Rollings Automotive has taken excellent care of me and my family. I refuse to take my car anywhere else!! They are always honest, always keep their word and do great customer service!! Any time there has been an issue they always stand by their work and correct any problem. The staff is friendly and they even have wifi for when I have to wait in the lobby:-)

I was pretty pleased with the work and service. I took my car in for an oil change and also asked if they could take a look at my tires, it had been a while since they were rotated and the tire pressure light had just come on. They called me before they did anything to let me know what they were going to do and summarize the cost. Turns out I had a flat tire but they patched it up nicely. Got the car back same day in great shape and paid exactly what they quoted me on the phone!

Very talented crew, Bert and James have curated their shop to be versatile and effective. Reasonably priced, and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! What you pay for here is honest, experienced, quality work! Had my catalytic converter stolen, not only did they replace it for me, but they welded in flat bar steel around it and on either side as a deterrent for any future thieves. ABOVE AND BEYOND!

I have been a customer of Rollings Automotive for 15+ years. They have been fantastic each time I have brought my car in for service. I have even called them to tow me in when I needed it and they came running. My last car I kept for 9 years and over 250K miles and Id have to say it was because the service they provided kept it running great. I have been taking in my Lexus now for the last 6 years for regular oil changes. They always give the car a once over and make sure things are taken care of before an issue ever occurs. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, they are rip off artists. they gave me estimate of 3,500.00 for a new motor plus 500.00 to install in my car and told me it would be ready in one week, five months later they call and say its ready and I was so excited to be getting my car back but when I got there the bill was for 9,000.00, I never received a phone call ever from them. they screwed me bad plus the motor wasnt running, they had to work on it while I waited and it was backfiring and they told me it just has to warm up. from 4,000.00 to 9,000.00 with no phone call is not fair.CAN A ESTIMATE BE $5,000.00 OVER?

Some of the most honest, professional engineers Ive known. Theres a good reason these guys are in business. for nearly 12 years our family has trusted them with our cars. Their work is quality.

I went to them for a free alignment because I had a coupon. They looked at my truck and told me I had a broken tie rod which they had to replace before they could do an alignment. They said that since the other tie rod was bent, I should probably replace them both tie rods at a total cost of $706. In addition I needed brakes which would cost $235 bringing the total repair to $941.I picked up my truck and took it to Fullerton Transmission. My parents have been using them for years. They looked at my tie rods and told me they were fine. In addition, I didnt need an alignment. They only thing I needed was brakes which they charged me $168 to replace.DONT trust Rollings Automotive. They are a rip off.

I love Rollings. Theyve always been speedy about repairs, even when I fail to call ahead. Prices are quite fair--and they never try to sell me a bunch of services.This impressed me: One time I bought a bulb for my headlight, planned to replace it myself. Rollings put it in for me for free while checking my brakes. Didnt even ask--just did it. Never heard of an automotive place doing *anything* for free. I know a bulb install is a small thing, but it speaks volumes about how they care for their customers.Theyre now my go-to repair guys.

Avoid this place, Bert gave me an estimate of $3500.00 for a new 289 motor and about $500.00 to install in my car that already had the motor out and told me it would be ready in a week. I figured the max would be no more then $ 5000.00, five months later they tell me it is ready and I was so excited but when I got there they give me a bill for $9000.00 I never received a call saying it was more, I walked out and went home, a few days later I called to compromise and offered $6000.00 and they said no because they messed up and had to do it over but felt that I should pay for there rework, I had no choice because I had no car, when I went back to pick it up they couldnt get it to start, finally that got it started and it was backfiring and stalling, I had to fix it myself after paying $4000.00 dollars more then they told me and more then any other auto shop, the exhaust raddles against the floor and it still doesnt run good. I noticed on there website they had only five star reviews and check those peoples Facebook page and wouldnt you know the ones that didnt hid there friends were friends with James. What does that tell you? I called the Bureau of Automotive Repair and James lied to them and told them that he told me it was going to be a lot more and I okayed it so I lose because its my word against his so he ripped me off for $5,000 make sure you get everything and riding anymore because theres a lot of rip-offs out there anymore I am furious because I am losing my business because of this and I wonder how many times they do this no wonder they live in big huge houses.

Used a coupon to get an oil change on May 15th 2017. On June 15th my car wouldnt start when leaving work. Had my mechanic work neighbor try to jump my car. He used his machine to check the battery and said it was at 12 which is high enough for the car to start do it is most likely the starter. He mentioned it looked like someone had been messing with wires under the hood but no one has touched my car since the oil change. Got it towed to rollings and they said the battery is not good and i need an oil change. He also said it looked like someone messed with the wires. I explained no ons had touched my car since i got an oil change. He said car places will do that so you come back unknowing they were the ones who changed my oil last. How would I need a oil change if it hasnt even been a month I asked. He said I dont know but the oil is dirty but will give you a complimentary oil change. How is complimentary if it was never done in the first place? This place makes money skeeming people esp. Woman. So now Im out money for a battery i didnt need and who knows what else they messed with that will cost me money. If i would have known they never actually did the oil change in the first place or that they were messing with wires I would have never got my car towed to them. Its places like this that make it hard for people to trust car places. Take your chances of you want to with this place but know that your car will be in a worse situation when you leave.

I brought my moms car in for air conditioning service turned out that it was a hose and freon 3 lb. It was about what I expected and price they were very nice, they care about their customers.

Made an appointment for an oil change. When I showed up, I was given attitude and told that I had to wait 1 hr even though I had an appointment. I ask them if that was just today or everyday. They claimed it was always like that. They made me feel like I was stupid from what they said and how they said it. I am a minority but English is my first language. I was born and raised in the States. I have no accent and am very familiar with the workings of the engine and its maintenance. I do not know why they would treat me like that.

Love this place. The lobby area is very clean, and the decor is pretty awesome. I always get great service here and I never feel pressured to purchase anything extra or unnecessary . I have been coming here for the past few years, even though now I live in Mision Viejo. It is good excuse to visit my favorite sushi place down the street and reminisce about my life pre kiddos (hard to imagine). Well it is also seriously hard to find mechanic you trust. I have been to a couple of other places where you feel like you dropped your car off and they handed you back the keys a few hours later and did nothing. Not here. Keep up the good work guys and I will keep driving 30 miles to go get my car serviced.

My advice to all of you stay away from those mechanic vampires, period. they will rob you blind, worse than that, they do not know what they are doing period. they quote me for full tune up coils, wires, and tune up a total of $600. that is the highway robbery that you have to stay away from, not worth even one star.

They have been ripping off my idiot father for years.
