I really loved the place one of the best arcade + game shops only a little arcade machines but 4/5 the willy Wonka of arcades
Awesome place with a whole lot of old school and new games. Location is in the middle of restaurants, stores, and barbershops. Parking is near the store making it convenient to shop for your favorite video games. Awesome customer service as well.Local-forum.com
Good assortment of classic video games available to buy. Good arcade games to play for a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Duuuuude! They have the Simpsons game I spent so much money in my youth playing this game in the arcades so nice to be able to play it Im actually playing it now with my boy Thats a fun father son Bonnie experienced to play those old video games with him they also have a pretty well taken care of guitar hero which I am not good at but man do I enjoy rocking out to some guitar hero theyve got pinball machines and pinball machines or super fun so if youre in the area go go check this place out its its neat also the dude that works there is pretty friendly so why not just go support a local business.
Cool little arcade but it is a little pricey for the hour but supporting small business is worth it. cool merchandise too
This place is awesome, it is like a mini old school arcade and video game museum. They have a decent selection of video games from Nintendo, Sega, PlayStation, and Xbox games too. They also have some rare titles Ive never heard of. The Sega master system brought back some happy childhood memories. They even had 2 copies of Global Defense. Awesome sauce! 🕹️
Good quality of video games. Worker/employee attitude need to work on it. Doesnt look friendly when I approach them.
Friendly staff. Good customer service. Reasonable pricing. Location is a small but great environment for any age.
Bring back all of the fun arcade games you used to have in store to play on. I used to LOVE this location. I live near the lost levels in Claremont but I would drive to Fullerton because I loved he game selection so much. I used to recommend this place to all of my friends and family and in fact just did so yesterday. But after seeing the tiny amount of arcade games you have left to play on, sadly, I will not be back. It just breaks my heart. This used to be a place I LOVED to bring my husband and kids to. It was fun for everyone. We used to pay for an all day pass and play a little, get lunch then go back for a little longer. It was very helpful because we have two little kids and it’s hard to keep them occupied or not have to run to the restrooms multiple times. Having the all day option gave us the ability to enjoy our time and not be super rushed. I understand everyone is hurting because of the economic impact of the pandemic. But charging $10 for an hour for what looks like half of the games when it used to be $10 for all day for what looked like twice as many games is just ridiculous. It’s insulting. Plus my 6 year old was about to wet his pants and the employee refused to let him use the restroom!!! Paying customers that are allowed to play on your arcades and flip through your games should sure as heck have access to a restroom, ESPECIALLY for a little kid. Then when we asked the employee where there was a public restroom all he could say is he didn’t know. And obviously DIDN’T CARE TO HELP US any further. I am just so frustrated and insulted by the lack of care this man showed to us. Also, any question I had about items in store he just kept answering “I’m not too sure” because apparently it wasn’t his normal location. BUT again. He didn’t CARE to try and find out the answers to my questions. I don’t mind if someone doesn’t know everything, but at the very least he could pretend to care and offer to try and find the answer for us. And to top it all of today is my birthday, and I was really looking forward to gaming at lost levels Fullerton today. But this interaction and the price now for less games is just all too much. We left. We had to find our son a restroom. We won’t be back.
This place is awesome, I really enjoyed being there, we really had a good time, management & staff are so pleasant & very professional, I will definitely be going back 😄
Took my little sister here. The machines are well functioning and has a nice atmosphere. Pretty small venue but service was good
This is a fun arcade. Mostly well managed. There are a few machines that need repair overall, and some of the others need to have controllers and buttons replaced. But overall a great place for coin-OP fun.
We visited from out of town, and we were super disappointed in the small selection of games available at this store. Not only was there very little games to choose from their prices were so jacked up that we could buy from our local store for cheaper with 20x the selection in our small little town. I expected more from a bigger town.
Wonderfully entertaining! My only gripe is that I wish I had more time to spend there. Definitely would want to return with friends and spend at least an hour playing gauntlet.
I love this place, reminds me of some of the old buy/sell/trade spots that used to be around. I went here looking for a Wii-mote & nunchuck to play some of the Metroid games that I missed out on from the Wii era and was able to find several options here, even though no other stores are carrying these anymore.Unfortunately, the nunchuk stopped working a few days later, but Lost Levels still gets a 5-star rating because when I went back, the manager (or owner?) just gave me another nunchuk free-of-charge. So far, it seems to be working fine & Im enjoying Metroid 2.
Super cool store and girl that helped us was super nice and helpful. Definitely will be back
Nice little place to play arcades but do not sell your items here. Sell them on ebay or Offerup. The manager tried to buy my stuff for way way less than expected. And I am a collector! Lol
Let’s take it way back Way waaay back hahaJust the perfect place for your retro gaming fix 2 thumbs up .
Really good place prices are not high
This place is awesome! It’s like a stepping into an 80s arcade! Got my girlfriend to finally play videos games here and now it’s a tradition whenever we come into town to come here. Perfect for a date night or just hanging out with friends. The staff there is super nice as well.
Ive always come to this place when I was going to Fullerton College after my classes were over. I would pop in, slide a quarter in, & play a game or 2. Most of the time I would just wonder around the vast collection they have from the NES, Genesis, GameCube/Boy all the way over to the current systems like the Switch or PS4. The owner is pretty cool to dont let his quietness get to you, he talks more than you think lol but weve always gotten along since he first opened up his shop. I used to like the old style better where you would just use quarters to play but the new system is cool too were you can play all the arcades for 5 bucks for 30 mins or 10 for all day( Im pretty that has changed a bit so dont get mad at me if Im wrong). Anyways go support this local business because its cool to have a blast from the past! 🕹🎮
Didnt really have an experience here because we came to look to buy games. But Im sure it wouldve been amazing to play some games. I purchased some Mario games and it was amazing. Thank you guys for the help and great prices.
Nothing but a power up 🎮🕹️ from when it started!
Nice easy going place with an arcade. I frequently pop in to examine their discount games. Ive been over charged several times (check your receipt!), but theyre good about fixing problems. Prices are a bit higher than some other local retro game shops, but the ambience and staff make up for the difference, and theyre usually pretty close to market value.
Thank you for keeping the old video games alive. This place is fun just go there and spend some money. Free play pinball and 80 arcade machines. Take a date but respect the machines there older than you. 📡👽🇺🇸
This place is awesome! Old games are the only video games my boyfriend can get me to play... I’m the one dragging him here. Perfect for a chill date night
This place is awesome! My nephews brought me here and i was blown away. They have old school arcades and best part is you can play on old PlayStation, Nintendo etc for $5 bucks for 30 min. Arcade games are 25 cents to 50 cents a game.
Staff is super knowledgeable!
Great place to spend an hour. They change up the shop often. But you will always find arcade games and a lot of vintage (that makes me feel old) video games. Its not a ton of things, its more boutique setting. Instead of having hundreds of cheap old Xbox games they have some rare 100$ Nintendo games on display. So you know this is for serious collectors or the curious.
Had so much fun at this place! Everything is very organized and neat, the arcades use quarters, so go loaded!! They have a machine that turn bills into quarters there too. The arcades were clean and all in working condition but one pinball machine. Oh and the also had this AWESOME Game of Thrones pinball!!! Will be back again for sure!
Love this place. The selection of games for sale is smaller compared to most other spots but the titles and condition that everything is in totally makes up for that. Besides, the best part is the 30 minute unlimited arcade gameplay for only 5 bucks!Really cool guys, super friendly!
Friendly service and great selection of video games and their prices are great
Biggest downfall is no bathroom or any way to clean hands after manninig the greasy hand controls. Dance revolution is too close to guitar hero which is way louder. Ive been to arcades with vintage games that had way more selection for the same time play price. Otherwise for $10 in downtown for some past time it was a good. The employee was nice and informative. The lighting was good and the place was relatively clean.
Cool little vintage arcade in the heart of Downtown Fullerton. There are 3 pinball machines, and a few of the early video favorites like Asteroids and PacMan which still only take a quarter to play. Other favorites include Guitar Hero and Dance Revolution. Great place for kids and us bigger kids too.
Its about time they bring back an arcade in the heart of downtown Fullerton. This place is the best to have cheap fun with your children. We probably come here once a week with $10 and change 220 and the kids have a blast for about an hour and a half. We love lost Levels. Its also great to come with your friends they have a super vintage TV setup where you can pay $5 for 30 minutes of game time and its super fun.
The game choices were very limited and no pinball machines which is what I was looking forward to. They said they had gone to a convention and took a bunch of the games with them. Yet they charged the full price to play. We still made the best of it but this place has so much more potential.
Their man cave is nostalgic! They have all my favorite fighting games from the 90s. This is definitely a great place to go for a quick reminder of what early millenial thought of as video games.
3 years of this store being open and it is still an amazing place to get your fill of nostalgia! Definitely a staple in Downtown Fullerton that every local and SoCal visitor have to experience.
What a great spot to spend a few good hours playing some classic games in their original arcade format. So going to come back for more!
A decent selection of arcade games(Centipede, Galaga, etc) and an array of vintage game systems and peripherals for sale. I saw about half a dozen pinball machines and spent more time playing Creature from the Black Lagoon than I care to admit. The staff here is nice, the atmosphere is laid back and the games are reasonably priced. Im a fan!
Love this place! Its a great trip through gaming history. If youre lucky you might find a gem of a game there, and a great atmosphere with a wide selection of arcade games to please any taste.
This shop had the best customer service! I called to ask if they had any N64 games in stock, after getting false information from another game store. The man who answered the phone was super polite and knowledgeable. He asked if I was looking for anything specific, and although they didn’t have my first choice, he identified so many other games that I had previously played. I drove down and bought two in the next 15 minutes. The place is clean, organized, and super fun. Great for people of all ages.
With only about 2 dozen retro stand-up arcade games and just 3 pinball machines, It was just ok. We paid $10 for unlimited play (theres a $5, 30 minute play option as well) and it was easy to get bored of the games available.Biggest issue? No restrooms!! We were with kids, so stopping by the nearest bar to use the facilities quickly and return wasnt an option. It was Game Over.
Dope place to go Super Fun pinball selection and classic games
This is a great place to go and let the nostalgia wash over you. They have a decent selection of pinball, arcade, and consoles for the very limited space they have. Friendly staff and fun retro atmosphere!
Love this place. Keep ur eyes open, sometimes you will find amazing retro gaming treasures!!
Lost Levels is so fun. I love the arcade games inside. They also have a bunch of cool games to buy. Nice spot to waste time and get rid of all those spare quarters.
Great small arcane locale. Had DDR, Ninja Turtles through Time, Guitar Hero, and Crazy Taxi, plus many others. A lot of fun for a small group!
Discovered this place with my friend. Amazing experience for the small price. Definatly a must go to
Chill place. Has MVC2 which is hard to find these days! 5 bucks for 30 minutes of freeplay, not bad at all.
Nice clean place. 4 pinball games the rest are video.
We got the 10 dollar all day pass and had a rad time. Token free we were able to beat house of dead 2.
Friendly staff. They sell retro video games like 64, nes, and snes. Theres a really cool arcade.
These guys are great! I had an old super nintendo that needed fixing and these guys helped me out. They also have a stellar assortment of arcade cabinets. 10/10
Went I came here, the arcade game selection was very barebones. The photos uploaded onto Google show a variety of interesting cabinets that was just not present. There was no DDR, there was no pinball, and there wasn’t even Metal Slug, which even mom-and-pop stores will sometimes have around. The only arcade game worth playing for more than five minutes was a light gun game, and it wasn’t even something with production value like House of the Dead, just something cheap-looking with digitized sprites.Instead, over half of the floor space was taken up by game consoles hooked up to TVs, and half the controllers were third-party ones. Even the Street Fighter II here was the SNES version. If I wanted to play Super Mario World or Donkey Kong Country, I’d do it at home so I could at least save my progress.
Very cool arcade in Downtown Fullerton. Plenty of places to eat around this cool arcade- Tons of 80s and 90s classics. They also sell console systems and games.!
They have great prices and are very helpful and they know what theyre talking about.
I love that this place, I just started to go with my hubby. Walked out with a Nintendo 64 and worked great!
I love this place always clean the employee wipe down ALL their games in the store after everyone uses it... they are nice and have alot of old gamesI wish they had more room for more games also if they would serve drinks I would be there all night
Awesome place for nostalgic video games. Arcade is cool.
$10 AYCE gaming on all machines. 3 modern Stern pins available. I wish they had more pinball tables available.
Worth going. Very good prices
Cool setting but I was really disappointed in the selection of used games. Ever since Games for Less closed down there is nothing in the local area for true retro games.
Great place for a bit of nostalgia with classic arcade games. I was surprised pricing for most games was kept original a quarter per play for most. Fun quarter arcade located in the nice downtown area of Fullerton.
Classic style quarter arcade a great addition to the downtown Fullerton area with game sales for old school stuff
This is a place that can steal your time if you arent careful. Theres a huge selection of retro consoles and games to purchase. While there, you can play vintage arcade games and they have some pretty great pinball machines.
Staff was kinda rude. talking to himself rather that helping/cleaning up. Youll also need to pay $5 for every 30 mins. Not worth it.
Love this place! Reminds me of TRON 2. Need more games for sure!
A great place to stop by if you are visiting the area, we had a blast looking at all the old Sega Genesis and N64 games we used to play, also the arcade games they have are only a quarter per play.
This place is the most hidden gem in downtown Fullerton, plenty of games to play and as an added bonus they have a complete virtual on arcade cabinet.
Good Selection, pretty standard trade in offers, more if youre doing a trade for games rather than cashonly downside so far has been their phones, whenever i call they can never hear me like their whole store is run off a 1997 cell phone or something
The go to place for retro videogames. A wonderful selection, manned by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oh yeah, its also a retro arcade as well. So, bring your quarters!
The staff are very friendly and they have a great selection of console and arcade games.
I want to say I always have fun there play old video games keep up the good job
This place is awesome. I basically was in the corner playing Galaga the whole time. My dad and I had a Galaga battle. He won by like 3 thousand points. Their buyable game selection is awesome. I nearly bought one of them.
Great shoppe, but they do need to be open later... Although; I guess I can understand them not wanting to deal with an onslaught of drunken buffoons as the night gets stupider.
It has a very good atmosphere and is fun to play games that I did in my childhood
The staff gave tremendous customer service and have a lovely selection of classic video games and consoles. I will definitely visit again.
Retro gamer heaven
Has almost all the games youll ever need and at a good price
Favorite arcade place so far, wish they have more games. Service is friendly and items for sale. Got me Devil May Cry 2 for $8 used but perfect condition.
I like to stop by from time to time to play their pinballs.
Awesome place to play/buy games, just wish that there where a few more arcade games.
I only really go here to play pinball but its a cool place to check out
Great staff, fun, cozy retro game store with a constantly rotating stock of retro game, consoles, and modern clone consoles. Also a selection of arcade and pinball games. Prices seem fair.
Pretty great arcade until they got rid of games such as Street Fighter 2, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat 2, Captain Commando, etc...
Great arcade, sadly a lot of the machines are down often. They do well a lot of old videogames as well.
Amazing retro arcade with games and old systems for sale. A must visit for anyone in downtown Fullerton.
Lots of fun retro video games unfortunately the little pricey
Great place to hang out and experience some classic arcade gaming.
This place is horrible when it comes to the nrw rule they implemented where you can only play if you give them a minimum of !5 to play you just wanna stop by and play a game for 5 minuted well thats not the case anymore no rule exceptions not even willong to take $3 for 5 minuted they reject business and turn away customers regardless the fact the entire place is empy bad business culture and pathetic way to reject customers that just want to walk in for 5 minutes..
Amazing experience! Cant wait to visit again!!!
