowledged everyone. I am a manager of a business and I was very impressed with how professional he was. You are very fortunate to have such a great employee as Eric!!! I wish I had more employees that worked for me as great as Eric!!

I came to VERIZON today for a cracked screen issue. Manny, the store manager sat with me for some time reviewing the most affordable options for a replacemen/ upgrade. After getting me set up with a new phone, Manny continued to assist me in getting everything (and I mean EVERYTHING ) set up from emails to apps to passwords etc. Manny was amazing! He was so patient with me, as I can not remember a password to save my life, I am also technically challenged. Manny took the time from his day to get my new phone up and running, my apps were even in the same exact place as on my broken phone! This In Turn made the new phone transition so smooth with zero stress!! Manny was professional, super helpful, personable and so knowledgeable!!! If I could rate him a million stars... I would! he totally deserves it!!! This by far was the best VERIZON experience I have had since becoming a VERIZON customer 13 years ago!!!

I went to the Eldorado Store for a phone emergency. They didnt open until 10am so drove over to this new store and happy to see a white car out front and the sign on the door said open at 9am. The doors are locked right now. I knocked on the windows and no one came out. My wife called the store from her phone and no one answered. I still do not have a phone.

I changed carriers after 20 years with at&t. Planned on dropping them for years for a multitude of reasons. Thats a whole story in itslelf. Anyway this location made it very simple and seamless. Extremely glad I switched, the staff actually knows all the answers to questions invloving the product they sell which is more than I can say about the last carrier I dealt with.
