Pretty cool place. The open turf football field was very nice. Great shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Didnt have much time to explore but it was lovely to look at and walk around, even if it was for a little bit.

Went to purchase shirts for the Cowboys game. It was crazy busy, as it was the night before Thanksgiving. They have a great selection, and the staff was very friendly!

One stop shop for all your fan needs. You cant beat shopping for your favorite team right by the Dallas Cowboys training facility and headquarters.

Its a cool website all the pro,college teams based in Texas. It however would be so much better if they had high school and the smaller universities represented.

If you need something apparel wise from your favorite sports team, this is your place. All of the items are high quality and and are all authentic. The prices are high, but the quality is also high. If youre looking for cheaper items, then you can shop elsewhere at the big box stores.They have a great selection of products, ranging from key chains to koozies to jerseys to high end clothing.

They no longer carry local high school athletic merchandise. You will pay top price for everything in the store.

Nice store for tons of fan apparel from most of Dallas teams including the Stars, Rangers, and Cowboys. This store does not include any other teams except of those in Dallas.

I was very impressed with this shop! Lots of spirit wear to choose from including Cowboys, Stars, Rangers, tons of major colleges, and even Frisco schools. I was in there for about 45 minutes Christmas shopping, and was constantly checked on and helped by all of the employees. The manager even made sure to get my name and shake my hand after ringing me up! I will definitely be coming back soon!!

Was just at the Pro shop. They have no apparel that actually has the Star facility logo. Half the stuff I looked at either had no label or you had to dig deep in the pocket book. A pair of swim shorts $85. Was wanting stuff for my dogs but only found small and medium. I guess they think no one has large or extra large dogs. So for me, my opinion it was a waste of a drive out.

No one working there (including someone who appeared to be a manager) seemed remotely aware that Texas Tech is playing in The Final Four tonight. No TTU gear displayed in windows at all this week. Went into the store today to buy Tech gear. All Texas Tech merchandise pushed to the far back corner. Disappointing. Support your Texas teams!!!!

Bought a Cowboys Nike polo shirt from them at a price point of $60.After 8 to 10 washes and owning it for about 4 months, the Nike Swoosh began to come off. I took it back to them so they can see the problem and to either exchange it or get a different one.I asked the manager and he simply responded by saying there is nothing we can do since we cant get in touch with Nike to get our money back.I was very surprised. This fine store at the Star and associated with the Cowboys would provide such terrible customer service. It just seemed like he didnt care or didnt want to do anything about it.Poor customer service. I will not buy anything from them again since they wont stand behind their products.

Four people at the register and only one employee acknowledges us and asks how she can help!All employees ignored us... anxious to go home except for Massarrat! Thank you!

Great selection of products and fan events

Friendly staff! You first walk in and you feel like you are in Cowboys Heaven. They have more then Cowboys stuff, they have Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavs, UT, Texas Tech, OU, TCU, Arkansas, UNT, Baylor, Oklahoma State, and all the Frisco ISD schools. For sure a place you want to check out if you are in town!

3 times I’ve call to make sure that my item is there and each time I was told “yes we’ll hold the item for you” & each of the 3 times it was not there. All I got was excuses. That’s the reason for making the phone call before making the drive and paying tolls. I can buy my DC stuff from your competitors. Disappointed!!

First time here it was really cool. There was alot of families enjoying the evening, it looked picturesque. I didnt get a chance to eat there but it sure smelled good!!!

I look back sadly at the visit to the Cowboys Shop Heaven. Unfortunately, as a cowboys fan from Germany, it is not possible for me to order directly from the cowboys. I think thats a shame, but apparently there is nothing to be done about it. So I decided to visit Dallas on my vacation. A great city. Of course we visited on the One Cowboy Way. Neither my girlfriend nor I were approached in the shop, which is a shame. Incidentally, I have never seen that in any store in America, I would have been delighted with the more service and entrepreneurial spirit. I ended up driving 2,300 miles from Florida to Dallas to live my cowboy dream.
