Store is a little over priced for the quality of stuff being sold.Their posted mask policy clearly violates the Governor’s current executive order and does not reflect the current CDC guidelines as of the date I visited this location (date of review).I am also cautious buying from stores that are strict on asking people not to take pictures in the store?The thing is this: with all their Rules signs and angry replies to people that don’t give positive reviews, I would simply shop somewhere else. There are plenty alternatives in the area.

My kids love this place! They have all kinds of official Pokémon plushies and other anime character plushies like One piece, haikyuu, Demon slayers. They have cute stationery and we always find something with each visit. Will def come back!

A lot of the stuff is straight off of WISH and Aliexpress... thats one of the reasons why they ask you to not take pictures. Most of the anime figures are not authentic, and all of the lanyards they have are $1 on the forsaken (mentioned above sites). The rilakkuma stuff they sell you, you can acquire for a fraction of the price at Daiso (for example the face masks they ask for $9.99 and at Daiso they are all $5... or the journals they have for $3.99... $1.50 at Daiso...). The KPOP hoodies arent legit either. The enamel pins are all from the same sites. They are all stolen art (with a quick search you could find the original pin artist). The KPOP photocards are also from the forsaken sites (I looked them up and BOOM) It makes you question the authenticity of the other things. Aside from all of that the shop itself is pretty kawaii and severely overpriced. The girl at the front desk was very nice. Also, good luck with parking spots on the weekend!

I highly recommend checking this place out! They got really cute plush, cute office supplies, figures and Kpop Albums! Helpful and friendly staff!

This store has a bunch of KPop looking stuff. I found that they appear to follow people around without asking if they can help you. Could it be profiling? I found a few others reviews on here suggesting this as a possibility. I am very suspicious of their intentions especially because the clientele tends to be female and skews young. I am staying away from this place.

Stationary, keychains, hands crafted cards, magnets, assorted knick knacks, and SO much more. This is such a cute little gift shop packed full with many things to purchase for yourself or someone else! The cost of merch varies quite nicely, so if you’re on a budget there are plentyy of things to choose from. The cashier, Oliver, was knowledgeable about the locations of certain products in the store and really sealed the deal on choosing this store to come to. They were courteous, professional, and very helpful. 12/10 will be back!

This was a good shop and I liked the mandatory mask rule,even if it wasnt followed by all the customers.The only reason this isnt a five star review is because the products are a little expensive but thats understandable.

Love love love this place. The owner and workers are super nice and polite and this store is a go to in Frisco for all Kpop and anime lovers. I love coming here as they also tend to have items Ive never seen in other stores (such as super cute kirby blind boxes that I can never resist). I was there when it first opened and the place is clean, neat, very organized and just a delight to go to. Yes some items can be expensive but that is to be expected for quality products. Service is always the best as well!

SELLS COUNTERFEIT POKÉMON PRODUCTS. Just look at the tags on the items. Very overpriced for counterfeit items as well.Edit:IT’S NOT A LIE!! EVEN THE TAGS ARE FAKE!! The Pokémon “logo” on the tags is not the official Pokémon logo. The tags also say it’s made by Nintendo. Nintendo does NOT make Pokémon plush toys. IF it were genuine, it would have Pokémon center tags on the plush, WHICH IT DOES NOT. BUT the biggest give-away that it’s FAKE is the tag says “made in China” Official Pokémon products are NOT made in China. Seller needs to stop selling fake products at a high price.

Very lovely shop with so many cute accessories, Kpop goods, stationary, plushies & more!! Very family friendly as I had 4 adults & 5 children aged 2-15 years roaming the store without issue or discomfort! They really listened + took time to chat as well! They were very accommodating & they support local artists (although space is a bit limited bc they have so many official goods as well!!) will keep coming back here!

I have shopped at Cute Crush for 2 years now, and I have a couple things to say about this business and why I have rated it 3 out of 5 stars.THE MERCHANDISE: Cute Crush offers really cute stationary, anime and kpop collectibles, plushies and gift-worthy items for any of your loved ones or even yourself! I will say that their journals can be on the pricier end, ranging from $1.99-$25 a pop, but I mainly shop their smaller and cheaper journals for my school needs. I can’t say much on the anime and kpop collectibles, as I have not purchased anything on that end. I believe these journals may be more expensive than your typical journal due to the uniqueness of the covers and binding. I found no issues with the quality of their merchandise.THE STAFF: I have personally felt profiled by the staff, and could tell that one of the staff members was watching my every movement, and even followed me around for quite some time, without asking me if I needed any help, which is unlike typical retail etiquette. Said staff member was quick to tell me to not try on the jewelry, even though I was simply holding the article of jewelry close to my face. I can understand the necessity to make sure products are sanitized for future customers but I believe this was overkill for two reasons: (1) I was going to buy said article of jewelry regardless, and (2) The staff member never asked me if I needed help, which I perceived as profiling. Because of this, I had to dock points off of my rating.THE PRICE: One thing to take note when shopping at Cute Crush is that the merchandise is different from what you may find at a Walmart or Target. The merchandise has a Japanese-inspired feel, and whether you may find it to be authentically Japanese or not, one can’t deny the cuteness in the craftsmanship. The merchandise is on the pricier end, but as expected, for Japanese-inspired craft. Plushies can range anywhere from $8.50 for a keychain plush the size of one’s palm, to $50+ for a body-sized plush. Journals can range anywhere from $1.99 for a thinner paperback notebook, to $25 for a thicker hardback composition book. Writing utensils are paid by the pen/pencil, and gift-worthy items can be anywhere between $2 for a small keychain to $20+ for a mug. Price depends on what you are looking for and the quality of the item.I was unable to take pictures of the merchandise inside the store, because it is store policy to not photograph any of their merchandise.

Color changing pens, cool mechanical pencils, notebooks, calendars stuffed animals, etc. Im not into k pop, but if you are, youll find merch here. Is a little cute store. It was not really worth the drive if youre closer to k town Carrollton, they have way more shops with more stuff. However, they do have some cute stuff, more anime and plushies than Carrollton has. They also were not following capacity covid guidelines and by the time I left the store it was absolutely packed, very disappointed in that. I felt unsafe and they should have been doing when small shops in k town do, which is have a person standing by the door despencing sanitizer and letting a safe amount of people into the store.

Mask ENFORCERS!!! Haven’t you heard it’s TEXAN’s right to not wear a mask. Won’t be spending my money here.

I love this place so much. They carry such a wide selection of items from plushies to stationary to albums. The staff here is always friendly and try to help. The pricing here seems pretty on par with other shops similar to this and I love coming here. I always seem to find something to buy whenever we visit.
