I lost my drivers license and had to print a paper saying it was on order . The girl( Layla ) or something like that, I’m so bad w names, was awesome . She went out of her way to make it perfect for me, was knowledgeable, helpful, and we even laminated it . It was cheap the place was clean, convenient, easy to find and helpful !

I have to say it is rare to find AMAZING customer service like I found here! I have visited the store twice in last two weeks and receiving above and beyond treatment. Specifically “Ryan” was fantastic helping me both times with print issues and just going way beyond any normal expectations! All I can say as a business owner is BRAVO! I may need to steal this guy from you!!! You should do whatever you have to to keep him a unicorn in our current society!!

Alicia is awesome. Very polite and went above and beyond to help me ship my package in the best most affordable way. She even helped me figure out tracking on another package I had due to be received, that was totally unrelated to my current transaction. I can definitely tell that she cares about her customers and the level of service they experience! Truly an addition to the company and location!

Ive always had bad luck with FedEx print centers being slow, poor customer, and expensive. This place was the exception. Very good experience! Will come back for other printing jobs soon

Ran in to ship package from Frisco to Dallas on Friday night. Scheduled delivery was Tuesday. Package lost. Tracking info shows that it was checked in to Frisco at 735 pm and 3 minutes later that it was checked in to Mavelvale,AR! I am convinced my package never left this facility on a FedEx truck. Customer service has not helped.

Employees are helpful. But...I sent print orders online. When I picked them up, the 11 x 17 prints were in a flimsy paper bag (the 8.5 x 11 prints were boxed). When I asked about a box for the 11x17, the gal said they were out of the larger boxes. Well, dumb ol me, I should have inspected my prints at the store. On the way home, I discovered one of the 11x17s was creased. Good thing it was just for a personal project, and not for a work presentation. Lesson for everyone: inspect your print items before you leave the store.

TL;DR: On delivery, recipients were forced to pay FedEx for 87% of the value of the sent goods.I went here to send Christmas gifts to my parents on December 3, 2020. The value declared for the transported gifts was USD $250 and I paid USD $337 for sending them. The box arrived 9 days later than the scheduled delivery date, and my parents were forced by FedEx to pay USD $217 in order to release the gifts to them. My family practically had to purchase back the gifts I sent them from FedEx.Very disappointed and wont be using FedEx again.

Terrible place to ship or get service! Staff delays to try and have each other do work! Nobody at counter to collect money for merchandise!! Meanwhile at least 6 people behind counter not even paying attention to line of customers! I have encountered this on multiple visits where a 5 minute drop off takes over 30 minutes! Do Not go to this location!!!

I visit this location probably 2-4x a month. I need to copy, scan, print or FedEx. Everyone is super helpful!! Annie is the manager here and she helped me with a refund made on an international shipping package. I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone always is!!

I wanted to acknowledge publicly the exceptional service provided today by this Fed Ex location in Frisco and give a big shout out to the store manager Annie Ho.Here’s what happened. I got a somewhat panicked call Thursday night from my son. He and his girlfriend were at the airport in Nashville on their way to Pittsburgh for her best friend’s wedding. They realized they had forgotten to leave the condo key under the mat for the pet sitter who was coming Friday and during the weekend to feed their cat Missy. A lovey neighbor volunteered to accept the key if I sent it for Saturday delivery via Fed Ex. It was sent Friday for Saturday delivery before noon. Mistakes happen and the envelope didn’t get into the right bin for pick up. When we figured out early Saturday afternoon through several phone calls that it hadn’t left Frisco, Annie Ho, there store manager, offered to drive to Austin or pay for a locksmith, whichever would work better, since they had made a mistake. Availability for emergency locksmith service on Saturday afternoon was determined not to be the best option, so Annie got in her car and personally delivered the key. It’s a 3.5 -4 hour drive each way. I was blown away by this level of service.We are all human and not perfect. Fed Ex accepted responsibility for its error and did everything it could to fix the problem. I will definitely use this store in the future and urge you to do so.Missy was hungry but is now fed and happy.

DO NOT DROP OFF WITHOUT GETTING A RECEIPT. I wish I was delivering the package in person to Allen about 25 miles away but because it was an ebay item and needed a proof of delivery. After 20 years using Fedex for the first time the worse possible experience unbelievable, I will never and ever drop off at this location, On July 8th 2020 I brought a prepaid package to this location, as I walked in their manager approached and took the package and offered a receipt but as I trusted Fedex I said no thank you and left. Tracking 394605103870, a couple of days later I checked the status but it was still showing Fedex is awaiting package, 5 days later still the same so after a week I went to the center to see whats going on! so the same person approached and said you are the 3rd person today with the same issue, make a long story short after a month the package is still missing and no one knows what happened, Fedex customer service says the package was never tended to Fedex so if you are using this location no DO NOT DROP OFF WITHOUT GETTING A RECEIPT. I DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION, PERIOD.

I went in to make color copies of something copyrighted that I have full rights to copy and they refused to help me use their copiers (my pictures of me featured in a local magazine article). The guy in front of me was told to call customer service to figure out why the box he shipped a few days before was delivered to his house. Two customers in a row met with totally incompetent customer service. Dont waste your time. Go to UPS!

Shout our Valerie. Horrible experience with everyone else but she got our project done and brought this from a 1 star to a 4 star. The online ordering system needs work, there is no “guarantee” they see your project even when you email it in and get a confirmation. That is something that is a larger Fedex issue though. Thank you Valerie for your great service.

Five stars for the guy who delivers packages to my apartment!Im on the 3rd floor and he brought a dining table weighting 95 lbs! And he was bringing a heavy item before!I cant believe that he didnt have any help! It was supposed to be two people delivering heavy items!That is not humane!

I have been shipping from this location for a while but lately have been VERY disappointed in this service, to the point where I will likely ship with other carriers and at other locations. One package of mine, that was dropped off with another, never got scanned so I had no idea where it was. It NEVER got scanned from Frisco, TX to NC!!! How does that happen? Then, my most recent package sat at the location for 3 days!!!! 3 days!!!! I run a business too and its MY ASS with my customers if they dont receive their package on time because FedEx keeps screwing it up! Not Impressed!

They wanted to repack a box with nothing breakable in it and wanted to charge over $15 to do it. They up sold the person in front of me as well saying they had to. Sent at Post Office with no problem. These people are money grubbers.

I came in at 10 AM to send a router back. The company the router belongs to gives you everything you need to send the package, including the box itself, packing material, and the sticker showing location yada yada. it took 30 minutes before any of the employees said anything to me. no good morning or well be right with you sir, absolutely nothing. I waited for 30 minutes for a 2 minute interaction with an employee. horrible customer service

Its the worst demonstration of organization Ive seen in a shipping store. They have the same line for pick up and long process shipping while another person services only the once or twice a day print jobs.... and none of these guys have a customer service bone in their body or any comprehension of some level of urgency..... they move like snells and whisper 2-word sentences at you to ensure you have the most impersonal experience ever. Shame!

The best thing about this FedEx Location are the employees they are very well trained and know how to treat customers in the right way. I had extremely worst experience at another FedEx in our same location ( Address - 8290 TX-121, Frisco, TX 75034) where I came across one employee who dont even know what a FedEx Smartpost service is and just didnt accept the package as he said that they dont process such packages, which was Insane !!, I got the same package next day to this location and boom no questions asked they just accepted the package and processed it. I really get very upset on how some employees try to ruin the very good brand name the company is having by being Lazy and providing customers with false information. But anyways I had no issues at this location of FedEx ever and eventhough its a little bit far away from my home, I would continue to visit only this location of FedEx in future and to the other FedEx at 8290 TX-121, Frisco, TX 75034, I would certainly recommend training the employee on how FedEx works and what all they process. At the end thank you to FedEx employee at 5062 Main St Suite 150. Appreciate all your support and handling things so well !!!

WiFi is terrible. Its unacceptable for an office location like this to have 100kb/s download speed. Took me 2 hours to do a print job that should have taken 20 minutes because I was jumping on Paneras wifi. This is the recommendation of the staff. our WiFi sucks, use Panera.Staff knows its an issue but cant do anything. Corporate or Management needs to step upAnd fix!Staff is great but machines are constantly out of paper. Even early in the morning.

Went in yesterday 8/25/16 to return a uniform item for work ( a mens belt).There was a lady in front of me with a package she had prepared herself. The man helping her told her that her box would be crushed and that it needed to go in a brown Fedex box. She said fine but then the man told her there would be a charge of $5 plus tax. After paying for shipping, her total was around $13 and change. She decided to go to the Post Office and left.I just needed a complimentary small white box, which the man at the counter already had one made up. I put the belt in the box and the return instructions and closed off the box. The man took the box and shook it and said Well need to put some packing material in there to keep it from moving around. Thatll be $3.99. I thought Its a belt. Its not fragile. Itll be fine. And after I try to reason with the man, he insisted that he was required to put packing material in the box. I finally said Let me speak to your supervisor. He said I am the supervisor and stuck out his hand. He was so condescending and smug it really pissed me off. So, I took my belt and left. I went to the next closest Fedex store by the mall and went in with the same goal and lo and behold, the man there got a box, scanned the tag, printed out the tracking number and had me on my merry way! Not once did he mention anything about a silly $3.99 packing fee. Obviously this store is trying to upsell you on everything so they can nickel and dime you to death to get their sales up. Businesses that cheat the consumer like that dont deserve our hard earned dollars.
