Large location and floor space. This GameStop carries the typical stock. The shelves were a little lacking in terms of product displays for the actual video games and accessories but they probably keep most of the actual merchandise behind the counter. Associates are friendly and helpful.

James was awsome. This store by far was the best Game Stop experience I have ever had and I have been going for over 20 years. Superior customer service will keep brick and mortar stores alive well into the future. Forget about rewards programs and spam emails..more guys like James are what you need. Also shout out to the other employee I believe his name was Marcus who help my daughter buy a red power ranger.

Great place for games, merch, and all things for geeks. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to go above and beyond for the customer.

I wasnt able to return an item even though it was within its 30 day return period. No manager was present to help. Very disappointing experience.

Though they are bad at answering their phone, I always love a trip to Gamestop. Feel right at home there.

Large variety of games here and they also do the midnight shuttle here which mean they open for one hour at midnight which is convenient for me getting out of work. They have all my favorite games and u love the 7 day and cash back because its like I can rent games for 7 days and only pay the cash if I hold onto the game more than 7 days which is all I need in order to test and see if Im into the game.

I hope they never close .....Its my very favorite store to get my Collectibles!!!

Black Friday shopping- They didnt have all the items I came in for. The same caused some stocking problems but they did tell me what store had it. Went there-got it- happy with GameStop :)

Hit or miss with the service. Attitude is everything. They think theyre serving a kid and get weird when they see Im a 26 yo man trying to buy a M game. Why they care? Ill never know. Only good thing is the prices and trade in system

Theres usually that one employee that gives you problems, but if youre lucky, you get the golden employees. Almost every time Ive been here, it seems like theres always only one guy at the counter, doing a lot at once.The bad employee, however...Every purchase is returned condescending knowledge, complete with not knowing games (how do you not know anything in a game store?) and then you get labeled by them for getting an anime game.I dont know if that guy is still around, but good lord... He didnt even bother trying to look for a case for a game before.The good employee ? He will try. At least, try.There are more employees, but this is just something thats bothered me for the past few years.That and honestly, even a not-so-good employee is better than that bad one.Very, very hit or miss with your experience.Ive even heard that either the bad, or another bad one, ended up up selling destiny 2 and a ps4 pro to an old lady, basically implying and using wordplay to get her to buy another ps4.. Scum like that shouldnt live.Also, people do like to blame all workers, but you know, not all of them hold much power about policies. They need a paycheck. Unless you give them one, consider that there are situations and that some rare employees actually do care.In this case, that guy did not. Be wary. A shame I dont have names down..

You can call anytime and you will be put on hold and it takes them close to around 20 till they get back to your call. Ebay is the way to go when you want to find a game your looking for its far cheaper and can get some of the special add ons on games.

Waited in line for 20 minutes while the only clerk in the store let two indecisive customers hold up the line for 5 other customers who were ready. Purchased 3 games, and I should have checked the disks before leaving the store. One of the games was scratched and the other was a demo version instead of the full game. Will not visit here again

Ive gone to this game stop for years and tonight will be the last visit. I spent $500 freaking dollars on a new system and the free codes dont work. when I called them for support they just told me to call playstation. they suck
