Went there to buy my textbook as Im in a half semester class online but the store was closed and only available for pickup Monday and Tuesday.The only days you can enter physically is Wednesday and Thursday on reduced hours 9AM-5PM

Schools first ATM hardly ever works. So dont count on it too make deposits or withdrawal money.

The people I talked to over the phone were rude. I understand that there have been a lot of requests for books these past few weeks because school just start but it shouldnt take over a week to get just two books. Especially when they arent even dealing with in-store customers since its only curbside pick up.

Excellent example on how NOT to run a business. Its not a private business, I get it, so the expectations are low...for sure! That being said this is not a complaint, just a reminder to whoever reads this that your taxpayer money and tuition goes to to some incredibly unproductive employees (likely supervision) There are some skills and work experience related to retail, inventory and customer service that can be derived by putting in such work here...and there are some that get what they put into it. Its not glorious. We, the students, still rely on the store and will inevitably have to interact with you....again a reminder.

Pathetic pick up hours, I was told over email pickup hours were till 6 Thursdays, that was incorrect. Not open weekends at all. Wasted an hour going and back. Lady over the phone was also very rude. They are supposed to be here for the students but are failing miserably.

Items here are so expensive. Its also crowded during the first week of school. Interior was kinda old! Associates are helpful though.Cypress college Bookstore is even better than this.

There is something to be said for those independent booksellers...the soul of a place, the look and feel of the shelves, stacks of books, and those beloved characters who work there all make a place come alive.While I certainly am a fan of any bookstore, its places like the Fullerton College Bookstore that make me love the Little Guy more than the soulless warehouses with a more ample selection. BTW hotter clientel than Coop. Knock your socks off, kids.

It’s crowded at the beginning of the semester, which is fine, but their prices are easily beat by buying textbooks online. If you’re in a pinch, or if your professor assigns a book only sold at the bookstore, then be ready to spend some money. The people working there though are very friendly for the most part, which is why I’ve given 3 stars. Also, the place is clean and well stocked with everything college students need.

A lady called Susan is very cooperative, when the closing time came, she volunteered to wait for me, what kept me away from waiting for one more week to pick up my order.

Treasures upon treasures... I ended up leaving with far more than I planned on getting. In addition to that - the book I had ordered took only a couple days to arrive! Now thats some service! Highly recommended!

Nice quiet environment

Sometimes lines can get long and some cashiers dont have as much of an engaging attitude. However, theres a lot of snacks to choose from and a good selection of notebooks, folders, pens and pencils

Smaller store friendly staff easy to find class supplies

Is very well kept and clean. Pens, Pencils, Paper are well stocked. Have not had any issue where books were out of stock either. Early morning is typically the bes time to go as there will not be any sort of large line.

Before I purchased a book I asked what the return policy was because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake of buying a book from here. When I went back to return the book I was told there was a restock fee.... I wasn’t told that when I originally asked.

The Fullerton College Book Store is a pretty small store where everything there is pretty overpriced. The staff and employees are nice, but they dont restock their clothes as often. I once tried to buy a hoodie, but the employee said they wont be restocking for a while. Hopefully they can have more in bulk; because all the t shirts that I wanted to buy were not in my size.

Prices can be a somewhat inflated on school supplies and wait times exhausting, however the helpful staff are great and keep the lines moving. They have all the books well organized by course numbers and subject, making finding important supplementary materials easy.

Saved a nice chunk on my purchase and everything was in stock and easy to locate.

Large lines and they dont accept Amex, made me sad I waited for nothing. They should have more detailed info about their policies. Overall ok place, friendly staff.

Good, passionate teachers . Just be careful with the parking, they are giving tickets like candy on Halloween night. Its worth to buy the pass. Dont even think to park in guest parking area. They will come after you every time, every day.

Easy to get my books and supplies and be out in under 15 minutes if you know what you need

This is a nice place to resupply for school, and the bookstore has great prices. Better than other brand stores; I would advise to come here here for school supplies.

Parking is the worst. Check out was super fast and efficient.

Fullerton college bookstore is right across the street from the school there is free parking the staff at the bookstore are very helpful and knowledgeable very good place to visit.

This year was excellent! In and out with the semestersbooks in 30 minutes.
