We had Veronica update our bathroom and we are so pleased with the results. She has amazing and talented people working for her. They all showed up when she said they would and were done in less than 2 weeks.

Excellent work! Perfect Customer Service, went above and beyond. Had my kitchen countertops and bathrooms all replaced with granite. Professional all the way. Highly recommend. I am a repeat customer.

This company is a joke. Drove over to their place early Monday afternoon, with a drawing, to try and order a small piece of Granite for my outdoor kitchen. Met with Bill, who explained that he was only part time and could not confirm if they had what I needed. He took a copy of my drawing and said that he would get back to me first thing Tuesday morning. Nothing. I waited until early Wednesday morning, again nothing so I called him. Went to voicemail, except it did not because their mailbox was full. How can you run a business with a full mail box??I therefore called Urban Stone and Millwork, also in Frisco. They confirmed that they could supply what I wanted and it would be ready for collection the next day. I picked up the part early Thursday afternoon and installed it this morning. Guess what?? I have still not heard back from Granite Outlet!!

Completed a full bathroom remodel within the estimated time frame. We were very satisfied with the work performed and the professional attitude of the team doing the work.

After promises that they would be able to handle everything, they never returned our call. We called them again giving them the benefit of the doubt and again were promised we would get an estimate, again no call back or information. Very disappointed.

3 appointments and 3 no-shows for me too and when we went to the store nobody is ready to show and quote.

Did not show up for estimate appointment--they could care less. Will not do business with them.

They missed 3 appointments to come give a quote and never even called to reschedule. I finally just gave up. Maybe they did me a favor if their work is anything like their customer service. Do not know how they stay in business!
