My mother and I came looking for a specific vehicle. Keep in mind this place doesnt hold cars for folks, so the vehicle we wanted sold the day we went to buy. Since the one we wanted sold, Ray McCoy took several hours out of his day to show us several vehicles on his lot to ensure he could get us in the best vehicle possible with the smallest down-payment. If I could give Ray a personal rating I would give him 10+ stars. The entire staff is very friendly and very customer service oriented.

I had a car from them once almost 6 years ago but I was down on my luck then and was a single mom and it got repoed well I called them a week ago and spent 10 mins on the phone asking if I could come in and try and get another car they said yes all for me to go in today and as soon as I walked through the door told me NO they wouldnt sell me a car didnt even give me the time of day I called back to ask why and what had changed and they just left me on hold definitely a waste of time

Beware when you buy from them!!!!!!!!Place is good if you need a quick car but not for the long run. I’ve gotten two vehicles from them and both within months both had terrible issues. They put the vehicle inspection sticker on there to say everything is good but it’s not true. First vehicle I got was a 2005 Ford Focus and it slowly broke down and Couldn’t pass inspection due to a very bad exhaust leak I figured because it was older that was expected to happen and That was a few years ago. Went back to buy The second vehicle because I desperately needed one and bought a 2014 Buick ran very good when I first got it but after having it for 3 months the radio first starting shutting off, then led to my steering wheel locking up every time I had made a turn or used my turn signals while driving which was extremely dangerous! Or any time I rolled down the window my radio would shut off and the steering wheel would lock up. Then all of the warning signs would randomly flash with the error message “service stability trak” I believe the car may have had some type or wire damage. They eventually repod the car because I missed a payment because I was trying to figure out if I should pay to get it fixed or see how they could help me fix the issue(which I don’t think they would have because they say you buy the car as is) and to get it out was over $1000! So I just said keep the car and got a safer Vehicle from an actual dealership. Safe for me and my baby.

They lie to their customers and slap inspection stickers on anything that has 4 tires. Ive gotten two vehicles from them and twice now Ive called them when I was going to be late on a payment by TWO days and they say its okay but still send a repo team that are barely even qualified.. I can understand 2 payments missed but ONE??? BY A FEW DAYS EVEN AFTER YOU SAY ITS FINE! BUNCH OF SCEEVING LIARS.

Lets be honest--youre here because youre short on options because of your credit history. Ive found the cars to be quite fairly priced here, but where youll feel it in your wallet is a relatively outrageous interest rate.Outside of that, Ive gotten two cars from them. The first one I got rid of some 50k miles after I bought it, but thats because a broken belt destroyed the engine--could have been prevented had I been more diligent. The second car has been great.Is it possible to buy a lemon here? Yes, but only if you dont do your due diligence. Ask them if you can take it out for a quick inspection at a local shop. Come back with a list of problems and they are usually happy to fix these issues in order to secure a sale. Dont ever just buy a car outright--always get it inspected if its used.Overall--Id suggest them for people in a tough financial spot. Just do your due diligence before you buy and make changes in your life to avoid high interest financing places like this. But for what its worth, Ive been happy doing business with them. Honest review.

The Very first car I ever bought came from this place the second day I bought it it decided to go up in smoke on me on 66 well they did not want to let me have my down payment back so they bribed me to get a new car from them so I decided to give them a second chance picked out another car, And what would you know it decides to do the same thing where it cuts off on me while I’m going down 66 I would refuse to buy another car from this company you never know what you’ll get, and they will screw anyway that they can.

Upon purchasing a few of them I had minor problems but they work with you on getting the problem fixed even tho its sold as is. Love this place! Will continue to purchase vehicles in the near future if they are still in business.

These people don’t seem to be trying to sell a car. Called and it seemed like I was bothering them. Asked about a vehicle and instead of explaining anything about the vehicle the guy says “yeah it’s here.” then dead silence before he says “Is there anything else I can help you with?” Thou shalt move on to the next.

Every car on the lot here has something wrong with it. (Yes, even the more expensive ones as well.) I bought 2 from here and the first one needed $1300 worth of work done to it. only drove from home to work. so wasnt hard on the car at all. and then the new one I just bought to give them a second chance. has indeed been into a accident before. and didnt even notice the passenger mirror bent. that was the first clue to a accident. they want to charge way to much for vehicles like that. then when you are making a deal they lie to you about how much things are going to be. they say its an estimate which is ok but the estimates will be way off by aproxamtly $200 more.(of course more). this place deserves 0 stars. the only thing good is that they will sell anyone a car. but be prepared to pay them and mechanics because something is wrong for sure. quit ripping the people off. it will not be tolerated.

It was sold to me needing brakes and tires and I went back two days after the sale asking for them to do this and they would not. Bottom line, this dealership cares about selling you a vehicle, not about keeping your business. RUN!

Had my car for a year & a half no major problems I pay my payments which is the only interaction I have with them no complaints however when I went to buy my 13,000 dollar car the guy who sold it to me acted like he could care less if I got it or not & left before I even made the deal & had some other guy deal with me so hopefully the guy who closed the deal got the commission. Oh but they only had 1 alarm button & for as new as it was they should have 2.

I brought a car 2003 Cadillac cts from them in Aug. And only had 65 thousand miles on it.And it caught fire in Oct. And was totaled and got nothen out of it. And they clam i still owe them money .the people who run it are very rude.

Horrible phone etiquette! Had an issue with the vehicle since day 1. They said they would fix it, but the owner is not available. Three months later, still have the same issue, owner is still not available and wont fix it since we are past 30 days of purchasing the vehicle. They do not care about you, they are just a money hungry business like all the other used dealerships in town.

Horrible experience and I didnt even buy a car. Waited for 45mins on someone to assist me, in the cold, repeatedly told the guy would be with us in a min. Noone else even offered to help us. He came over 5 mind for closing and asked if we wanted to test drive a car, then promptly told us we couldnt today cause they were closing. What?! We waited on service for that long, other agents walking around everywhere, to be turned away. He didnt want the sale very bad I guess because they wont get business from me.

Do not ever but from these people. I purchased a Suv at the end July 1 week after I had the truck and it started knocking so I called and they said change the oil and it will stop. They had told me when I purchased it they had changed the oil but then they said no we only look at it to inspect it we do nothing else to them. so a few weeks went by and the noise never went away I called again and explained this but it was my problem because I had it so long. when I said no I called in about they had said no I did not. and to call there shop. I did and it would take them a few weeks to get it in so I decided to take the truck to a few different shops each outcome was the truck needed a new motor. after a few weeks of being afraid something would happen if drove it to work and on my way home the truck started to shake I thought it was a tire but they were fine. the next morning I started it up let it run but it started smoking so again brought it to my shop I was told the truck would blow up any time and even driving it 5 miles it may break down. so I left it at the shop and told them to come get it, if they could repair the issue I would be will to pay my account in full and take the truck back, the owner was suppose to call me within a week but instead sent a letter saying they will try to resell the truck and what ever it does not sell for I have to pay back. I have all documents of my claims when I contacted them there answers and all paymemts. so I do not plan on paying them any more money as I was scammed already for a nice amount. so do not try to buy from here they do not even know what condition vehicles they sell. go to a place where your business is appreciated your respected and not cussed at and you have a reliable vehicle not a scrap yard pile of junk.

These people horrible! The customer service is dreadful. Our car is fine but every time we call or go in to make a payment they treat us like crap. Very rude and always screwing around with our amounts and deadlines due. Once they even LOST our $200 payment and required we pay it again! Absurd!

The customer service is a 0 for sure!!! They are VERY VERY disrespectful and do not care to help you at all. I was promised to get my title mailed to me & a month later I still did not receive it, so I called to ask and the lady had no idea what I was even talking about and was so ignorant and so disrespectful, never again will I deal with that.

The first car I bought from here, the transmission dropped on the side of the highway within 2 weeks (dodge challenger). They towed it and let me pick out a new car free of charge (toyota avalon). Never had Issues except with the after market rims that were on the car when I bought it ( they were bent when I bought the car and had to replace with factory rims). I did go back a few years later and buy another car (toyota camry) which I didnt have any abnormal problems with as well. All in all, I may go back here to buy one day because the prices are reasonable especially if you buy flat out, but I will be sure to bring my mechanic with me! As far as employees: owners wife is super rude and all the employees i encountered there pretty much act like they could care less if they get your business or not. They definitely need to work on customer service in there!!!

Racist people, BEWARE... cuidado que son ladrones y racismos.I was there because they took complete advantage of my friend that was buying his first car. They talked him into a Used vehicle that had a Value of $3450. They sold it to him for $13450.They added that total to the contract which was off line so it’s not that legable. After going back to this Dump of a business, to figure out the errors made. We found out that they made many error and registered a torally different car and he’s been paying on someone else’s car. After all that, she didn’t want to make changes Statung” YOU PEOPLE”...I was so angry, We decided to leave the car and not work with them to resolve the price n contract. She didn’t realize I spoke English & began to tell the others that we are stupid and that she wasn’t going to do nothing because we won’t see it. The owner of this business Threatened me because I began to speak English and let her know she is sadly mistaken. In the end she threaten to f&@$ me up. I called the police and she ended u having to give me a piece of paper that states that she took the car. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU BUY HERE !!!They SUCK in SERVICE, BAD CARS, NO CAR FAX OFFERED, THIEVES... most if all... THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE....

This place is a rip off. They will sell you way over priced juck. I bought an 07 magnum from them and started to have problems within a week of having the car. I finally did some checking around on the value of the car. I found out it was valued at under 5000 bucks. They dont help you when there is a problem. I have had to miss payments because of having to repair my car. I get a phone call from them wanting money. I said what will it take to keep the car today and they said one full payment and i would not have to worry about them coming after it. So i made the payment an the guy said i was good to go and would be taken off the list. Well lets just say they came and got my car the same night i made the payment. They are now trying to get more money out of me since they already stole my car. This is not a good place to buy a car unless you want to be lied to and treated like crap. Dont do business with them. Im on a mission to have this place shut down. You want to sell lemons start a lemonade stand.

I went to Auto Center to let them know the second car i received from them died too!! The owner laughed in my face and said he wouldnt do anything for me. I told him he was a fu****g crook and his wife got in my face and made racial slurs to me. I than threatin her that id call the police because i knew when i came in there they had a plan, smoots the owners wife threw the phone on the counter told me to call them as she kept threating me. The young lady behind the counter was recording our interaction, clear to see. They wanted me to act ignorant but i didnt i kept cool. During my call with the dispatcher, she requested my name and while telling her smoots wife decided to say they probably already have her in the system. When the cops arrived they told me she had freedom of speech, she threatin to beat my as*, used racial slurs and got in my person space! Freedom of speech. I told him it became further than that when she made threats. He checked the video and said since i cursed first i initiated everything. But at first it was freedom of speech! Fu** Smoots Auto Center and the officer who blamed another womans actions on another individual!! #ForRacistIndividuals The only reason they have the spanish guy there is because he looks caucasion!! Its sick.
