Just bought a two piece cue for $70. The staff was friendly, informative and polite but seemed a little cold. They have a good selection of cues ranging from $15-$400. The parking lot is small. It seems like the staff of 6-7 people take up almost all of the parking spots. I have not bought a table from here so I don’t know if they have a professional installation crew or how that process is.

Really cool selection of pool tables, bar games and video games. I got a nice old fashioned two person, sit down, video game that has over 400 classics on it. The quality and the controllers are great.

I rely on customer reviews and shop at only stores that have decent reviews, so I feel obligated to return the favor and share my experience for other potential shoppers. I did a lot of online research but didnt think we could afford an Olhausen pool table. Rick at West State Billiards not only gave us a great deal, he made the entire transaction a fun and entertaining experience! We purchased the Madison model a month ago, with the upgraded accessory package, 6 cue sticks and a ping pong top for under what other sellers wanted for just the pool table. We were expecting to wait 2-3 months for the order but was pleasantly surprised that they had the table we wanted in stock so we were able to take delivery in a week. Francisco (Frankie) was our installer and he took his time to set up our table, and even came back to install additional rubber pads because our floor was not level. Rick is also a man of his word, when the table and accessories arrived, the ping pong net wasnt what Rick promised, he made it good right away! I highly recommend shopping at West State Billiards, they have an impressive inventory at their warehouse showroom. Our first visit was to buy a new pool cue and they have a large selection to choose from. We were able to find the perfect cue. Plus, we purchased a jump cue and case. It turns out they have free lessons taught by well known experts. We went to our first lesson and it was taught by Robin Dodson a two time world champion. It was awesome!! I learned so much in just one lesson. I cant wait for my next lesson. My next purchase will be a pool table and they have a huge variety to choose from, including arcade games.

Good place to meet your billiard supply needs. I had previously told the manager I was looking for a specific ball polisher and he was kind enough to give me a call when one became available - and the price was good!Kudos to Donny Wessels who manages the store, and BTW, is probably the best table mechanic in Southern California. The work he did on my table is not stuff everyone is capable of doing. It plays outstanding and its not just me saying so. Everyone who has played on my table makes the same comment. Trust me, maybe the most important aspect of buying a table is choosing the guy who will be setting it up. West State Billiards has this guy! Oh, did I mention they sell Diamond tables?
