Dishonest business...tried to return a book after the professor changed the addition. The book was still sealed and I only had it one day. lost my receipt and they would not take my return even though I could show on my bank account the charge for this store for the exact amount of the book. I was told that the only way to process a return is to scan the receipt. My question is then what would he have done if the receipt was damaged in some way and not able to scan. Despite being told so, I find it hard to believe that there is no other way to look up my transaction in his system. I cant believe that he can find my transaction using the last few digits of my debit card. I cant possibly believe that his decision hand anything to do with the fact that the addition the professor changed to is significantly cheaper then the new addition I purchased. Will never get a book their again!
