Tracy and Patrick run a top notch shop and have been great partners for our apparel needs. Even in these crazy time they are doing a great job. For those of you that act like entitled children I feel bad for how miserable you are that you feel the need to bash a LOCAL small business that supports our community. Great people, just be patient the worlds a dumpster fire and small businesses like this one have very little control over the current situation.

I placed an order for an event from another large company online weeks prior to my event. I followed up on the status of my order 1 week before the event dat and was notified at that time that my order would be 2-3 weeks late. I contacted Frisco Sports in a panic to get custom jerseys made and they were SO helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of Ashley and Patrick... Super nice people, easy to work with, thorough and quick. They went above and beyond to make our order happen. THANK YOU!!!

Absolute worst service. They blame the vendor, they take money, but do not provide the order. Even called and said they needed more money to get it right, but never got it right. Over 5 weeks and my teams uniforms still do not match. They tried to lie and say they would match in the sun. Very dishonest. Lacks all integrity. Avoid this business at all costs.

Patrick was very quick to respond when I needed help with an order for my daughter. He was very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend working with Frisco Sports!

I needed to order shirts in 5 different colors for different 1st grade classes at our local elementary school. Patrick and Tracy were fantastic to work with. They gave me a very fair price and delivered the t shirts much faster than I expected. I cant wait to show our first graders!! I will happily use them again for my next order.

I recently went to pick up an order, at what seemed like the same time as a lot of others, but the employees did a great job getting us in and out quickly. They were well organized and very friendly! I think I was in and out in less than 3 minutes(prepaid order)!I also had the pleasure of doing business with them a few years ago at the beginning of a school year when I needed to pick up PE attire for my kids. The place was slammed! BUT they had enough employees to check out the customers quickly & smoothly and were just as organized to make the whole process quick and easy!! Seriously- almost like an assembly line! It’s a simplistic store that offers all of the Frisco school’s athletic uniforms and spirit wear as well as the accessories and fun trinkets! Thank you for making my life a little bit easier! 😃

Frisco sports was referred to me through a friend and I am so thankful for them. We were able to order custom shirts for my nephews basketball team and they turned out wonderful. Price was right and they were able to give us our order even on the short notice I gave them. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The people at this store are fantastic. I had attempted to customize aprons for my teams Halloween event. We were going to be the Spice Girls and we were adding spices to the front of the aprons we were wearing. Needless to say the iron on transfers I bought did not work and I was stranded ON Halloween with no costume for my team. I called another store that was quite rude about my situation. I called Frisco Sports Center and was told, sure we will help and I rushed over to their shop. They attempted to fix my attempts at putting on the transfer and when that failed came up with a solution that was even better than what I had planned! Thanks so much for saving my team Halloween event. You guys rock!

Just poor customer service! I was not asking for anything free just was hoping for friendly customer service where we could come up with an agreeable solution. I even tried calling again today to apologize for them thinking I was asking for anything free and they hung up on me! That’s great customer service yelling at a customer and hanging up!!!(FYI, don’t order from mobile devices). Had I known I over ordered at the time I would have called immediately. All the reminders, warnings and full cart view are hard to review and see at one time on phone screen. That aside, I was not asking for anything FREE. I even offered to donate the over ordered items and oversized item. I was just asking for some help on having another hoody made for my son that fits correctly. I did not ask for it to be FREE but if they would be willing to work with me on it. I was in tears on the phone and all I got was scolded on what I did wrong with my order and a lecture on how hard it would be for them. In my book that’s not the customer service and attitude I prefer to work with as a paying customer. Lesson learned on my side. Frisco Sports is not for me. Hoping in the future FISD will offer other companies so we have a options. I found another company to help me.Frisco Sports Owner, you were not kind or friendly at all on the phone so your statement of me wanting things free is incorrect and your “friendly” reminder was not friendly. Tell your side of course but make it the truth! I even had a witness in the car over hear the entire conversation as I was on my blue tooth over head!

I recently missed a deadline for ordering my sons schools field day due to issues with my email account. The Monday following the deadline, I decided to send an email to Frisco Sports Center explaining my situation and asked if they would accept a late order and offered to give my credit card information. Chris contacted me to let me know that he had re-opened Prosper ISDs account and I had the opportunity to make my purchase until noon of that day. I immediately purchased the shirts and sent Chris a very grateful message. All of this had transpired by 10:00 a.m.I cant think of any other store that wouldve done what Chris/Frisco Sports Center did for me. They cared that I needed something for my kids and helped me without any hassle, questions or hesitation. Because of this, I wont have to explain to my kids why they wont look like their entire grade on their field day. Lets face it, parents have enough on their plates without guilt trips from the kids.This will be the first store I check to get any athletic gear and clothes from hereon. Theyve earned my loyalty.

Ive been using FSC for my team shirts and fundraising t-shirts and tanks for over 5 years. They have always delivered quality printing right on schedule. I also buy my kids gym clothes and spirit wear here as well. Good selection of sports uniforms and items in store, as well as custom orders.

I have used FSC for several team orders over the past few years as well as shop around the store for HS spirit wear. The new owners that took over in the last year have been wonderful to work with and always happy with the product I get.Only downside is that they close at 6pm on the weekdays. Would be nice if they were open till 7pm M-F for those that struggle to commute back to Frisco by 6pm.Not sure what or where I would go without them here in Frisco!

Extremely overpriced!!!!! The management here was not very polite on the phone at the very beginning of the call. Then you have to wait 7-10 business days just to get something printed on a jersey. Then you have to pay $60 just to get a replacement jersey done. I have never been this disappointed with a company ever! I even asked if they had any type of discount and the manager here said no im sorry I do a lot of marketing and sales for the Frisco area and i would never do business with this company ever again! I will make sure and find a different company and post it on here with better rates and better turn around time for everyone else in the Frisco area!

Dont go to Frisco Sports Center if you expect good product and good customer service. Screen printing quality was TERRIBLE, truly embarrassing. Dont waste your time. Our company wasted too much time with them. Never again.

Nice place for all custom needs!

Overall good quality but it took over a month longer then quoted and since its outsourced, the owner Patrick, blamed it on the suppliers instead of taking ownership of the situation. Never heard an apology from him. Had to start working with someone else to get things moving.

Ive never in my life encountered a unprofessional place like this in my life other than foot locker in lewisville.I will advise anyone and everyone to run from this location as far as possible.As a consumer I should have expectations and not allow Company to render whatever service they want to me.Im sorry if Im not that individual that allow companies to halfway do a job.Im not disgruntle Im just being honest.

Bought a few shirts to match my sons tball teams jersey and they came out exactly how I wanted!

Terrible experience. Spoke to 3 different people, waited one hour, to be Todd that couldnt do the job.
