Royal Auto Works are the best! The guys are so welcoming and professional. This being my first experience with auto repair work I was anxious, not knowing what to expect. I cannot emphasize enough how comfortable they made me feel. They did an exceptional job replacing my entire bumper and not only completed early, but also cleaned inside and out!

Kristine is the queen of communication which I love! Working in the auto industry myself I knew manufacturing has taken a huge hit currently, originally told middle of September was the estimated completion date, got my truck back the end of august! Royal Auto Works handled the insurance repair for some front end damage to my Dodge Challenger. The staff is fantastic, friendly and treat you like family. The repair work was excellent and completed early. I was kept in the loop during each stage of the repair job. I will use them for ANY future body work I need done on my vehicles and I highly recommend them.

Royal Auto Works Inc. was able repair my deer collision. They fixed her back to new conditions, even when GM workers were on strike (UAW) and no parts were leaving out of the plant. They found the parts and repaired her, sent her for alignment to the dealership, called me to inform me of updates. Very pleased with their work and service. Small issue of one of my lights not being fixed. (My wife picked her up and didnt notice it wasnt fixed). I called them to talk about why is wasnt fixed and they asked me to bring it back and tried to buff it out. That didnt fix the light, so they ordered a new one. Asked me to bring it back when it came in. A fed days later the new light assembly arrived and they replaced it while waiting. This the only reason I did not give them 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone.

These folks are awesome. I had an issue with my rear tailgate after using a bike rack that turned out not to be compatible with my car. I took the car to them expecting to have to make an appointment for significant repair work. They were able to fix the issue while I waited and couldnt have been nicer or more professional. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee had some minor rear-end damage from an accident which needed to be repaired. When I took in the car to have it evaluated Kristine met with me and was very professional and friendly and was very thorough looking over the damage and concise on what they would need to do to repair it.During the repair process Kristine called me several times with updates and when they received the wrong part from their supplier to complete the job Kristine called me right away and explained the problem and what they were doing to remedy it and even with that problem they got the correct part in the next day to complete the job and it was still done when they said it should be completed.When I went in to pick up the car Kristine walked me through everything they did. The repair was perfect and you would never know anything was ever wrong with it…. Which is the highest compliment of a job well done!And to top it off they cleaned and detailed my car inside and out and even shined the wheels!!It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a small business care for their customers so well and its very much appreciated!! They will have my future business and my recommendation to anyone that needs work done to their car!!Thank you!!

Had my car fixed here after hitting a deer. The paint matched perfectly and was done faster than estimated. They are very communicative through text and calls, with my busy work schedule they had a night drop box and hassle free pickup. The car looks even better than before the crash. I was very impressed. First place I have had a repair done and it looks again like it just came off the assembly line. All parts and materials they used were OEM. I know this repair will last.

Car was fixed quick, was a 2021 civic type r that got rear ended only a couple weeks after buying new.Took only 3 days to fix, looked great when I picked up, it was hot and I had my newborn baby with me, so didnt have time to look over carefully.Yesterday, I washed my car for the first time since having it back, noticed white overspray on the rear quarter windows. And also on the black plastics inside the trunk??? (I have no idea how it got inside the trunk at all.) Have to take it back to see what they can/will do about it. Im sure they will fix it up, hear nothing but amazing things about them, havnt had a problem yet. Great people, simple mistake. Im sure Ill be taken care of, will update once I follow up with them. Other than the overspray, everything else was spot on!

Wonderful experience. Not only did they fix my car earlier than expected but they cleaned it and it looked even better than when I first bought it. There was a long wait to get my car in but now I can see why, they do great work!

Had my truck repainted here through an insurance claim.. the paint job is terrible. The truck needs to be repainted. Here are two photos, one of the driver side in original condition and the passenger side that Royal Auto painted. Hopefully google has high resolution so you can see how blotchy the paintwork is. Since it was paid for by insurance I have to take it back to them to fix it since insurance guarantees the workmanship.

Long story short, a plow truck backed into my car, leaving a huge gaping hole in the bumper. Royal Autoworks had my vehicle repaired and looking almost brand new in less than two days after bringing it in for servicing. Great job everyone!

The job they did was awesome. Kristine gave me an ETA of when it would be done. The car was ready the day before. When I saw the car it actually looked better than before the accident. Will defiantly use them in the future. A really good and reliable body shop is hard to find.

Great service, great work. I have had the misfortune of having to have work done to my cars multiple times this year. I always go to Royal Auto Works and not just because they are an approved provider for my insurance. They are very thorough with the work that they do. My car is returned to me looking flawless. They communicate clearly throughout the process. And they deal with my insurance company.

Update: Had to come back for a few adjustments to the door they fixed. But they were absolutely amazing and took care of it right away! Yall are great!Did a big dent and scratch fix on a door. It was so good, I couldnt even tell that there was anything ever there!

Great guys quality workmanship

We had a fender bender nearby while driving through. Went to Royal Auto works to see if car was safe to continue driving across country. They fixed up the front bumper and moved all dangling parts. They spent a good 30-45 min and didnt charge me anything. Wonderful people, especially Nathan who helped us out on our journey. Thank you very much!

This is the second time Royal Auto Body has not kept to their word. They give you a date when the car is supposed to be ready, which it never is but three days after it supposed to be done it’s ready, but wait a crack in the windshield which was not there prior to being dropped off and they say it’s not their fault? The staff was rude and very unprofessional and when a vehicle is done it needs to be put in a well lite bay where the customer can look for any problems and not out in the rain so the customer can look over the work so they don’t notice problems or issues hours or days later. I’m 100% sure this damage happened at their shop and they don’t take want to take fault or have to file their own insurance claim!

Setup appt thru insurance. Reviewed damages and within couple days they began repairs and parts ordered. Kept us informed all along the way. Had our car ready within 2 weeks because they knew we were headed out for the holidays. Have to go back for a part install that had to be reordered but it was no problem or hindrance to the travel plans.

The work they did was not up to standards there was a few spots where they missed on painting they did not replace all of the parts that were damaged during the accident going to have to say that I would not recommend them if it is an insurance claim

Great people! Clean and nice office. Needed an opinion on prior damage that a dealership screwed me on and they were were super helpful. Put my car on a lift, brought me in to point out a couple things and was just very accommodating. Didnt charge me a dime either!! I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had my Range Rover fender and door repair done at Royal auto works due to to a collision. I dropped off the truck and it was repaired promptly.The quality of work seems to be OK.i picked up the truck and noticed the brake service light was on. This trouble light was not one when I dropped it off. I opened the hood to check the system and the engine compartment was covered in body work dust. It was filthy and had never been cleaned. I thought they detailed or at cleaned the vehicles before they returned them.The truck was dirty. I did not call or complain due to the fact they would just say bring it back and drop it off. I live alone and getting rides back and forth isnt convenient and this shop does not offer ride service.They took my truck to have the 4 wheel alignment done which it needed and the technician entered a note he could not do the rear tow- in correctly due to rusted tight bolt .I caught this while reading through the notes and the Royal Auto works representative who handled my claim did not disclose until I brought it up.If I had known I would have authorized repair due to this is a problem which needs to be fixed.Now iIneed to make an appointment and probably drop off the truck at another shop and go through being without a vehicle all over again,All in all, not a very professional organization in my opinion.

Really great people providing exceptional service! I was recently rear ended and went through an insurance claim through the other drivers policy (first time for me) and I spoke with Jenna on multiple occasions about questions I had about the process. She was extremely professional and polite when it came to me asking some pretty simple questions. She also recommended a specific rental agency due to location difference, which really made the entire ordeal much easier. Body work and paint match came out great! They even went around and buffed out any minor spots/ scuffs on the vehicle and had it washed and vacuumed when I came to pick it up. They offer lifetime warranty behind any work they do. They really take pride and stand behind their service. Best of all, theyre locally owned and operated. Will recommend to anyone looking for any body work.

Ive taken my car here three separate times. Once it was hit by a deer. Once I hit a bear. And once a fence jumped out behind me. Each time they treated me with respect and dignity and did not make fun of me. They did a superb job on my beautiful little PT Cruiser each time.I also purchased a used car with significant damage to the driver side doors. They made the car look as good as new in that area at a reasonable price. Accidents can be stressful and sometimes humiliating, but at Royal Auto their professionalism puts you at ease. Nathan and all the crew are always very nice.

The bad news is that I have needed these guys several times over the years. The good news is, they consistently provide an excellent service - quality workmanship, delivered promptly and courteously. I would never think twice or look anywhere else for bodywork repairs for my vehicles.

To start off, I am anal retentive about my car; I am obsessive about maintenance and caring for the paint and have modified it heavily, and I dont give the keys to just anyone. So when I rear ended someone and caused about $1,200 in damage, I was afraid I wouldnt be able to find a shop up to my standards and the insurance and finance companies were insistent on a professional repair. Enter Royal Auto Works, who did an amazing job; the front end looks brand new. The paint job is flawless and matches perfectly and all the work was done within the time frame they estimated. They even managed to clean the car without swirling or marring the paint. I was very impressed with their work and wouldnt hesitate to utilize them again if my baby needed body work in the future.

While my insurance company AAA took almost 2 months to get everything finalized and still were even a pain. Royal Auto made it work. They worked with me and my annoying insurance company. It may have been stressful and being given the run around with AAA it still wouldnt make me choose differently with the shop that did everything and more to complete my needs for my truck. Although the yellow avalanche might have been quite entertaining for them. Im really happy about my results. Thank you all for everything I am a very pleased customer. My son drove my car across a ditch and 40 feet into the woods, late at night on a dark country road. Thankfully, he was fine with no injuries. The T- intersection had two blind corners, and it was a foggy night with wet pavement from all the recent rains. I instructed him to get the wheels straight and hook up the tow strap to the car, while I hooked it to the truck and got the truck into 4-wheel drive. In my haste to get the car pulled out and clear of the dangerous intersection, I didnt check to make sure the drivers door was closed. (Yes, I know, right?) As soon as I heard the sound of crunching metal, I knew what happened to the door. Well...to add to the stress of all that, we needed to get the car ready for a 2000 mile trip to Utah within 2 weeks, because my son was moving there. The next day, I called around to a few repair shops but they couldnt even get me in for an estimate for a few days. I called Royal Auto Works and spoke with Jen, and she said to just come by for an estimate. I told her we were kinda pressed for time with my sons move and really just needed to get the door to close so I didnt have to hold it closed with a ratchet strap and enter/exit Dukes of Hazard style - we didnt even need to paint the car at this time, just get it road worthy. She said no worries, just come by whenever it was convenient. Later that afternoon, my son and I drove up to Front Royal, with the door securely closed with a ratchet strap - a camo one at that - very stylish on the ol Honda Accord. When we arrived, I spoke with Jessica and she came out to look at the car. I told her the same thing I told Jen on the phone - that we just needed to get it fixed enough to drive out to Utah in a few weeks, didnt need paint, was going out of pocket since it wasnt covered under insurance, etc. She took a few pictures, told us we could wait in the waiting room, then she drove it around to the shop. About 30 minutes later the car was parked out front again, and she brought us out to look at it. The ratchet strap was gone from the door (it was in the back seat), and the door was closed and latched properly. She showed us where the A-pillar was slightly damaged and the hinges were very slightly tweaked, but the door was completely secured when closed. She asked me if that would work for us to get out to Utah, and I said yes. She said we were good to go. I asked how much it was and reached for my wallet. She just smiled and said its okay, you dont owe anything, just have a safe trip out to Utah. Earlier in the office, I overheard her and Jen talking about going for ice cream, so I offered to bring some ice cream back to the office. Again, she smiled and said not to worry about it. With that, we thanked her again and left for home. My hat is off to the fine folks at Royal Auto Works, and I am eternally grateful for their kindness and repair skills. If you ever need an autobody repair shop, THIS is where you should take your car - dont bother calling anyone else.

I had my Honda repaired here twice in the last year. These people are absolutely 100% professional and highly skilled.

Called to get new hood for Wrangler painted and installed. Guy said they won’t do it since the hood I’m purchasing is after market, might void the warranty. What? The warranty is on the hood, not the paint.
