We used Granite and more to give our kitchen a much needed facelift and their team came through and delivered the most beautiful kitchen! From Kim’s design through carpentry, painting and installation we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were very responsive, flexible and just all around nice people.

I enjoyed working with Kim at Granite and More. I’m sure our job wasn’t as big as some others they were working on. However, our renovation was just as important to her. Loved being able to take samples home to see what they looked like in my home. When I found a tile I liked online, Kim, located and had delivered, within 2 days, samples of the tiles I wanted to see. I never felt pressure to do anymore work than what we had budgeted. Our 1995 kitchen looks so different.

Updated: I am astounded by the utter lack of professionalism and organization at this so-called business. My husband and I moved to Texas a few weeks ago; I am 7 months pregnant and we are trying to start our family. Todd, the owner of Granite and More, offered my husband a job as project manager. He was hired as an independent contractor and no contracts were ever signed. When I met Todd he seemed very nice. He even told me that my husband has been the best project manager compared to his previous ones. He said that Kim was also very impressed with his work. My husband has had his own business as a general contractor since 2017, and he had been in the construction and remodeling business since 2005.My husband went above and beyond, starting work at 8-9am and still answering phone calls and texts until 10pm at night. He had to deal with Todd’s disgruntled employees and clients, trying to resolve the many issues that plagued the company before he even started working there. Todd’s crews frequently complained that they are being underpaid, and on some days not paid at all. Kim complained that Todd was not proactive and said that she would control the company one day due to his incompetence.2 weeks later, without warning, Todd fires my husband over the phone due to him being “overqualified” for the position, despite him being aware of my husband’s qualifications from the start. There was no further explanations for his termination. Now my husband is unemployed, and our search for a new home has come to a halt. I advise all future employees and clients to proceed with caution.

I contracted with Granite & More last year to remodel our bath and kitchen. During our project, the employees and their craftsmen were absolutely the greatest. The assistance with design by Kim and project oversight by Chad was second to none. Product and delivery was very professional - Todd has a great team of professionals!

First visit to the store and it was closed during business hours. No big deal, this happens. Walk into the store today 9/26/2020 and lady comes out. Sees us, says she forgot her mask and goes back. Comes out with mask below her nose. Proceeds to talk to us. Then just pulls her mask off again. I walked out of the store. Place has no respect for customers safety and health.

Used this company 5 years ago for kitchen and bathroom remodel with different owners. Called them in May to come give me an estimate to install wood look tile in 2 more rooms. They came and measured and never even bothered to give me estimate. I called them back 2 times and they told me they would get the estimate right out .I called another company ( Willow Floors ) and they have completed the job. Their work is excellent.

Crew did an excellent job of installing quartz countertop and tile backsplash, along with new sink and faucet. Chad and Kimberley were very responsive and committed to customer satisfaction.

Initially, we came to the store just to ask a few questions, and we truly appreciated his honesty. He answered all of our questions genuinely, and not in a salesman kind of way. Nate was one of the best general contractors we’ve worked with. He is always ahead of schedule and fixes any issues we may have had. Project #3 with Troy. Project #1 - 4 yrs ago, Master Bath Shower. Project #2 - Last Year - Hardwoods throughout 90% of our home. Project #3 - Complete the remodel of Master Bath. Next Years wish list painting of the inside of the home, and guess who we will call first... Troy.Throughout all the Projects Troy has been great. Always honest and upfront with options and costs, but he was never pushy, letting us run at our own pace until we finalized the plans. Alice is always great and always has a smile. She is willing to take the time to go over the questions and help us find solutions to our unique needs.All the teams we have had, have been great. They try to leave the project clean. They take the time to lay down protective barriers when needed. They will stop an explain what they are doing if the customer has questions.We will back as long as the professionalism and dedication to a quality project continues.

We had a fabulous experience working with Granite & More in Plano. Not only did they do a great job on my remodeling but I now feel like I have been blessed with the friendship I have with Rhonda and Alice! They were amazing. They helped me with all my selections and even came by my home with samples when needed. We remodeled two bathrooms, added tile in two areas and re-faced our fireplaces with stone. Everything looks so updated and fresh. They did a great job getting all the contractors coordinated and in and out quickly and efficiently. We cant wait for our master bath remodel and will be using Granite & More again!

The owner came to my house measured my three bathrooms for new countertops, new flooring and a new shower in one of the bathrooms this was over two weeks ago never heard from the guy. Very unprofessional

Granite and More did a wonderful job on our master bathroom and children’s bathroom. We could not be happier with how they both turned out. They not only did a great job but wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. They value the customer relationship and quality work.

The team did an awesome job for us in our kitchen. Jonathan, Armando, and the guys were the fabricators/installers. I am really impressed with the precision of their work, from the seams to the caulk lines. They took every precaution to keep the dust down from having to cut into our drywall a little. They put up plastic and were very careful with our cabinets. Troy, Alice, and the other staff were always very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company and that team to anyone wanting a beautiful granite installation done.

Granite and More was so much more than I expected. First is the personal owners, Troy and Alice who ask the right questions, come to our home, and personally stay on top of all the details. It is a no worry, complete service company. So much credit goes to manager, Rhonda, she is fantastic in representing the company from beginning to after the end! If you use them you wont be sorry. We had an awesome experience with Granite & More on our kitchen remodel. Alice and Troy were very knowledgeable on product, process and design ideas. Working with them was like working with your best friends. They are very trustworthy, ethical and fair in their business. We would highly recommend Granite and More for your home projects.

We upgraded our kitchen - granite counter top; sink; remove wallpaper and painted kitchen; cabinets sanded and painted white; new hardware for cabinets; new back splash; added can lighting; etc. All the subcontractors (plumbers; electrician; painters; carpenter; tile and granite installers) were excellent. Alice, Troy and Rhonda established a time line and work schedule for all phases of the project. Each person showed up on time and completed the work above our expectations. The cabinet painting was the longest part of the job and we cannot say enough of the quality. Overall we are very pleased with Granite & More and the workmanship that they brought to the project.

They installed granite and back-splash in our kitchen a few years ago. Most recently they did our master bath renovation. Their work crew is very respectful, clean and careful, they are on time and do beautiful tile work. Troy and Alice, and their team, are accessible and truly went out of their way to help resolve some of the unexpected glitches that always pop up with renovations. There was some miscommunication at times between us, Troy and the work crew that may have been better handled upfront but was always resolved in a timely matter.

This company goes above and beyond on everything they do. The customer service is wonderful. The turn around time is less then half the competitors as long as with the price. Alice and Troy made the process easy and quick. Best of all the workers and the work was as professional as it gets. There is no need to go with anyone else. A+++

We had the most wonderful experience in redoing our kitchen counter-tops, lighting and cabinets with the staff at Granite and More. My first introduction to Alice was warm and heartfelt with customer service. Next, Troy came out to do measurements and followed up with an excellent itemized bid for the project. It was very detailed in comparison to the other bids we had received. We knew then, that these people know their business. That thought held true to form throughout the entire working relationship with Alice and Troy. When they say they are going to do something, they meant it. We had a stringent timeline we needed to work within, prior to our in-laws moving in. The staff and employees were truly amazing. Not only were they on target with the timeline in completing the project, they finished a day early. The crew from the electrician, to the installers and cabinet painters took extreme pride in their workmanship and it shows in the final product of our kitchen. We highly recommend Granite & More! They deserve more than 5 Gold Stars!! We will defnitely be a repeat customer for future projects.

Came to store, spoke with owner who helped us select kitchen countertop and backsplash colors/styles we liked. Owner said he could not visit our house to take measurements but would have an employee call and make an appointment to do that. Owner went back in office while we browsed samples. So far so good.A few minutes later another couple came in, owner talked with them, said he would come to their home that afternoon to take measurements and discuss designs. Owner not interested in doing the same for us, and his employee never called for an appointment (gave him a week to do so).Our project focused on partial kitchen remodel at about $15K. Second couple wanted a complete kitchen remodel. Probably owners business model was to work projects worth at least, say, $30K and up. Ours was too small for him. Its okay to have that project cost threshold as a business model. Whats not okay is owner strung us along when he had no interest in our project. The professional thing to do was be up front with us that our project was smaller than projects he works. Extra credit if he could refer us to companies that will work smaller projects. Owner did neither. Wont consider this company for future projects.

These guys were AMAZING! I would highly recommend Granite and More.Prior to purchasing here, I shopped around quite a bit. I can’t say enough how easy they made the whole process. Todd took the time to walk me through the entire process, what to expect and even some additional things I should consider in order to get the most out of my kitchen project. Many of the other companies (including Big Box retailers) were not thorough and I ended up getting hidden cost the more I asked questions. At Granite and More, the pricing was fair, honest and exactly what I expected.My kitchen look so amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Granite and More did an Exceptional Job. We found Troy through a friend. I called 1 day and he was out to measure for my new shower and the very next day had a quote in my inbox dealing everything that I wanted and each ones cost. I then tried to get more quotes to compare to Troys but no one else wanted the small job of just doing a shower. So we went with Troy and it was so easy, we met, picked out all the stuff and in a few days Victor was at my door to work and work hard!! He did an amazing job and fast!! I would tell anyone that I know it go to Granite and more:)

From the time I walked into their store, Alice makes you feel at home and comfortable. Their knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond sets them apart from the rest of the shops out there. I couldnt be happier with the outcome of my kitchen and look forward to working with them for my flooring and master bath remodel. I requested the free estimate online with suggested dates/time slots. They emailed me that they are busy that day and will let me know if they find available time (which is understandable), but they never got back to me afterwards. Disappointing.

We had a bathroom countertop replaced. Not a big job for Alice and her crew, but it was for us. Everyone involved made us feel like the project was as important to them as it was to us. From the selection of countertop, with a ride out to the stone yard, to the measuring to the scheduling and installation, everyone was amazing. Rhonda at the front desk is wonderful. Alice even took the time to look at our paint colors and flooring we bought elsewhere to give us her expert opinion. We were very impressed with the attention we received, and the final product. Will be calling them when it is time to do the kitchen.

Just from seeing your Google listing made me realize you guys were very professional and serious about getting your customers attention. Your store was lovely and supplied everything i needed for granite countertops. For a granite store in Frisco, you guys supply everything one needs to remodel a house into a home.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They admitted they will never be the least expensive or competitive on price; they said they werent making enough money on my project so they dropped me 1 week before our install date! They hadnt even ordered my tile yet, but they sure did cash my deposit check.They offer MINIMAL help on design, and do not go above and beyond in any way. I am a reasonable person and always one to shop around to make sure Im being treated fairly, and I went with them, even though they were not the cheapest because I am loyal when I speak to someone and invest time in them.They ended up being an absolute waste of my time, and they will not get my business. POOR business ethic, dont return email/calls in a timely manner, do not set customer expectations, and dont even offer common courtesy. I am in sales and they could write the manual on how NOT to treat a customer!

We had an absolute wonderful experience with Granite & More. Troy and Alice were extremely helpful, insightful, and professional. From day one of obtaining a quote, they were professional, timely and understood what I wanted. Their quote was unbelievably reasonable. They were available to answer any questions, or concerns that I had at any time. They even helped me review another quote I received. They never spoke negatively of any competitor, which was great, as Ive had that happen in the past.Once we agreed to use them they were on the ball. ALWAYS available to answer questions. Alice was awesome in understanding what I wanted, and what my style was all within about 30 minutes. She definitely sealed the deal for me.The work was done on schedule as planned. The contractors work directly for Granite & More, which was refreshing. They were professional as well and their work product was awesome. To make things even better, I paid leas than my quote. I appreciate that their prices were reasonable and the quote included the high end quote. That way, we never were going to pay more than the quote, but they wanted the quote to be completely inclusive and cover any potential costs so that we did not get caught at the end and then need to pay more than quoted. So I can appreciate the quote being on the higher end of a quote (again, even then, it was an unbelievably reasonable quote).We will definitely use Granite & More again. We have a few more things we want done to our home and we will call Troy and Alice without hesitation.We will ONLY recommend Granite & More.

To say they did an amazing job would be an understatement. I went in wanting calacatta marble and slate countertops. I had done my research, read that it takes a lot of care but was heading that direction anyways. When I went in to talk to Alice, she had told me the same things and to my surprise, we found a quartz that looked VERY similar to both! A beautiful veined counter for my island and textured blackish for my back countertops. We paid the deposit and were on he schedule that same day. It only took about a week to start and it was painless with the entire kitchen remodel taking 8 days. The work turned out beautifully and I couldnt be happier.There was even an incident where a light glass fixture was accidentally broken. Troy and Alice didnt even bat an eye and had a new one here that day.To say Id highly recommend them would be an understatement. We are going to use them to remodel our master bathroom soon.

Granite & More has everything i need when im looking for home remodeling supplies! From kitchen and bathrooms to flooring and carpets! This is a great store. And the customer service by Troy and his team are great!

We had shopped around a lot for new kitchen floor tile, including large flooring stores, tile outlets, etc. Prices and selection were all over the map and we really wanted to find one place that would handle the whole job, including demo of the old tile. We researched a lot and came across Granite & More and read the multiple positive reviews and they were all truthful. Troy was so helpful, helping us select the right tile on the first visit. This was after we had brought home at least 10 other samples from various places. He came to measure and quote about two days later, and a little over two weeks later the project was completed. (It would have been sooner but they had several other jobs scheduled the week we went in.) The workmen were very careful and left everything exactly the way they found it. The pricing was very reasonable and we are pleased with the results. I would absolutely recomment G&M and we will go to them again if we have future remodeling projects.

I cant say enough about Granite and More. After visiting several showrooms in the area we were frustrated with the lack of inventory and clarity in pricing. Troy sat down with us and broke down all of the costs in his estimate and did not pressure us into buying our granite slab sight unseen. Instead we accompanied him to the slabyard and picked out our exact slab. We ended up with truly unique countertops at a fraction of the cost of the other shops (whose inventory consisted of 5-6 cookie cutter options). Troy and Alice have now done two jobs for us and we have been extremely happy with the results. I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

Our cabinet guy recommended we run up to Granite & More after he realized that our current countertops and backsplash wouldnt be salvageable. Simply put Alice & Troy are AMAZING. Within minutes we had picked out granite & a beautiful tile backsplash. Troy came out out to measure and give us the final quote and Alice scheduled the install for the following weekend! Their associates are so professional and their workmanship is exceptional I cant wait to get with them to start the bathroom remodel!

We had Granite and More redo our kitchen, which included demo cabinets, new granite and backsplash and installing all of our kitchen appliances. The service was excellent. Troy and Alice responded very quick to our call for an estimate, which was very accruate. Alice was great helping my wife pick out the backsplash for our kitchen. The workmanship was excellent and they were very quick. Overall they performed great work and it was done on time. We will use Granite and More for our next project.

Looking for a granite countertop supplier in Frisco was a little tough at first. I had to read reviews and visited websites to make the decision that Granite & More was the place to visit in Plano. What a fantastic experience we had last week with Granite & More. They installed over 1,000 sf of travertine in a versailles pattern for us in our kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, laundry room, cabana bath and the hallway to our master bedroom. The crew doing the work were meticulous, as you would hope they would be, and did a great job from start to finish. They carefully sealed off the area from the other portions of the home as well as sealed the cabinets and counters to prevent the dust from the tearout from spreading throughout the home. They cleaned up and hauled away the old tile and carpet - you couldnt tell after tearout other than the missing tile and carpet, that they had been there. In laying the travertine, they reinforced our choice in selecting Granite & More. with the quality of their work. They were very frugal in taking breaks and worked long days to accomplish the job, but they completed the job on schedule and we are very, very pleased with the job they performed.We will certainly be using them again. We have a wet bar that needs a new countertop and you can guess who is going to do it for us.Joe & Debi Arnette
