I’ve been going to this Staples store for sometime. There are 2 exceptional employees: Destiny and Sylvia! I have my drawings scanned and printed to use as greeting cards. Destiny no longer works in the print department- when she did she understood what I wanted and did an amazing job! Now I call ahead to be sure Sylvia is working before I come in. Sylvia greets us and immediately looks at my drawings and knows exactly what I want done. The completed work is always perfect! If it’s a busy time, we just sit and wait for Sylvia! We observe her treat every customer the same! These 2 employees deserve a raise!
Destiny at the Frisco location is amazing! She has a “can do” attitude & worked with me to ensure that my family bereavement notes for my beloved mother’s passing were beautiful & unique. She is very friendly, talented & has a eye for details. What an asset she is for the Staples Frisco store! Plano’s Staples store brushed me off & didn’t even try to help me...Destiny is awesome!
Ordered 75 Christmas Cards to give out to nursing home residents that my church young adults ministry served to and wow they did a wonderful job, better than I expected when I was putting it together on my phone. Thank you Staples team, yall are going to make many nursing home residents smile this Christmas. Btw it is easy to do online and picked them up in no time when I received my email notification.
Worst costumer service. The “sales associate” that was helping us was rude and combative. Will be shopping on Amazon for now on.

Terrible experience with the manager on duty today. As such I will ordering my business supplies from Amazon from this point forward. In light of pressure that brick and mortar stores face today it seems store managers would be better trained to interact with customers.
Be careful when buying from Staples. They are not accepting any returns during corona times. So if you buy a product and don’t like you are stuck with it. Milad is the store manager who showed no courtesy what so ever despite I having big corporate account with me. No more Staples for me. Its worth waiting extra few days with AMZN !!
I made a purchase with my debit card (cash), the person refused to refund me in cash, saying that it was a credit card transaction. I showed her and the manager the receipt with pin verification. They didnt know the difference between the two and said that I had to wait 7 to 10 days to receive my money. Store #332, Frisco, TX

A very kind man named John helped me find a desk chair for their chair sale event. I looked online and the chair i found was cheaper online than in store, and John helped me get it price matched. I thought Id have to order it, but he made sure I could take one home that day. He provided the best service and made sure all customers were taken care of, he handled me and two other people simultaneously. He needs a raise whatever hes getting paid lol!!!!
I came to this staples to find organizer case and I couldnt. So I went up front and asked if I could buy it online and I can pick it up from the store, then this weird lady I dont know her name is. She said no you cant. Well its says on the website, that you can buy online and pick up in store. I dont know if she is slow or was picking on me. But she have no clue what is she doing. Read what your website says, before you speak. Staples you just lost my business and as someone just wrote review earlier, I would rather buy from Amazon then buy from here.
Buying laptops. I bought 3 laptops before I found the one I really liked. The first was too slow. The second, an HP, I had a hard time seeing the silver keys on a silver computer with dark silver writing on the keys. Both were returned with no problems and prompt credit on the credit card. I settled on an new $800 Dell Inspiron i5491-5534SLV 2-n-1 that Staples sold to me for $580 on a July 4th sale. Happy, happy, happy.
One of the best staff who are present in this location. The most visited store is Staples in this location. I tried other locations but did not find friendly staff who are very courteous and nice like this place. The best place to xerox or scan or print or for any stationary for official needs or personal needs the best place to shop. I strongly recommend everyone this place.

Great staff, and super friendly, they make it fun for quick staple runs. I think the only issue is that whenever I go there they have moved their product yet again... It would be a whole lot easier if they kept it in the same spot.
Ive ordered business cards from here about four times and they always come out perfect, and usually can be printed and ready for pickup same day if you get the order in early enough. Great location too.
I dropped a star from visit 2 days ago. I hate being attacked as soon as I walk in the door. Its nice to know help is available but Im not up to being hailed as soon as I walk in. Reminds me of shady car lots where each salesman is out for themselves..I did go get what I was looking at before. I declined the $30 insurance to my sales guy. Then the same person who hit me at the door is continually trying to talk me into it. I told her after the 3rd time, NO. You are pushing it on me so I know I dont need or want it. Geez. I hate big box stores. So hard to enjoy shopping. Either no one is around to help or they are breathing down your neck or following you all over.. I miss the 70s 80s n 90s. When life was casual.
John in the printing department gave Exceptional service.The manager is very hands on and offers help as if he was a regular employee. He sets high standards in customer service.
It would be helpful if the staff knew the prices of their products and knew how to read the internet when searching for product on their website. I needed 2 ink cartridges and I would much rather pay $12.99 each than $50.00 at Best Buy for the 4pk especially since I typically buy the 4pk and have a surplus of the colors I didnt need today. In Staples they rang up as $19.99 each. I told the cashier I saw them online for $12.99. She searched on her phone since it took me forever to get mine out of my purse. She said they showed $18.99. I went next door to Best Buy. While waiting in line I searched Staples website to find the ink I needed for $12.99. I couldnt help but stop back in to show her what Id found on their website. Thanks for helping me save, Staples!!
I needed some type writer tape. I received the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service.The employees in this location should give classes and teach what customer service is.5 stars isnt enough
This place is what I expect from Staples, things are relatively organized and most things are easy to find. Its hard to find an associate on the floor so if you need help finding something go to their front desk or cashier area for help.
Tim helped me out at the print and design Center this morning. He was really nice and made it a pleasurable experience. He printed brochures for my business ahead of schedule because I showed up under a time constraint. Epitome of great customer service!

Its all about easy here. Helpful staff, no-problem returns, everything you need for home, office and school as far as office supplies go. I like it a lot!

This staples is pretty great. My only complaint is that checkout can really take a long time.
I had a last minute must do for work and Claudia in the print shop was awesome to work with. Between the helpful staff and her knowledge we solved “my worlds problems” and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes!

They have a self-serve print area exactly what I was expecting and wanting was able to get it knocked out real quick the guys are also understanding and very good at what they do.
Clerk walks away from register just as walk up.. so I get to wait at another one. That clerk apparently has not been taught to say thank you for a significant purchase. Is there an Office Max close? Take the time to go elsewhere if you can. This company doesnt care about creating a good customer experience.

I found the staff rude and discriminatory.
Lady at the printing station was so rude!! She seemed stressed out or annoyed. They also have a new system in place. Where you have to check in and then they send you a text when they are ready for you. I was literally the only customer there for about 15 minutes and she still made me sign in. And then made it seem like she was busy during those 15 mins. She finally says “are you (name)” and I was kinda the only person there ??? Of course I am her ! You even had me sign in. I was the the only customer in Line... well as she was making my print she asks me if I want my image the same size I sent it as or if I wanted it bigger. I told her I wanted it a little bigger and then she says “ok well I’m going to have to get the next customer because doing that will take me a while” what’s the point of signing in if you’re going to get skipped because it’ll “take longer” to do what you Request. She had already made me wait 15 unnecessary minutes then take 10 mins to pull up my print. Then to tell me she has to skip me after 25 minutes . At that point I just told her to just print it the way it was so I could just get out of that place. I could understand if I was the 2nd 3rd or 4th in line ! But I was the only one for a while!

I went in to get some office furniture. Someone came by and asked ME if I needed help. (!) Then that person spent substantial time helping me choose the best furniture for my needs with substantial product knowledge.Then the young man carried the furniture to check out, then took it out and and loaded my truck for me to boot.A great shopping experience. I hate to shop so that is rare. :)
Milad in the tech department help me with my wet phone, and his service and expertise was unparalleled. I bought the screen protector because he suggested it, and I feel much better about my phone going forward.

Very poor service. I came in for a quick laminate and cut. After being told by 2 people that they would be right with me, it took 15 minutes before i was finally helped. Then after stating what I needed, the guy said it would only take a few minutes. I came back up to the counter after about 5 minutes and he stated that he had it laminated but it would be a few minutes before he could cut it. He then proceeded to help 3 other people who came in AFTER me, who had much more complicated needs. Needless to say what should have taken 5 to 10 minutes has taken Almost 45. Absolutely ridiculous.

Seems like Staples is just trying to stay afloat at this point. Specials will usually have decent prices, but regular prices are too high, especially when you can just walk over to Best Buy or Target.
