Drove over an hour to come here to buy boots for my husband and had my 2 granddaughter with me and the old man that was working was very rude to my grandkids and told them that it was time for them to. Are you serious? They were with adults and they were not doing anything wrong. Im pretty sure it was because one of my grandkids is mixed. I have been coming here for years but never again.

10 minutes til closing time I rushed in to purchase a mothers day gift ( 17inch cast iron skillet ) and was enthralled with the plentiful selection of cast iron and accessories. The sea of seasonings was never ending!! I then found kids cowboy/girl hats and then onto the kids boots. In a last minute shopping spree the staff was so kind and patient. While checking out I noticed a wheel of cheese and asked for a then slice as a snack for the road. There was a minor issue with the card reader and I had to quickly run to the ATM. They patiently waited for me to come back. Wonderful experience. Thank you for your kindness. I will be back!!!

Best place to get a great pair of work boots and you wont have to empty your wallet to buy them. Very good prices on good quality work clothes. This is the only place I get my husband work clothes and boots. You will not be disappointed here.

A great place to grab items before or after you go camping up on Skyline Drive. Country and fun for an ole Southern boy like me. Everyone that comes this way should stop in and get gas and some snacks.

A little something for everyone. It is truly a general store from days gone by. Everything from Western Wear to cast iron skillets, aged sharp cheddar cheese in the big round wheel, guns and ammo and various hard candies. Definitely worth a visit if just to look around.

I dont understand how you can cash everyone elses checks that are 100+ but not cash my small check? The customer service wasnt as great as some would say.Hopefully the gentleman who was short answering everything has a better day. Until then, its a one star for me.

I love this place. We stop here every year and end up spending hours checking things out. They have the best boot selection anywhere and lots of great work and hunting clothing. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

People are friendly and they have all diff ed rent sizes which is hard to find. The woman even offered to order something special for me on the spot. I love local businesses but this and andricks are by far my favorite. The only thing I wish is that it was bigger.

Great little store, they carry a little bit of everything. Carhartt and Wrangler clothing. Some camping supplies for cooking out side. Work shoes and boots. And they have some awesome wheel cheese, I would recommend the white cheese.

We had an awsome time wondering the isles. We found so many things. A great place to get boots. They had so many selections and my husband said any time he needed a pocket knife, he was coming back. My daughter found a perfect jacket. Well be back, no question.

Always a favorite ever since being a kid

We made a day out in this area and we stopped by this place and it was a dangerous place! I walked in and instantly fell in love with so many things!! The lodge cast iron prices, the Minnetonka shoes and slippers, all the work boots for my husband and their prices, it was the perfect little place for all the realistic daily needs and wants. I just really wish it was in a bigger building and had more parking.

Every year we shop here during hunting season since 1995. Hands down the best selection of boots, knives, ammo, hunting clothes and snacks. Amazing prices and the best staff you can meet. Its our family tradition visiting and shopping here.

Bought a pair of Carolina Workboots that were very fairly priced. In fact they were less than anywhere I could find online. They have a good selection and have good selectio of large and wide sizes.

We were passing thru Front Royal and stopped here because a General Store normally has a lot of unique things and they did not disappoint us! I found something for my son that Ive been trying to find for 2 years. Fabulous assortment of jeans, boots, gloves, cast irons skillets, tripods, old fashioned candies, etc. we will definitely make it a point to stop there the next time we are in the area.
