The staff in this store are the most helpful, friendly, caring, thorough, hardworking paint people I have ever encountered! They go way beyond expectations. I would drive many miles out of my way, if I had to, to work with them. They deliver a wonderful wow experience. All of the staff are always great, but I have worked most with Billy, and his knowledge always amazes me.

Small project for now, but some larger, more ambitious projects down and the road, and from this first very positive experience, Im certain Ive found a good partner for all my future painting and staining needs.

For some of the older reviews on this store that are negative - I think this store changed ownership or management or maybe just changed their attitude a couple of years ago. So none of the negative remarks should be counted against them.I have been to this store repeatedly over the last couple of years and cannot say enough good things about the helpful service. I am a hobby painter and learn so much from these great sales people. They are so patient, and helpful, even when I call on the phone. Often times, I send my son and they get on the phone with me and make sure I am getting what I want. They even tell me when they think I might want something different. I highly recommend this store. It is so fortunate for me that it is right around the corner!

I do think the old review may have been from previous owners, The staff was very knowledgeable and confirmed my research on the product I was looking for. The primer and paint they recommended was top notch for my kitchen cabinet paint job. Paint makes a huge difference and this paint really lived up to the hype!

Lone Stat Paint did an excellent job painting our house. They also sprayed our cabinets and re -did the kitchen backsplash .Very professional and will make sure everything is done the way you want.

Very good experience at this store (which will be moving across the street soon). Being new to paint - They were very patient and explained all concepts/concerns until I understood and felt comfortable with a selection. I walked away with the sense that they wanted to help as best they could despite not being able to see the location where the paint would be applied.I would recommend consulting them regarding paint color as they helped me see a few things that I would not have otherwise (also ask about sheen if you are not familiar with that concept as well).

I just opened an account with this guys. I bought 3 gallons of varnish a value over $250. I tried to return it because my customer decided not to use a flat varnish but they would not return or give me store credit. This was not tinted or opened and they still refused to return it. If these guys dont know how to take care of a customer that has his own business who has a potential to buy over $80K a year from them much less a walk in customer! I would never buy from them!!!! I will continue to do business with Texas Paint and Sherwin Willams

I was looking for a particular stain for my fence and saw they carried it. Was closed on Sunday but I submitted a email request and not only got a email the next day but a call from them to make sure they would have the color and amount in stock so I didnt waste a trip. AND a lot cheaper then I had paid for the same stain before. This is where I will go from now on!
