There was an sign for cheaper gas with the car wash. My parents drove the car in, paid, but it didnt work. My dad went into the store to see whats up, and the cashier said, you need to pay inside. The machine outside is broken. So my dad parks the car in front of the convenience store while mom checks if the money went out of the bank account, because she paid with the credit card, and online banking is a thing. On there, there was clear proof that 10 dollars had gone out. So we bring this up to the cashier, who clearly looks flustered and doesnt know what shes doing. She keeps repeating that she doesnt have any control over the car wash and will need to get a hold of the manager. Well, for a few minutes, we wait while she calls. She says, she cant get a hold of the manager because the manager is at a graduation party, and none of the family members are answering either. Then the cashier gets a little crazy and starts yelling, I cant do anything, I need proof, Im not going to be short on 10 dollars and lose out on my money, blah blah blah. So what she meant was, it was ok for us to lose out in the 10 dollars but not her, because she was clearly not going to lose her precious 10 dollars. She said that she needed a receipt, but later on said that the machine out there doesnt give out receipts anyways. She also said that the car wash isnt connected to the store so she cant do anything. Oh, and in the beginning, she was like, look at the cctv on the tv on the wall. Theres a car in the car wash so its working. I dont understand why it didnt work for you. But about the time she couldnt get hold of the manager and weve been waiting for probably over 10 minutes, and I ask her to just check the cameras of she needs proof, she says, I cant check the cameras. Theyre broken or something and I cant see whats going on right now in those. Now, thats a little different from what she said at first, right? We also had told her that when she said she didnt have proof that the ten dollars didnt actually get its value, to simply take a picture of our car itself if she really couldnt do anything and couldnt check the cameras bc they were all for show and were broken. Now she says that her phone is away and she cant take a picture. She couldnt do anything.

Dont bother filling up with diesel here. It is soo slow, $50..0 took 25 minutes to fill!

Not sure if the gas station and car wash are owened by the same person but the man running the car was is very rude went in for a wash only paid 7.00 not bad went thur thought the dryer came with all washs bc every where eles dose so i backed up thinking maybe its motion actived and the guy running it come over yelling at me and telling me its only a 7$ was you dont get the dryer well okay sir you didnt have to be a jerk about it just a misunderstanding if he hadnt been so rude id probably cone back often but no customer lost here ✌
