Contacted Chief Billards to move a pool table. Got a decent quote, so I sent over the deposit to lock in the date and time we scheduled to have it moved.I arrived to the pickup location. I was given an hour window on when they were going to show up. The company never showed up. I called multiple times and also text messaged the main person I was dealing with and nothing. Ruined a complete day off and wasn’t able to hang out with my family.The next day at 7 am I received a text message from the employee apologizing stating “my phone was damaged and we had no way of contraction you.” (But you got your phone fixed at 7am the next day I guess.)I didn’t even bother with them and scheduled with another company. The only good thing I can say is they sent me back my deposit.

Friendly staff, clean place, well organized, lots of different things, and got a good deal on some cue sticks.

Chief Billiards was fast and friendly! They were available on short notice and had one of the best quotes available. The team took excellent care of my grandfather’s pool table, and now it will have new life for my family and kids for years to come. Recommend and will use them again if we ever move!

The installer got upset in my home and made the experience terrible. They charged me $600 and the pool table was not centered to the room like I requested. I politely ask for them to center it and they got mad because they had to move the table. I asked them from the beginning to center the table and it was 4 inches off center.The people moving the table were in a rush and wanted to leave as soon as they could. They did not stay after the installation to allow me to inspect the pool table. Instead, they told us they finished and left without them showing me that the table was moved and set up properly. $600 should get you a professional job and it was far from a quality experience from this company.I requested a receipt for the service and never received it.My order number was #1478. I called about the terrible experience and the people did not provide an reasonable response nor did they call me after my complaint. As of August 26, no one has called me from this company.

I’m so glad I saw an ad posted for this place . It was so quick and easy ! Their prices can’t be beat for sure . I could have scoured Craigslist for a used pool table and worried about delivery and all that . But who wants to do that ? I purchased a beautiful used Brunswick ( but it’s just like new !) they delivered the next day, with new felt color or my choice . Had 2 gentlemen come and piece our table together. Very professional, very fast . The manager even helped me over the phone with questions on cue sticks and spacing for our table. Most definitely going through this company for all billiard needs ! Right now is the perfect time to order too . We were on the fence for months and finally decided to get it now since we’re all going to be spending a lot of time at home ! We paid cash but I liked that they had financing options too . Chief billiards is the best way to go !
