I had Embroidery Express create some custom shirts that I will be giving as gifts. They turned out great! EE is very friendly and easy to work with. They turned around the items very quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Came to Embroidery Express with a request for monogram for my granddaughters dress for her birthday, they got it done same day so she would have it for her birthday on Saturday. Amazing service and friendly people!

Highly recommend this place. They helped do a few hats and shirts for my company. The owner was incredibly helpful, giving me tips on my design, offering changes and helpful advice. They finished on schedule and it took 1/4 of the time and 1/2 the price of other local places. Fast paced, helpful, honest and no frills. Will be going back for more.

Embroidery looks amazing! Owners are the nicest people in the world! Got my logo embroidered on my work shirts for insanely cheap and within an hour! Checked with around 5-10 other shops and Embroidery Express was significantly cheaper than all other shops. The embroidery very high quality, I highly recommend this shop and will use them for all my embroidery needs.

I needed an item embroidered fairly quickly and Embroidery Express delivered! My item was ready within a couple of days and it looked great!!

I came in for the first time ever. My tailor was closed for the holidays. I walked in and the owners were very receptive and very nice. Once it was decided what I wanted, he said it would be ready in 24 hours. After, I got in the car I called back and asked if he somehow got it done today to call me. He asked if I needed it today and I said it would help. Within an hour he called me to come pick it up. The embroidery was done perfect! I will be back!

I have been here a few times and have not been disappointed! Their craftsmanship, care and personal attention to detail for their work is exceptional. These bad reviews stated are ridiculously false. I highly recommend them for their quality work and for their fair pricing!

Just had the best experience with Embroidery Express. Cam is super knowledgeable and his customer service is superb. He had my company logo digitized and embroidered on quilted Carhartt jackets in less than 24 hours!! (Another company had them for over two weeks and didnt bother telling me they couldnt do the work.) Glad I gave Cam and company a shot. Cam answered every call, email and text...unlike the other companies I had contacted. We will be using them for all our embroidery needs.

Friendliest service! Monogrammed a golf glove for me when every other embroidery shop in the area told me they couldn’t. And did a rush job for me right before Christmas. AND, in case that wasn’t enough, the quality exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be going back.

Had 6 expensive cashmere blankets monogrammed for Christmas gifts. They turned out beautifully and the expertise, opinions, and advice on fonts, style, etc were greatly appreciated. I had taken a personal item to be monogrammed to another company and three weeks later when they told me it was going to be done, I found out they hadnt even started! I contacted Embroidery Express and he promised me he could get it done in two days and he did! The embroidered monogram was absolutely beautiful and superb workmanship! I brought Christmas stockings here for monogramming. The stocking came out beautiful, and the owners were so kind. My stocking was done in a day. I highly recommend Embroidery Express, and will definitely use them again for all my monogramming and embroidery needs!

I had a bag, ordered from a catalog company, that proved VERY difficult to have embroidered but these guys were able to do it!! They were friendly, prompt, and tried to keep my cost down by telling me it may be less expensive to take it back to the original company. I am so happy that I dropped by and I will take everything I need embroidered to them in the future.

I read the reviews posted prior but wanted to see for myself + really needed a small job done and fast. The gentleman at the shop was very pleasant and checked multiple times with me to make sure I was going to be satisfied with his job. He did what I asked and met all my expectations. I do recommend this shop.

Dont do it! Very unprofessional & over-priced. I needed a small, simple logo on two vests. I supplied the vests. Charged $55 for the stitch file then wouldnt release provide it to me, without another $50 charge. And the patches were crooked. $160...what a rip off. Had the nerve to tell me that sometimes life is tough. The owner comes off as very friendly, but dont trust him. Next time Ill just go back to Embroidme where they guarantee their work and have released their files to me in the past. (no, I dont work at Embroidme)

When I first walked in the lady came out gave me a dirty look and went in the back. A man came out immediately and I asked if they could take off some stitching off my chef coat. he was very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. he said it could be done but it would take a lot of time. then he compared the process saying he once saw someone take a shredded document and pieced it back together. I asked what did that statement have to do with anything?? then I asked if he could replace a zipper on my gym back and he made it seem like it would be too expensive for me to replace the whole zipper. he said rudely thats the way life is. I truly believe he pre judged me because I have a lot of tattoos and braids in my hair, not knowing I have two college degrees. One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.

I had an amazing experience today at this shop!!! I called the number after frantically searching for someone who could personalize a bag I got for my best friends birthday tomorrow. Mr. Camel gave me directions to his shop and assured me he would wait for me to arrive. He was set to close at 630 and I had gotten there around 620. Because he wouldnt be open Saturday he offered to embroider my gift on the spot while I waited. Im from Royse City Texas and work in Richardson. Ill continue to travel to Frisco to support Mr. CAMEL!! LOOK AT MY BAG.(black and red with nesey on it)

Owner/sales person was argumentative and not willing to admit that the job was not complete. I was really disappointed in the quality of work, he monogrammed HUGE letters on a small pocket square, and left the backing on the back of the item, which was clearly visible. Within minutes his associate removed the backing, and fixed the problem, while the owner was argumentative and told me that he didnt need my business. I would not go back to this place of business, and it is disappointing that an owner would speak to a customer in such a rude manner.

We have had a very poor experience in our experience with this company. The owner seems unappreciative of previous business done with him. He tends to become belligerent quickly and then says he has the freedom to say anything he wishes. As a vet who fought for his right to do so I also appreciate our right to take our business elsewhere.

Beware!!! This place is a scam! Their quality is terrible and they won’t stand behind it. They screwed up logos and said it looked fine to them and wouldn’t do anything to make it right. $500 worth of shirts are garbage. Same as other reviews. He flys off the handle and cusses you out.

I received excellent customer service at EE. It is owned by very nice couple, they tried to help me with my dress the best they could and they did great job. I would definitely recommend this place !!

We were given one quote on the phone, then when we got to the store it was suddenly twice as expensive. After half an hour of arguing, the man who originally quoted us was called and gave us the price.Picking up our products was even more disappointing; the work was illegible at best. Terrible stitching, plastic wasnt fully removed, and they left the cardboard on the back. Just, no.

Where do I start? Horrible customer service and Poor communication skills. Dropped my items on Tursday and was told it will be ready the next day around 3pm. I called them before 3 the next day and was told it will not be ready until Thursday. I said okay, its fine. Thursday rolls around and I got a call, they said my order was ready. I went to the store and behold my order was wrong my patches that was suppose to be placed on the upper left sleeve was placed on the upper left chest of my scrubs. The embroidery was horrible and was done with blue threads(which you could see). It seemed as if an armature had done it. At this point I was freaking out and furious. I told him the instructions were placed on the bag with my phone number on it(and which he asked in the beginning and was provided!) he went on to tell me its my fault and that it was the directions I gave him. He read the directions out loud again and gave me a blank stair. He insist he will fix it and have it ready for me on Saturday. I examined my items and 2 of my scrubs had stains on it and my WHITE coat as well! I told him my scrubs are not in the same condition as I brought it to him. There were stains left on my items and he refused to do anything about it. He finally tired to be civil with me by pitching the idea, that if I found any stains on my purple scrubs he will override my service for free. I proceeded to point out the stains on my scrubs and he denied his own offer. He began raising his voice and I got a little scared as he was holding a scissors in his hands so I payed for my items and stormed out. Every decisions he made was inconvient for me and he will never understand that. Money doesnt grown on trees!!

We agreed on a style and SIZE for the embroidery for a bag. When I went to pick it up, the owner said he could not fit the hoop for the size so it ended up being a one inch monogram. It looks horrible and totally out of proportion. He had no right to just make that decision without calling me and discussing. I would have picked up the bag and gone elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE.

The owner of this place is not an honest man. He over- charges taking advantage of Frisco residents, He is NOT a good AMERICAN. He gives a lower quote to get your businass, and when you go to pick up your things the price will be higher and he holds your things until you pay! The owner quoted me one price, when I came to pick up my items he attempted to charge me about 50% more. While inquiring about the difference he called me a cheapskate and said I was like everyone else around here ( whatever that means ), on top of that he then proceeded to cuss me out in the most vulgar way possible with another customer in the store, who left with me. I should of read the other reviews before I went in; please no one do business with this man, unbelievably bad service.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The owner doesnt like his customer to ask questions and if you do he will yell and argue. He makes you pay in advance before you see his work. And when asking regarding the material that will be used prior to payment, the owner asked me to take my business elsewhere. Never experienced anything like this!

I want to get give them a 0, they argued with my wife when I complained about the fact they placed my patches incorrectly, instead of just correcting it they fought. Then they called back to argue that their employee couldnt have been wrong, not to mention it cost $45 to sew on 3 small patches and 4 days.

Very poor customer service had we looked at the reviews we definitely wouldnt have gone here. Dropped an item off friday were told it would be done later that day, received a phone call 30 minutes before it was suppose to be ready said it wouldnt be ready till monday. Picked up the item today and 2 patches were not centered like they were suppose tonhave been. instead of apologizing and trying to fix it. The manager argued with me telling me it was our fault. The manager then called my husband back arguing with him telling him it was all my husbands fault, even though my husband laid the patches down right and when the girl taped them down she shifted them. My husband said something then and was told the lady who was going to sew them would fix it. Paying $45 to have patches sewn on I expect them to do the job correctly or fix it instead of giving an attitude to the customer.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, however I cant so all customers, especially ladies, even THINKING about going here beware. I went in a week and half in advanced to place an order for my nieces birthday that was out of town and we needed the shirt before we left. Going in the first day the owner was extremely nice too nice at that. I explained what I needed done, he showed me the style, how it would be created, and picked out the colors. As this was happening the creeper decided to attempt to flirt, telling me I didnt have to pay for the $80 shirts if I slept with him. E I played it off like he was joking and asked him for the price and when they would be done. I agreed and went on about my life. I called back a week later to make sure my order was ready and I was told yes. He sent my a pictures and everything was completely WRONG. On a time crunch, this was thursday, we left saturday morning, I asked if he could fix it he said yes, and to come pick them up tomorrow. I called the next day on my way over and I was told that he couldnt do it they way I wanted and if he did the two T-SHIRTS would cost me $150. He got defensive and argued me down to the point where he hung up in my face. Frustrated I called back where he argues again and I told him my lawyer would be calling. My lawyer calls a few minutes later and he says he doesnt know who I am and doesnt have an order for me. I guess not sleeping with him made him mad. Needless to say I made my own shirts which turned out 10x cuter and I will never go back to this shop. Ladies beware.

He left a stain on my fabric which forced me to have to cut the stain out altering the length of my seat covers I was making. He came across as an very combative individual.
