My husband and I bought my engagement band, diamond, wedding band, and anniversary band from Jared almost 10 years ago at the Dallas location. I have been going to this location to have my ring ‘inspected’ 1-2 times a year (per my warranty rules). Every single time I go in this location, the reps act like I am a bother for coming in to have my ring ‘inspected.’ Due to an incident this last time, I had to call the corporate headquarters to report the disrespectful behavior one of the reps showed towards me. If it is at all possible, DO NOT go to this location. All other Jared locations seem to have much better reviews in regards to customer service.
The store did not honor their own promotion. Wasted a couple of hours of my time on trying to figure out how their own promotion works. Incompetent.
After recieving my class ring a size too big, a friend had recommended Jared to resize it for me. I was not expecting the hassle of what I was met with. My boyfriend and I entered the store just a little before 2:30 and waited for over 30 minutes. As we were getting up to leave, the only woman working this Sunday said oh I think this couple was next referring to my boyfriend and myself. My boyfriend asked if Jared sized class rings. He specifically asked about class rings. The lady replied that Jared did work on class rings and asked to take a look. After a few seconds of looking at it, she gave us back the ring and said This is a class ring. We dont work on class rings. I certainly did not appreciate the inconsistency and when we told her that she just told us that Jared did work on class rings, she said oh no I never said that. It is safe to say Jared will not get any more business from me and I will probably not be referring any of my friends.
This company as a whole is deteriorating. My husband bought a Coach watch from Jared almost 20 years ago. At that time he purchased lifetime battery replacement. I called them today to get the battery replaced and they no longer offer that in store. They have to ship by watch off and she said it takes about 2 months to get the watch back. She did not offer any reimbursement for the now useless lifetime battery replacement. Do not purchase from this company. Apparently, they do know want repeat customers, nor do they stay behind what they sell.
I had many enjoyable experiences in Jared and I love the selection of beautiful jewelry. They go above and beyond in servicing their customers and very nice when stopping in to have my jewelry cleaned and inspected.

As this was my FIRST time shopping at Jared I didnt know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how much FUN I had. It was stress-free and the selection was abundant. My salesperson was EXCEPTIONAL!!
The people at Jared were courteous, professional, and efficient. They were able to get right to me and help me with my custom jewelry needs. Yes they make custom pieces as well. They were able to help me with my design and gave me a solid estimate and price as to how much it would cost and when it would be ready.
I have a ring Ive owned 10 years and had numerous repairs done. Its has been under warranty from day one, or so I thought. I have had a wedding ring attached and removed from the ring, busted diamonds, had it resized numerous times and never paid a penny. I have at least 10 pieces and we had a warranty on every one of them when they looked them up online so I couldnt imagine i didnt have a warranty. But after numerous calls and research it seems I was wrong and didnt have it. I wasnt very nice to Tammy. Now Im thankful. Now I never have to go in and have any trouble with this ring again because I can purchase the warranty for cheap and it will be covered. They agreed to fix my ring, and it needed a half shank at about $360, for free. I want to thank them for their patience when I had none. For all the research and time they took to help me understand exactly what coverage I have and dont have until I buy the warranty.Thanks again and Ill see yall again.
Very beautiful store. Polite staff. Very clean. Offer jewelry maintenance in store. Easy to schedule appts online. No one pushes sales on you. And prices really arent that bad. I do recommend this location.
I bought a personalized ring with 4 names. Very hard to see the names and spent over 600 dollars. It was for the 10k rose gold. This was made in China. If I would have known this I would have never bought it.
We use this location for maintenance on our wedding rings. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

I recently purchased a necklace for my daughter (shes 3) who was tearing up because her chain broke. Tammy made my daughter comfortable and pretended to perform a magic trick by fixing the chain (or replacing it). This made my day.. and more importantly, my daughters day. I just want to applaud Tammy and share this example of a great customer experience!
My wife of 25 years and I were not amused when our Salesperson said, we would have to wait another day for a diamond to be mounted on our anniversary ring after having made an appointment for the mounting that day. Steven the Diamond manager overheard our disappointment and quickly went to the jewelers and they immediately mounted it for us. GO see STEVEN he is Great!
Karim and Bobby (I think that was his name), were very courteous in expressing care towards my visit today to Jared. Despite the few negative reviews this establishment receives, my visit was exceptional to none. I will be following up with Karim this Friday in regards to the ring and which direction I’ll end up going with it. Great work guys!
I purchased lifetime batteries for all my watches at Jareds several years ago. Recently they changed their battery policy, and watches have to be shipped out to be changed. I have two watches that need new batteries, and when I called today and asked how many days it would take to get them back I was told eight weeks. I asked if they were mistaken and it was eight days not weeks. No they were not mistaken it takes eight weeks. If you purchase a watch from them or purchase a lifetime battery be prepared for an eight week wait to have your watch back. Unbelievable for a large jewelry chain not to have this service in store, and even harder to believe it takes eight weeks to get a battery changed when shipped out.
Would have put less than one star if I could. Spent thousands on jewelry here based on a lie our salesperson told us and now they just tell us too bad. Terrible customer service!

This store has always been incredible, and today was no exception. Got a chance to meet Has, the GM and he showered us with impeccable customer service. Not only to us, but to each customer that walked through the door. Has made sure to acknowledge each customer by name, offer them water, and make them feel like family. Outstanding job Has, way to lead by example. And thank you for assisting us with finding my fiance his wedding band. It was a perfect fit.

My jeweler, Tang, was kind and patient with me as I made my requests. She listened intently and her attention to detail was impressive. Horrible! Was left standing at the door while employees just looked at us. Sign said only ten customers at a time and the store only had two. We saw 3 extra employees standing in the corner. Doesnt make any sense and horrible customer service. Not how you treat customers these days.
Came in to clean my fiancé’s ring. Little do I know that they are not doing any cleanings until further notice. How are supposed to buy wedding bands and clean rings before the wedding if you don’t offer cleanings? I will be taking my business elsewhere. Piss poor job Jared

Came in for a cleaning and inspection of my engagement ring. That is never any issue and they are usually super quick. I have no complaints there. And I usually look around while I wait. Again, no issue.Tang is WAY too pushy. I get that you’re in sales. So am I. But when I say no to financing and getting the credit card because I’m about to by a house, I mean NO. Don’t try to word it another way, because I will also word “no” another way.
The store itself is great, I thought they were very helpful. But beware their Credit Card Service from Comenity. Truly a pain to deal with, and questionable practice when it comes to financing your purchase.
Purchased an engagement ring, custom wedding band and a necklace/ear ring set. While we love the items individually, they really need to learn how to service people. They dont know how to answer a phone, it took 30 mins to request service because their system was down, and they were suppose to combine our wedding band and engagement to be 1... and they screwed that up. Sure, they are nice to you in the store, but thats about as far as it goes. If you want a good product with bad returning service, this is your place. Well take our future business elsewhere.
I went in to have my jewelry checked and received service beyond my expectations! Sadie was the Associate who assisted me and also polished the other jewelry I was wearing. Loved looking at all the beauty in their cases too!
I went in to get my ring cleaned since I left it in the bathroom and it become all rusted over time, and they cleaned it in 5 minutes no charge even though it wasnt purchased from Jared :) I really appreciated it. Thank you guys so much.
My husband and I have been customers of Jared for about 9 years. I’ve never had any problems with them! I took my engagement ring, wedding band, and husbands band into the store on Saturday evening to have them cleaned and inspected. Ken (who is AWESOME!) suggested I have them rhodiumed and buffed and said they’d be ready by Monday at 4. Ken was so sweet and joked with us, he was very professional but not “stuck up” and uncomfortable. He was great! I got an email the next day, Sunday, that my rings were done! I was so happy and went up there as soon as they opened. They’re GORGEOUS and look brand new again. Sarah helped me when I picked them up and she was so sweet and helpful as well. They made sure to check the number hidden on my diamond to assure me it was still the same diamond. Excellent customer service and great people all around!

I purchased a TAG here back in late December after years of waiting for a good time to do so. Steve M. assisted me and walked me through not only the watch, but talked about the companys history and even our experiences with personal hobbies throughout the exchange. I even received a card from Steve shortly after. Gestures like that feel so rare these days, that he truly cares about his customers. Will definitely be a returning client in the future with him.
Walked in and was met by Karen Hylton. She sat us in an office asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and style. She pulled several styles along with a solitaire diamond. She hit it outta the ballpark and we purchased from her right then. Cannot say enough GREAT things about her!! She has some happy customers on her hands!
I would highly suggest not doing business with a store that clearly doesn’t want it. We go to buy a wedding band and sign in because the door is locked people standing in there locked in a room with no a/c. Literally no contact with anyone to explain anything. One person was signed up in front of us with their name crossed out. We got there at 6 and after 40 minutes of sitting outside in 90 degrees we call and ask what’s going on. They respond others had appointments prior to us. Ok, I don’t see anyone, no one else on the list beside the one name that was crossed out and the people waiting left, sounds like they just wanted to close early. I’m glad I wasted my entire time I set aside to go buy a ring when I could of went elsewhere and now I will anyways. Great customer service and management here Jared!
Whet here looking for a engagement ring. I have never stepped foot in a place like this. First person that helped me was, Marci Surls. She was very helpful and could see I was nervous about picking the right ring out. She helped and was great! Can’t say enough on how easy it was. She was off Thursday and I went by to finish up what I had started. Steve was the manager and help me finish up. They took their time to show me the difference between diamonds. Things I never would have know or thought of. They were great. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I ever buy any other jewelry, this will be the only place I go.

We were in this store for almost twenty minutes and no one said a word to us. We were in normal clothes, jeans and t-shirts. A worker, an older lady with glasses, walked around us three times and didnt even make eye contact with us. A younger blonde woman with a black dress on was helping a couple next to us. After they left, she walked by us and didnt greet us. She walked past us several times without saying a word. Guess what! Software engineers are sometimes under the age of 30 and sometimes wear jeans on weekends. WHO KNEW. After twenty minutes of standing there waiting for help, we decided to go down the road and buy our rings from Eaton Jewelery. Eaton is a super nice guy who treated us like equals with the people buying the $30k ring next to us, even if we were only spending $10k on ours. I guess he understands that a young couples money looks the same as an older couples when its in your bank account... something that the people at this Jared clearly didnt. Not only was the descrimination based on our appearance incredibly disrespectful, but it was also abundantly imprudent for a business. Shame on your salespeople; we wont return and well encourage our network of young-about-to-be-engaged friends to skip this location every chance we get.

The General Manager assisted me and gave me tons of options for selection for my pandora charm bracelet to expand. Left with two special charms that had my own meaning highly satisfied. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for something nice and specifically jewelry. :)
The store is not very consistent, as is the product. We got a wedding band designed and made here 6 years ago. The service up front was great, however the custom jewelry is sub-par at best. The band loses numerous diamonds every cleaning/warranty cycle. Every time we bring it in, we’re told that’s just happens routinely. For the money spent, the quality here is poor. Go to spend more money somewhere else for a quality product.

Original Review: The new manager, Brad, walked me though the whole process of getting an engagement ring for my fiance. He was always so very helpful and never tried to sell me something I didnt want. He made sure I got the most out of my trade in so I didnt lose any value. I couldnt have asked for better help. I am so glad he was there.Revised Review: Sadly I have to change my rating. Long story short: we knew the size that we need the ring to be. When I received the ring it wasnt sized correctly. No big deal. We went in and had them re-size it. Turns out they couldnt re-size that specific ring to the size we needed it to be so they would have to order one specifically that size from Neil Lane. Again, no big deal. Months later I call and ask for status of the order and I am told it is in transit. A month later, and two weeks before the engagement pictures are going to take place, I call again and I am again told it is in transit. I ask when it will be in and the nice lady goes to check. We find out that the ring was never ordered so I ask to re-order it. A big deal but human error is a part of life. A couple days later I call to make sure it has been ordered to find out they no longer make the ring. My fiance LOVES her ring. Heck, I love the ring and I am not a fan of jewelry. So now we are stuck trying to figure out what can be done and how to salvage a horrible situation. Two starts, as opposed to one, because the initial purchase was great. Sad to be disappointed.Revised Review: We were able to meet with Brad and he met my expectations by having the whole thing resolved in less then a day. He really is the go to guy for jewelry with great customer support.
Whoever wrote this place is a scam doesnt know what theyre talking about!! I went to this store when I was visiting Frisco looking to add a pandora charm to my bracelet. Not only did I do that, but I ended up purchasing a Pandora ring that I absolutely adore. I bought four different bands that I can mix and match to create a unique look every time I wear it and the price was awesome!! The staff was knowledgeable & courteous, and while I was trying different ring combinations, several sales people provided their input which helped me make my final decision. It was a GREAT experience and I would recommend this store to anyone without hesitation!!
This is a very bad business I had terrible experience at this location they hit my credit and opened a credit card and promising to take off from price tag couple of hundred dollars off and then they wanted me to stay there for One hour and then after they opened a credit card they denied the discount. I am also taking this to Better Business Bureau and claim this... somebody has to show these people this is not how business works ! Very dishonest people
My center stone was not properly set on my engagement ring and the great staff made sure my ring was taken care. They even went as far as to measure and do a full inspection of my diamond before and after it was set to guarantee this was in fact my diamond. After they returned my ring, they asked for the original store my ring was purchased, so they could call and let the store know the ring was not mounted correctly (it was just glued in, nothing else). There customer service is why Ill keep coming back! Special thanks to Maggie!

Bought a birthstone ring online as a push present for my wife with the understanding that it could be sized in-store. My wife took it to this location and they refused to size it without charging us for the sizing. Asked to speak to the manager and he was not helpful. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

They were not able to change the size of my husbands engagement ring after waiting for over a month. It feels like they do not care once you pay. I would not recommend going to Jared as they take a very long time. They say something will be ready by a certain day and it never seems to be ready on that day.
Ken George and the GM were hands down very knowledgeable and experienced with all things related to diamonds. I bought a ring and diamond for my future fiancé and initially went with a diamond which no doubt was beautiful and expensive, however, my budget had changed prior to finalizing the purchase a couple weeks into the payoff plan and they found me an even better diamond, bigger carat and quite frankly my fiancé was thrilled with the second diamond. Much gratitude and appreciation! They were awesome! Highly recommend this store and personnel.
Had a custom ring designed by them. Had to take it back in because the setting was bent a little. Not a big issue, but then they are telling me they need to add supports and do work to it. And i have to pay to have this done! Really? They are the one that designed it. I shouldnt have to pay them because of their mistakes. Next time I want to spent $5k+ I will go to Robbins Brothers. And they are sloooooow.
If I could put 0 stars I would. This place has absolutely scammed me and screwed me. I was looking at engagement rings and was coerced into getting one out of my price range. Hey, if you wait until mid Dec, we have a 15% off and this ring would be in your price range. So I put a deposit down and then come back on the scheduled date. Oh, were sorry that special ended the week after you put a deposit down. This is after I looked the sales rep in the eyes and said I dont want any issues, please make sure these dates are correct. The manager had the gall to tell me that the associate was also manger, and she wouldnt make this kind of mistake, so I misheard. She couldnt care less about the situation and only offered my deposit money back. I will never shop at Jared again and you better believe that I will tell anyone and everyone of my experience.
My husband and I have been shopping at the Jareds in Frisco for quite a while. Ive been very happy with the service Ive received from Thanh and from the GM, Haz. I had an issue with a LeVian piece I purchased from the Frisco location several years ago and they both went above and beyond to ensure the repair was made to my satisfaction. I appreciate their high level of customer service and highly recommend this Jareds location.
Always the best! Fast turn around time (same day) for rhodium and cleaning visit! They keep my diamonds looking as good as the day they were placed on my ring!

(Since we bought my rings with Jared’s we go there for inspections and upgrades) The most previous Jared’s completely messed up my wedding ring and I was absolutely devastated. Ken George at this particular Jared’s in Frisco tx is absolutely wonderful. He took two hours with me to make sure everything was exactly perfect! This store contains the largest collection of incompetence that Ive ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my life; I should have known it would be a disaster when they couldnt even set up an online order correctly. From a mis-set diamond, overcharging on a defect reorder, and actually losing the ring... Ive had to spend a total of 4 trips totaling over 6 hours to receive a ring that I should have ordered online and had delivered to my residence. I would have had an easier time mining the diamonds and precious metals by hand and assembleling the ring myself.
When we purchased a ring awhile ago the service was fantastic. Everyone was great and helpful and it was such a pleasant experience. It all changes when you come back to get your items serviced. They take forever to get you written up and then they promise to have it ready by a certain day and time and of course its not. Then everything that they point out is your fault and not covered under the warranty. It is ridiculous and of course you are dealing with the managers that have the worst customer service experience. I was not happy and if I didnt have to use this location for my service I would not return. Changes need to be made.

I have been a customer for many years at the Frisco Jared. I was going to write a horrible review because of the treatment I was receiving from the store and their poor excuse of managers. Since last time I went in a young blonde lady was so helpful that I changed my mind. She was wonderful ! Informative and nice ! I definitely am only giving 5 stars because of her and no one else.

Jared is the best place to go for your spouse to make them happy expresly your wife because you know women love to sparkling jewelry . For my wife and I 17th anniversary, I decided to come here and my experience was quite pleasant. I save a lot of money.

My husband live down the road and were passing by on our evening walk when we decided to stop in and see if the store wouldnt mind cleaning my ring which was not purchased through Jareds. We were welcomed by Stephen who gladly took care of us. He didnt make us feel like a burden because the ring was not purchased through the company. My husband started looking at watches and he continued assisting us. We are not financially able to purchase a watch right now, but Stephen was so kind and helpful without being the slightest bit pushy. This means so much to us. When we are able, we will definitely be back to this location to make further purchases! Thank you Stephen, and my husband and I hope you get the recognition you deserve!
My wife and I both bought Tag Hauer watches from Jared and have always gotten the batteries replaced there. On this occasion, my watch was sent back and wasnt working when I picked it up. I had conversations with two people (one a manager) and struggled to get resolution. In steps Samantha Stanford. She is the repair liaison. She took control and the situation was taken care of immediately. She is the shining star of Jared Frisco.
Irresponsible. Ordered a ring for my fiancé weeks ago only for it to come in in the wrong size. Thats fine, mistakes happen. They said they would order a new size, just called to check in on it since it has been a few weeks and apparently they had never ordered it. So will we have a ring for him for the wedding? Who knows, stay tuned. Not sure how a jewelry store can mess this up when this is literally what they are supposed to do. yes.. He went to jared! (again and again and again because they keep messing up.)
I always have a great experience when shopping at Jared. Becky is my go to girl when I need help with anything. I started working with her in 2015 and will never go anywhere else.

I will never again trust this store with my money. It appears there is nothing in the process this team cannot mess up. The thing they excel at is wasting your time.For our 15th anniversary we decided to upgrade my wifes engagement ring. What should have been a joyous event turned into an aggravating situation that totally ruined the mood.We had bought my wifes first ring from Kays, which is part of the same company as Jareds, so we were able to trade in her old ring. However, it was a very long process.We came in around 10am. Once we had selected a new ring and diamond, they had to put the paperwork in the computer. This required calls to Kays headquarters and took well over an hour. It was past noon now and we were getting hungry and we had a meeting to attend later in the afternoon.We agreed with the sales guy and the manager that we were going to go have lunch and that wed be back in 45 minutes. At that point they were to have the paperwork ready so we could sign and pay.We came back after lunch and were presented a scrawled cost picture that was very unclear. Asking for clarification, the sales guy had to talk to his boss again. We finally agreed to the cost and I was ready to pay. So we walked over to the checkout and it turned out they had not put the order into the computer. It took them another 30 or more minutes to ring us up. It gave us the sense that we were dealing with some shady used car shop. Eventually, we made it to the last 5 minutes of our meeting at 2:30pm.My wifes ring had to be custom made, so there was going to be a 4 week wait time. There was a due date on the receipt and since we hadnt heard from them, I called on the due date printed on the receipt. I talked to a rather flippant guy in the store and asked him if the ring was ready. He said yes. So that evening my wife went to pick up the ring. It was NOT ready. They had not received the custom made ring yet.They told her it was going to be another week. So a week later we called the store again. The ring was still not ready, but would be ready the next evening after 7pm. So the next evening after 7pm we went to pick up the ring. We went to the pickup desk and you guessed it, the ring was NOT there. So the store manager was called over, he had to call some guy Steve to check and finally figured out the ring was still in the safe. All-in-all another 45 minute visit.Seriously, the team in this store did not miss a chance to disappoint in customer service. I would not trust them with my money ever again. If for some miraculous reason, after reading all this, you still insist on going here, make sure you have the whole day and bring snacks or food.

The entire Staff at the Frisco (Preston and Gaylord pkwy) were super friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Sabira Mohamed. Her expertise was greatly appreciated and her suggestions for the 3 items I was looking for were spot on! They have the best selections and greatest quality possible of jewelry and their service/warranty plans are 2nd to none. Im always very happy when we walk out of Jareds, we have shopped at multiple Jared locations for over 10 years and are happy to suggest that everyone should give them a try for your business - Jareds team will do their best to take great care of your needs.
