Go to Kroger across the street.I dont want to be unfair to the store portion of CVS which is why there is one star. I would actually give them a four or five if they were a stand alone.The pharmacy is one of the worst that I have ever encountered and it has been a miserable experience since we have been here. One of our family members insurance only takes CVS, so we have been stuck with them more or less. I cant tell you how many errors have been made and lies/omissions have been told. In my opinion as a former HCP, they are grossly negligent and it is only a matter of time until someone is seriously injured or worse.We fill out surveys, speak with them, send messages to corporate, but NOTHING ever changes. At times, it seems as though they go out of their way to make everything inconvenient and deny us access to medication.Although we have repeatedly asked that they stop filling our scripts (we never signed up for auto fill anyway), they continue to fill them which makes a mess and delays fills and creates shortages at the other pharmacy two of the three of us have moved to.Please save yourself and go somewhere else!!!

Been here plenty of times, I appreciate how well theyre stocked and the customer service has always been great! The actual store is so accessable and convenient to get to. Plenty of space for parking and the store is so well organized.

This is the worst Pharmacy I’ve Seen in my life! Sweta said she was getting her team together months ago! I’ve yet to see improvement! They’ve been using Medicaid for me and I have BCBS🤦🏾‍♀️ The front is to laced as well. Last night I was at the front me and another customer and I had to literally ask loudly is anybody working??? Get it together CVS 1177

If I could give 0 I would. No one has ever answered my calls even waiting for 30+ minutes, the drive through line wait is SO long despite there being only a few cars, and my son’s med that is on auto refill has not been filled on time causing us to have to go in person to figure out the issue. CVS in general has really gone down hill but this location is awful!

I scheduled the Covid vaccine on a Tuesday for that Friday. My appointment was canceled with no explanation that Friday morning. I called and they said I could still come at my appointment time. When I got there, I was turned away because they didn’t accept my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN. Never thought this could be an issue given the fact it’s free and a national pandemic. I was very shocked and disappointed. Very sad!

One of the worst CVSs I have ever been to!!!! Staff is INCOMPETENT!!!! They were out of my depression meds and instead of calling me to let me know and offer to transfer, they do nothing! I finally called 3 days later asking why it wasn’t filled and they said they were out of stock. Said it would be in that day. I called the next day, they still didn’t have it, so I asked if they could transfer it to a different location that does have it and they said they can’t do that. I called around other CVSs and they offered to get it transferred for me. You don’t leave a patient who is out of daily mental health medication hanging like that!!!

I had a flight on Saturday I needed a PCR test done. I was told come in Wednesday the results would take 2 to 4 days. I got the results back the next day which was too soon, so now I have to pay 200 dollars at a different lab to expedite the results.

This review is specific to the Pharmacy. Not only is the customer service horrible and painfully slow (35+ minutes to get three cars through the drive thru on two different occasions) but their actual ability to deliver you the necessary medicine and accompanying materials is disappointing. Just got home after 40 minutes in the drive thru to discover that the antibiotics were not only unmixed but there was no syringe to give the medicine to our baby. I would go to literally any other pharmacy than this specific CVS. 1-star is too generous.

Terrible service! I was there for 1 hour 15 mins and still walked out without flue shot record. The pharmacists stopped answering me. They don’t attend you based on first come first serve. I had to tell my name, last name almost 10 times as these people don’t know how to access their system. Such a shame, I will go to Kroger across the street next time. There were more than 4-5 customers as frustrated as I was within that hour but guess what they don’t care. Shame on you!

Really hope they get the staff they need soon. Everyone is friendly and helpful when I go inside. My only issue is the pharmacy drive up line is always so long and time consuming.

I’ve been using this pharmacy on and off for about a year because it’s the closest to my house but the customer service and wait times inside and in the drive threw gets worse and worse. Be sure to block out an hour or longer of your time if you need to pick up a prescription. It’s ridiculous, I’ll never be back.

First, Google, please allow for negative stars. This cvs pharmacy is hands down the WORSE cvs I’ve ever been to. Also, please note that this is my first ever review, EVER! That’s how bad they are. My daughter has an ear infection and so it was imperative that she not miss a dose. Her pediatrician called in her medication yesterday, and when I called to see if it was ready for pickup, I was told that the instructions were incomplete so cvs would need to get it updated. I called back today and was told that they didn’t receive instructions from the pediatrician and that I should call the doctor to have them resend. I did that. Then I call back 3 hours later to be told that they received the update and I can pick up within the hour. They placed me on hold to confirm with the head pharmacist. And hour and a half later, no one can back on the phone. My wife takes my daughter into Cvs (I’m still on the phone waiting for them to answer, btw), only to be told they were out of stock and the closest cvs that has her meds was 30mins away!! I was stocked! This is ridiculous. We NEEDED this medication tonight and it was 8pm at this point. Unacceptable CVS. Shame on you! I’m literally waiting for another CVS to fill her prescription. By the way, that other CVS is 4 minutes away. Not the location they told us about. Also, my wife said that they had people holding on the phone and they were just waiting for them to hang up, so don’t bother calling. I finally hung up after my wife and child left the store. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE CVS!! Kroger/Walgreens/“anywhere pharmacy, USA”, here I come!!

Don’t go to this location. Pharmacist is incompetent - I’ve personally observed instances of patients complaining about receiving incorrect medications and/or doses. This could result in significant harm, including death.

PHARMACY PUTS YOUR HEALTH AT RISKWould rate a negative if I could.Absolutely the worst CVS Ive ever been to. Horrible service in both store and pharmacy. Store service is only marginally better. Store staff is clueless about anything. You would think it couldnt get worse, right?Pharmacy and staff is an absolute joke. Prescriptions are NEVER on time. Text message notifications never occur for when anything is ready (long standing CVS customer here with no changes on phone number). In app status of prescriptions never indicate ready for pickup and instead state still being filled. This is HOURS (4+) after being dropped off with a prescription or called on by a doctor.Today was told 1 of 3 prescriptions are ready at drive through (4 hours after called in, no text or app status updates and they were going to close soon). They said the 2nd one would be ready in a few minutes (because of line of cars). So I went inside. Oh now it was ready. But first I was told that there are 3 prescriptions and the 3rd will be ready in a few minutes. Minutes later I was told the 3rd is on back order (meaning they cant fill it because it wasnt in stock). When I demanded why they failed to give accurate information the answer was that they looked it up in the wrong hard system. Yes, those words if you can believe it or not.The staff at this location consistently uses the excuse of we are busy for why prescriptions are not ready. Since 2019 (NOTE: PRE-PANDEMIC) this is the exact same behavior and excuse of this pharmacy. Promised time on the prescription will say 3pm and yet show up at 7pm and its still not ready.Tomorrow Ill go and have a not so nice chat with the pharmacy manager.Make your lives easier, hard pass on this pharmacy. Never had an issues like this with Walgreens.

Just terrible. Every refill takes until 12:30 pm before they can fill it. Half the time they have issues with insurance claims.Good luck calling them I’ve been on hold with my insurance agent for 45 min now

Horrible service in the pharmacy . They made a mistake on my prescription and then proceeded to blame me for not double checking . After I went and asked for it to be corrected, the pharmacist said that they ran out all of the sudden and that now I have to be sent to another location. This was all while waiting for around 1 hour to get help. I have a 2 year old sick at home .I then call the other location and they never got the order .

HORRIBLE service. Went in 1.5 hors before closing with common prescriptions for infection, blood pressure, cough & inhaler for wheezing. I told them I was miserable & they just said cant fill until the morning.... Went across to Kroger & they filled in less than 15 minutes!

UPS Drop Location very poor rating - This is a rating for the UPS drop service and I would not recommend dropping off your package here. Had overnight prepaid package i took here and it sat for two days and i even followed up two times with them on the second day and was guaranteed it would be picked up. I went back and got my package on the third day and took it to the real UPS Store in Cross Roads. Make the extra drive to the real UPS store.

I hope the other CVS stores in the area take notes, or at the very least this one continues to offer great service. The Pharmacy techs were knowledgeable and friendly. I completed a prescription transfer via the app and our scrips were ready in less than 24 hours. The pharm techs were ready to help when we came in and shared some info on how using the app gets us some points. We were greeted by a cashier when we came in and he also gave us a great thanks-have a good day-come again as we left.Great customer service overall. The only reason I gave it 4 stars - which btw has nothing to do with staff-is that it is hard as hell to exit the parking lot. 380 is a total beast & dangerous. the roundabout you have to use to get to 423 makes no sense(i think they are prepping for more retail) but it also is harder than hell to get onto 423 with the blind spot of drivers turning off of 380.
