The store is always immaculately clean, and countertops are sanitized in between every transaction. Its nice to be able to take advantage of great seasonal sales.

Didn’t even realize until I went looking for the nearest B&BW that one was in Front Royal and the service was wonderful and they’re taking Covid seriously. Everyone was nice and Alex had a truly delightful personality and wonderful customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

I cannot gush enough about this store. Any of them really. Even though they wouldnt hire me because I have visible tattoos I still visit frequently. The last time I went I let them know I never got any coupons I the mail and couldnt find any in my email. The woman made sure she found me a 20% off coupon so i didnt have to pay full price. So sweet. They have also taken back old products that i didnt use all of before because the smell got old. So 5 stars yall. Now hire people with visible tattoos. We arent bad people. Its 2018... keep up.
