1st and last time in this store.. Went to pay for some shoes and they wouldnt let me buy unless i gave them a telephone number or email. Told me the computer wont print a receipt until one was given. Walked out, ill buy my kicks somewhere else then.. I wanted shoes, not spam..

Horrible customer service. The employee literally brought my shoes tossed them on a bench, and provided zero help or interaction of any kind. The store was not busy at all. She seemed to not enjoy her job. I will never return to this location. Im giving 2 stars only because my cashier was friendly and professional. You guys sell shoes, not the miracle cure for Covid 19. Get over yourselves, and do what you were hired to do. Help customers.

Horrible employees, took back shoes that didn’t fit in perfect condition. I wanted to return or exchange them. Took them 1 hour to tell me they can’t “locate” the receipt after giving them all the info they needed, name, phone number, email etc. the worker stated the email that the receipt was sent to and it was incorrect and still refused to find it/resend it to the correct email. The store is a joke and waste of time. They said to do an exchange as if I would buy again from a store that sells worn/used shoes. Don’t waste your time or energy on the ignorant employees here.

I know they just doing their job but they are not doing it very well. They nearly mess up my surprise on Valentines day! They do not communicate with their customers about issues. They did not tell me that they email receipts and their NEW app sucks! Do better please!

DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK. The store manager is racist. She handed me JUST ONE shoe with no box. I looked around and saw everyone else had multiple boxes! One guy had 3 box stacked on his stroller!! I confronted her and she said its store policy! That was one of the many lies she told that day. All i want is to be treated like all the other customers in the store. Either everyone gets both shoes or everyone gets one shoe!!!!!!! Not every black person steals!!!!!! She should not be the manager!! Go to Finish Line or Foot Locker they are not RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably the best staffed shoe store in the mall, very friendly and super fast service. With the new app its makes getting releases that much easier. Only issue is shoe knowledge one rep said they werent getting a release when another rep said they were, but no biggie. Selection is great.

Supposedly shopping here while Black is a problem. How dear your manager accuse a Black man with his 2 kids of stealing just for you to make an add of yourself when you realized he had a receipt which reflected the purchases of every item in his bags. She had the man detained in hand cuffs for the entire mall to see while his kids stood there looking horrified for nothing!

Came in to return a pair of shoes and purchase a more expensive pair and got insulted by ERIANA for not claiming it was an exchange until after i handed my pair back. Then, she did the return/exchange and handed me my change excluding 17 cents and when I asked about it she said “ we dont got change bro “ then proceeded to walk away. I was in a rush so I didnt make a big deal of it because it was ultimately 17 cents but money is still money. Extremely disrespectful. The rest of the crew were helpful but she ruined my day

Literally just stopped to shop at this champs and was looking at some shirts while I lay my bag down from jc penny’s for two seconds to hold a T-shirt an associate decides to take off with it and was bringing my bag to the back room. These people are jerks and will not be shopping here any more.
