Great store. Clean and friendly. I purchased an open box TV and the staff went above and beyond to help me get my new TV safely into my vehicle. It was a tight fit. I believe it was missing a remote and they found one for me and didnt charge me anything. Very classy of them. Im glad I live close to this Best Buy.
Geek squad took care of us! There was some misunderstanding about the new members plan but we got done what needed to be done. Store is clean and orderly but shelves are bare. Store stock is lacking merchandise. Most staff had on mask. No mask requirement.
I was walking around the store looking for gamers lap tops for a about 45 minutes and nobody come to help. I bought it in Amazon, bad job best buy. The employees are to busy in their cellphones and dont have time for the costumers. I spend 2000 dls in my lap top. ✌🏻
Shout out to Gabriel who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Gave me the biggest compliment ever saying I looked 28 when I am almost 47. Not sure if he meant it but it was so sweet. Everyone else was helpful too!
Ruben Dominguez, the GM did not want to honor the price of an open box item even though the product was on display with reduced price for sale! Additionally, spoke with take it or walk out, attitude.Best Buy please work with you GM to show a bit more care for the customers. Attitude is contagious and copied, special coming from a leader of the store.
I called the store up North of Texas. I was referred to this store in particular. When I was inside the store, I asked the Male where was the electronics department. This females began talking over the man I was speaking to, then she began talking over me. I felt bad for the man I was trying to speak with. The females told me I would have to leave because I didnt have what I needed, and did everything to run me out of the store. She said she was the Mgr over Electronics?Sure could have fooled me.I promptly turned and walked off.This is the first and last time I will ever walk through the doors of Best Buy. A friend of mine needed to get a new phone. Her old one was so old we were not certain that we were able to down load all her data to the new one. The employee not only helped us but made certain that we had everything that my friend needed for her new phone, even when my friend put in a new pin and forgot to write it down. But, how embarrassing when we had to reset the new phone to factory specs. This time I had the employee put the pin number in.The employee had great patience and was able to help us. They get 5 STARS FROM ME!

Its a best buy. It has well priced laptops and computers. Other than that, shop at your own peril. You can tell its definately trying to stay price competitive with online juggernauts like Amazon.

Worst phone support, I mean a national operator and a 22 minute wait that went over to 34 minutes. What a waste of time mehn. I just want to ask a simple question and I have to jump hoops to get to someone in this location.
Got my office setup and ready to go. Needed a TV for my desk and so I ended up at Bestbuy to purchase. Went with the Insignia 43in 4K smart TV. I wanted a Visio as I have a lot of Google devices but due to cost I went with this one instead. I believe it is more of Alexa which I don’t have so all good. I do have a chromecast that I can plug in and may end up doing that at some point. Best Buy sales guy was great! Always happy at my home away from home. 😂
Super friendly staff at this location. I was greeted at the door and on my way out. I did online ordering. Pick-up was a breeze, walk in, turn right and its right there. There was no line and I was able to be in and out in less than 5 minutes. They also price match and dont try to fight you on it.

Great neighborhood Best Buy!Very knowledgeable staff and their store layout is very good. I’ve been going there for several years now, and have bought all kinds of items like Mac Books, wireless headsets, television sets, mobiles, car stereos etc. They pretty much have all the items you need, unless you want the flying skateboard the French inventor used to cross the English Channel with. I love their in store pick up option, and they’re great with returns.Their warranty rates are also very low and they are great about getting things fixed. Parking is never an issue.
The employees at the geek squad were great and helpful but the Best Buy system is the worst! Didn’t have the part to repair the phone. I made an appointment to come back and they were hopeful it would be there- I was told to call but was transferred to India or somewhere that couldn’t help and left me on hold until 25 min passed so I hung up.
If you are going to purchase any Appliances here, Cam is your guy. He tirelessly answered our many questions, without missing a beat. He stayed late to help us select the best model of appliances we need. He was personable & professional...the best customer service we’ve had ever!! Cam has a great personality & is a wonderful asset for the Best Buy Co.
Lauren, one of their supervisors helped me. She was super friendly and very professional. There was a gentleman that came over near us and was clearly having a bad day and started to act very rude towards Lauren for no reason. (all of this while she was clearly helping me). She handled the situation perfectly and very professionally. When you go in ask for her if you have the chance. A great choice for a store leader.
Picked up a TV I ordered on line. 5 people behind the desk just giving some of the best customer service Ive seen in some time. Got me in and out on no time. Then went to Geek Squad and asked some federal questions about repairing a TV. Very helpful.
Someone should train their staff on how to approach customers. I was looking to buy a new phone, preferably the iPhone 12 pro max, but needed a little bit more information. I stood there trying to figure out which phone to buy, while three employees chatted and gossiped. They saw me standing there and didnt bother to come over. Whys that? Is it because on my day off from work I choose to wear casual clothing and dont look wealthy enough for their standards?Fifteen to twenty minutes of standing there being side eyed, trying to figure out which phone was best for me. I grew tired of their poor customer service and walked out.The worst part is having one of those same employees follow me on my way to my car. He tried to make it seem like he wasnt following, but kept staring the ENTIRE time. I believe thats called racial profiling. Nice going, Best Buy, you wont be getting my service ever again.

Sales people very helpful BUT they didnt explain the Delivery People would be 3td Party, not Greek Squad. Especially when we took out an Extended Coverage on 3 Appliances, expecting Geek Squad to deliver!

If I could give this location -100 stars, I would…. But this 1 star is in lieu of -100 stars. A company is only as good as the people they hire. The ASM (Rusty Burt) at this store is the perfect example of that! This ASM is petty, unpleasant, and don’t care about the customers what so ever! I have called numerous times for resolution but the calls are routed to a “national call center” and even the reps that answer would literally hang up despite being on hold for 20+ minutes. Even WALMART strive for a better customer experience than Best Buy. The staff seem to be fearful of the ASM… and that’s so sad! Your staff should RESPECT you and NOT fear you! I can’t communicate with anyone in regards to my experience! I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again!
Typical best buy store. Associates were helpful and not overwhelming and plenty of them made themselves available to my wife and I when we needed to buy a washing machine. In and out quickly and did not feel rushed.
Regular Best Buy with helpful staff.I went here to get a wifi router and was immediately helped. I asked where I would find the routers and an associate showed me exactly where. After a while he came by to ask if I had any questions. I thought that was very thoughtful and helpful!Would go here again for sure!

Best Buy is promt with everything. The past Curb Side Pickup was a tad bit lengthy. Hell, I just went exploring thru my Android as I waited. I gotta say, even after the wait; the customer service was still on point.
You can no longer call into the store! You get routed to a national call center, and they cant even get a hold of the store to give you an update on your car installation. And, they enforce you have a mask to enter the store.. Im done with best buy!
The staff is friendly and welcoming. I love that they price match up to 2 weeks after delivery. I didn’t like the fact that none of the staff wore masks, but other than that, they are fine.
I had a 7:00am to 1:00pm scheduled appointment on Friday, 8/27and once it was after 1:00pm, I called to see when they were coming. After discussions with several employees, I was basically not important enough for them to come out and put my soundbar together that day. Instead, I was then told that they would get to me on Monday the 30th sometime in the afternoon! Now, I made this appointment on Tuesday the 24th with 3 days pre-planning. If I would have known this, I wouldnt have taken off from work and would have called a different company to set me up instead! Not only did Best Buy waste my time, but I get paid $35.00 an hour and lost 6 hours of pay!!! I will never schedule or buy anything ever again! They wouldnt even schedule me for Saturday the 28th to make up the inconvenience to me!!! Im not a valued customer and have spent many dollars at Best Buy in the past but I will not spend anymore money or waste my time again!

Neutral about it . Was purchasing a case for the New Galaxy A 12 and they only had one case. Online it was listed for $7.99 but at the store it was $20 dollars. I think instead of Best Buy i want to change your name to Expensive Buy. if im going to pay the same price here then what I pay at the retail store; where is the best buy 🤔. Get the cases down at least for $10 and have a bit more variety next time.

I’ve always had good luck with this store but this is Absolutely unreal. Had an issue with a wireless router, a good one, $300 one or so. Return period was up on 2/14. Due to this literally unprecedented storm we had in Texas, I couldn’t get to the store to refund it. I just called the store and the store manager said that “I had long enough” to bring it back. I then mentioned this storm, that left the entire country DARK for four days. They didn’t care.In the past six months or so-$3000 Television + $500 warranty + $300 “total tech support”$500 AV receiver + $100 warranty.Countless other purchases, ring cameras, NEST, iPad, all that stuff. Means nothing. In the past year well over $5-6,000 worth of products. Though somewhat of a value- I will not be renewing the “total tech support plan”. They treat their customers like absolute garbage and this is a prime example. Shame on me for actually thinking they care. They got their warranty money from me. On to the next.

Went in to find out about blue tooth portable speakers. I could listen to them and somewhat compare which was helpful, but the salesman wasnt all that helpful. He was gone before I knew it.

Apple service sent me here when my iPhone 12 wasnt working. Weird, because the signs at the Geek store clearly state they dont do anything but diagnose there. My phone is in warranty, but the Geek Squad person told me I have to send the phone in. After speaking with Apple about this, and with a phone service person for Best Buy, they told me the Geek should have just sent me to the Apple store to trade my phone in for a different one. The Geek told me he HAD to send it in, because he couldnt check what was wrong with it, since it wouldnt connect to the internet via cellular or WiFI (which is literally the reason I contacted Apple and was sent to Best Buy in the first place.) I tried calling the store, but the store does not take phone calls. I dont know why a company that cares about its reputation would contract with the Geek Squad. Everyone I know who has dealt with them has hated it. Giving one star because zero is not an available option.

We bought a 75” TV... got it home and unpacked and the TV is cracked/broken. We went back up to the store not knowing how this would be resolved. The GM, Ruben was amazing. So polite and helpful. Had the team schedule to have a new TV delivered and the old one picked up for us at the house. Beyond thankful and grateful for the excellent customer service!
Pleasant experience but they didnt have a lot as far as power strips with USB cords, or USB extenders. And what they did have was incredibly expensive.

Best Buy Little Elm does not answer the phone anytime of day or night. Does anyone work there?? They have had a computer for a week with no communication or updates online. Great customer service- not.

Had a really bad experience at a Best Buy a couple of years ago and have been cautious about them ever since. I needed to get my Bluetooth mouse replaced and they were the only store in town that had what I needed. I have to say, they changed my mind. Staff was friendly and helpful and was greeted on my way in and asked how the experience was on my way out.
Found out their return policy is 15 days. I understand that for electronics, but not all things. Not going back.
This store is not organized...I have been there 4 times in the past 8 months to buy a printer and they are always out of stock...conveniently the only ones in stock are printers that are $200.00 and above.This is ridiculous!

Plenty of retailers have figured out how to do curbside pickups during the pandemic, but not Best Buy. I could’ve easily come to the store and picked up my item myself, but their email told me to wait until contacted. Now, the store has closed for the evening (7pm) and it will be another day. I could’ve ordered from Amazon and gotten faster service.
Just shop online, hardly any stock in the store and the workers that are there are more concerned with chatting with each other than helping paying customers. The person who finally helped my sister buy her chromebook was not very friendly either.
Well best buy is still a good place to buy the latest electronics... Home, car, gaming, cel phones, tablets, lap tops, appliances, and accessories to your gadgets.. They have a great selection of security cameras... Prices are descent... And customer service is very good.

Purchased washer and dryer a month ago . Said I will have a $ 300 store credit reflecting in my account soon . Checked with the staff even after a month . Nobody can find where the store credit has gone .
Best known electronics, computer accessories store in my area. Found a new mouse, helpful associates.
Went in to look around and received constant harassment about not wearing a mask. I said if I cant be in here, tell me to leave. He said I didnt have to leave but no one will be able to help me. I can get what I need from other places . If you want your freedom in that store, I recommend Wearing headphones and ignoring them and only wear the mask when paying if you must shop here. I wont be back. You could tell they were upset they couldnt coerce me to get me to put their animal masks on but they had to wear theirs lol.
Customer service here is seriously lacking with management. Dee Payne the manager I was speaking with does have people skills to be a manager on duty for customer service. Upper management needs to so a better job in training the employees to be in a role of management. Teach them to Listen before responding! Not every case is give a refund or a credit. Life happens and acting like a human instead of a robot and saying NO isnt THE ANSWER for all situations. I have been to this store in the past and the lack of training is with the majority of employees. Most of the time the answer is I dont know or if any situation is out of a scenario they have so called trained on ..the answer is I dont know thats not this store or my favorite is call customer service. Not to mention calling customer service is a two hr process that sends you back to the store.The manager Dee said call customer service because GOD forbid we actually put some thought in helping and listening to what I actually need. She couldnt print a receipt she couldnt look up my account tho the employee bprior to her did Its very frustrating because we are in a time that customer service is needed especially if Im deciding to spend money!! Hire capable people that want to work or at least have potential. Advice if you have to go have patience and customer service on speed dial.
. I Made an order to be picked up for curbside delivery and the associate told me it typically is ready within an hour. I drive up there and waited almost two hours and still haven’t gotten an email. When I called the store the lady told me it was a delay because the name on the alternate pick up is the same name on the account. That made no sense. Now I may have to wait 24 hrs for them to fix it. I was trying to surprise my son tonight with the new Nintendo switch but I guess we’ll have to cancel
Saved up cash for a year to finally afford my dream gaming laptop which was a razer blade. Opened it up at home, screen came broken. Wrong model and serial code which was later found out 2nd visit back trying to get an exchange. Customer service handled it pretty well I guess. Things got hostile the moment they found out the serial code was wrong from the laptop and the box. Surprised I thought this was unreal, so I check it and there it was wrong everything. They treated me like the bad guy now at this point. In short, $3500 gone down the drain. I don’t trust their geeksquad or computer department, the model that came inside my box was used and damaged. Somebody internally switched out the laptops and most likely bought it open boxed. So if the manager is reading this, check your staff. I heard razer blade collected a lot of fingerprints so I didn’t think it was used. Wasted 3 hours of my life driving and another year of saving money. What a way to treat a Best Buy elite member. Going to microcenter now for my business for my laptop and pc needs. Turns out the model that was received was a 2018 model which starts with RZ09-0238, while the 2020 models start with RZ09-0330. Disputing the claim with my bank right now. Also reached out to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Small update I just found out the laptop screen still works only if I hook up a hdmi cable to an external monitor. Going to a computer repair shop on my next day off to do some data recovery and figure out the name who was behind all of this; obviously I’m not going to use Geeksquad services. I used EaseUS software and so far I’ve found out there is a lot of political images on this person. They have a Motorola phone.
I bought my items ahead of time and picked them up here fast. It’s better to order what you need online because as I browsed for a printer I needed last minute, they were fresh out of the ones I wanted. So I’ll stick to buying it online and picking it up. They also do curbside.
I enjoyed the courteous attendants and they handle my questions on laptop with easy, which gave me comfort in making my HP purchase.
Ordered a Google Nest Learning Thermostat on Best Buy online during Black Friday. I selected to pick up from the store in McKinney, but 12 hours later I was notified that it was out of stock. I had to drive to this store in Frisco to pick up. I followed the instruction for a curbside pickup. I parked at one of the designated pick up lot and waited, and waited and waited. I understood it might be a little bit slow, but didnt realize a supposedly 10-min wait turned to become nearly one-hour ridiculous waiting. Whats worse, they gave me the product with the wrong color. I ordered Black, but they gave me the stainless steel. Oh, well. This probably will be my last pickup from this store, or even visit this store.

Ordered online for next day delivery. Their team canceled my order and didnt notify me. Then when I called to see why they canceled the order, they put me on hold and then hung up on me. MISERABLE customer service.

Good quality items with price match is always a good thing. They even have cheaper versions of some items because theyre pre owned but theyre always in good condition. I love buying at best buy
I picked up a smart switch with curbside pick up. I waited for 20 minutes while the cars beside me were moving just fine with their orders. The guy i talked to was pretty much lost and had a lame excuse. The whole curbside pickup set up is badly designed and executed. May be Best Buy needs to learn a thing or two from Target when it comes to curbside pickup.

The geek squad is a joke! I scheduled my repair with them and a man with ashy hands told me they didn’t have the part needed. I had scheduled a screen replacement on my iPhone and they didn’t have the GD screen!?! They sent me to another store who was supposed to have it in stock, surprise they didn’t know what the hell was going on either and said the ashy hand man was just trying to differ blame for his failure. Retuned to speak with a manager but as you may guess they were unwilling to help with the failure of their store.Avoid this store at all costs.
Return is very simple . If we properly pack everything perfectly then it takes less than a minute to return. The employees need to be more courteous. Its very tough to find an employee to assist you. For some gadgets there is a price difference between Amazon and bestbuy. The deals are genuine and better than online stores. They can stretch a bit in the evening.
