HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!!!! There is no one EVER at their front royal office. And if there is someone there they are NO help and very rude.. People next door at Keens are great and were willing to help As much as they could.. Maybe you should pay them since they have more customer service then your folks there.. I wish there was an option for NO STARS!!!!

Did not get a receipt which is required by my company, Call Fleet services and they were going to email a receipt of course they never did. Fuel prices are higher than other stations nearby. Never again will purchase fuel there. Customer service - 0.0

I called early Monday morning, and was told Id definitely get it within 5 business days, but likely that week, and the driver would call the day before and day of delivery.Come Friday, no delivery, and the following Monday, no delivery or phone calls.I called several times to see what was happening, and got a $0.20 discount because the five day guarantee wasnt honored. We diddid get oil until Wednesday, and I still never received a call before they delivered.I will use a different company in the future.

A fantastic source for quality fuel. Quarles provides a slightly lower price than any station around and a standard cetane rating of 48 instead of the 40 found in diesel from your standard gas stations. I regularly get better fuel mileage with Quarles and expect my engine to last longer because of their additives

We have had the automatic delivery contract for 20 months and always paid day of delivery or a few days after.There have been quite a few times Quarles has let our tank run empty. Once was on Thanksgiving day when it ran out while my food was in the oven. It took two days for them to come fill our tank.Once again I have no gas, and no heat. My space heaters trip the breakers, so I need to take care of my parrots and leave the others off.I have also seen trucks on my street filling my adjacent neighbor but never even cheked our level while right here much less top us off to save a trip. Its no wonder rates are so high-they have drivers going in an illogical route.Ive never seen such poor service before.
